I was almost out the door when someone squealed my name. Let me take a guess, probably the most annoying popular girl at this school, Candy. Turns out she's in my math class, along with Calum. Well that's just great. (Note the sarcasm.) Candy has been driving the boys and I crazy for years. She's a major bitch and slut. She'll sleep with anyone, even Michael. And I say that because it actually happened. Poor Michael, he was too drunk to know who he was getting into be with. I try to avoid her but for some reason she can't seem to leave me alone. And now I'm stuck in a class with her for a whole year. Addi from my first hour's also in my class, and I don't think she likes Candy that much either. I caught her rolling her eyes all class period at Candy. She comes prancing up to me with a wide grin. "Luke! Where are you going? We should totally walk together!" She squeals. Shit. I don't want to walk with her but I don't want to be mean. I quickly glance around the room. Calum left me stranded. Wow what a mate. At the corner of my eye I see Addi packing up her stuff.

"Uh thanks, but I already promised Addi, I would walk with her." I blurted. Addi stopped in her tracks very confused. I looked at her asking for help, but Candy spoke up. "Oh that's cool, we could totally all walk together!" She exclaimed. Addi was about to say no, when I pulled her aside. "Okay, come on Addi." She sighed and went along with it. We all started to make our way down the hall. And before Candy could even say anything, I spoke up.

"So Addi, how was your summer?" I asked. I didn't mean to be rude to Candy but I knew if I let her start the conversation, she'd go on forever. And I kinda wanted to hear from Addi.

"Pretty boring, I guess." Addi shrugged.

"What did you do?" I asked.

"Watched American Horror Story on Netflix." She smiled. Candy began to butt in.

"Ew, that show is so weird. I tried watching it once, and it was really disturbing. Like how can you even watch that freaky stuff. You don't watch that garbage do you Luke?" Wow that was kinda rude. Addi looked a little hurt by Candy's answer.

"I actually think it looks really cool. I kinda wanna see it." I said a matter of factly.

"Fine. If you wanna watch creepy crap tv, that's your time. Just don't ever make me watch that trash." Candy wined. She was really starting to bother me.

"Okay, I'll just watch it with Addi." I grinned. They both looked at me in surprise. Addi just smiled and nodded. Candy didn't know what to say. So we walked in silence. Finally we reached to Candy's class.

"Thanks for walking with me Luke!" She smiled completely ignoring Addi. Addi just rolled her eyes and walked off. I wanted to go catch up to her and walk with her, but Candy pulled me into a hug.

"We should totally do something this weekend!" She squealed. There was no way I wanted to do that. So I just kinda nodded awkwardly and left. I looked around the hall to see if I could spot Addi. I couldn't see her any where. I ened up just going to my class and planned on talking to her later.
