Part 32: who is he?

Alex's POV:

I arrived at the police office. And I saw this guy. He had short, blond hair. And bright blue eyes. He had cried. He looked miserable. But he was looking at the room where Reid was in. Who was crying his eyes out on the ground. Then I saw the girl on the ground, I think that's Jen. I can't take a close look. I should run to Reid, try to wake Jen up. But my guts they say that I have to go to this guy, who's just watching. "Uhm, excuse me. Shouldn't you help them?" I say. He looks at me, "This is part of my plan", he tells me with a emotionless voice. "What?!" I ask. But not expecting an answer. He giggles. And walks towards them. I follow him. He grabs a bag, wich looks like a bag of a medic. And he walks in. I quickly run into the room.
