-Addi-

I rolled outta bed around 1pm, I put on a big sweater that went down to my knees, making it look like I didn't have shorts on. I went straight to the couch to watch some tv. After yesterday's break down I just needed a mental day to myself. Thank god my mom leaves for work around six. Not like she cared about me missing school or not. She couldn't care less where I was. She just checks in on me every once in a while to make me eat something. Well today I'm not eating. I'm not even going to enter the kitchen. Grace said that she'd cover for me so that I wouldn't get in trouble for cutting class. One reason I love Grace I can always count on her to have my back. Around three o'clock the was a knock at my front door. At first I jumped, we don't really get visiters. The only person who really comes over was Grace who just walks right in. She doesn't bother knocking or even telling me she's coming over, she just shows up. So I got up, straightened myself out a bit and went to see who on earth it could be. I was surprised when I saw Luke standing on my front porch.

"Uh hi." I said awkwardly.

"Hey."

"Would you like to come in?" I opened the door and Luke nodded, coming inside. He followed me to the living room.

"Uh, would you like anything to eat or drink?" I asked feeling really awkward. I wasn't used to having guests over. I sat down on the couch and Luke sat down next to me.

"Uh no thank you."  We sat in awkward silence for a few moments, when I realised that I haven't talked to Luke since before I ran off at the party.

"Uhh, I'm really sorry I left the party. I wasn't feeling well." I mumbled.

"It's okay, I talked to Grace and she kind of explained things to me." My eyes wided at his words. What did Grace tell him? Does he know about the whole starving thing? Does he know what happened yesterday? Shit! Grace better not have told him that I self harm.

"Umm, what exactly did Grace tell you?" I mumbled softly.

"She told me that you weren't used to being around so many people and that you got overwhelmed and that's why you left." Luke explained. I nodded.

"She didn't tell you anything else did she?"

"Nope. Why is there something I should know?"

"No..... I just get a bit freaked out sometimes when I'm alone in big crowds. I don't go out very much to parties and events like that. I'm really sorry I ditched. I didn't mean to I just wasn't thinking. I hope you don't hate me and we can still be friends and hang out sometime." I rambled on.

"It's okay, really Addi don't worry about it, I totally understand. Why don't we hang out now?"

"Yea okay." I nodded. "What do you wanna do?"

"Well we still need to watch American Horror Story together." Luke smiled.

"Yes! Awesome. What season? Murder House, Asylum, Coven, or Freak Show?"

"Let's start off with the first season I guess."

"Murder House it is! That's my favorite by the way."

"Then it must be good."

I got up to set everything up. It's a good thing I had all four seasons on dvd. (Yes I know Freak show's not on dvd yet just go with it lol) After hooking the up the tv, I sat back down on the couch. Luke moved over so he was closer to me. We finished the first episode and Luke was already hooked. He kept asking me questions that I refused to answer. I told him he had to watch to find out. We just started the second episode, when Luke streched his arm around me. At first I stiffened, but then I slowly began to relax. Luke's side was really comfy. As the episode went on Luke and I got more and more comfortable. I was all curled up into his side, when Luke turned to me.

"Addi?"

"Yea?"

"Grace did mention something else, when I talked to her."

"Yea?"

"She might of said something about you liking me."

"Well maybe I do like you."

"Maybe I like you more."  Luke smiled. I looked up at him trough my eye lashes. He had really pretty blue eyes. His eyes looked from mine down to my lips then make to my eyes again. He leaned in and gentally pressed his lips to mine. Butterflies burst through my stomach as our lips collided. His lips were soft and I got a warm fuzzy feeling deep down. The kiss only lasted for a few moments but it was something special. He pressed his forehead against mine.

"I'd like to take you out on a real date. Just the two of us." Luke smiled.

"I'd like that." I nodded.

"Awesome. I have to go now, but I had a lotta of fun and I can't wait to see you again." Luke pulled me off up from the couch and we headed for the door.

"Okay, I'll text you later." I smiled. Luke kissed my cheek.

"I'll be waiting by the phone."

"Alright. Goodbye Luke." I giggled.

"Goodbye love." Luke waved and I closed the door behind him. I wen back to the couch and plopped down. The smile on my face grew wider, just thinking about what just happened. Man I need to ditch school more often.
