8. US AGAIN

"Maana mai handsome hu, lekin kuch to bolo" Shubman said.

She was just looking at him for the past minute, she didn't move, she didn't talk, she didn't breath.

Navya took a step back and looked down.

"Kaise ho?" she asked a little awkwardly.

"Itna formal start" he said making  face.

 "To main kya kahu, tumne 10 saal laga diya mere life main vaapas aane ke liye aur ab aaye ho to ek star cricketer banke, wo bhi achanak, mujhe samajme bhi to ana chahiye na ki main ek star cricketer se baat kar rahi hu ya ek dost se" she said in one breath throwing her hands in the air out of frustration.

He could only chuckle at her frustrated expressions. "Acha teek hai agli baar, aane se pehle notice bhej dunga aur ek min, tum mere aane ka wait kar rahi thi" he asked hopefully.

"Shayad" she said looking away. "Aur rahi baat notice deneki to, don't worry isbar bhagne nahi dungi" she said looking staright into his eyes.

"Teek hai" he took a step closer to her.  "Sabse pehle apna number do, main bhi tumhe apne paas pakad ke rakhunga" he said in a low voice.

"Navyaaaaaaaaa" Someone called out.

"Haa......... Tum aa rahe ho neeche?" she asked.

"Chalo" he said as they walked towards everyone.

They smiled looking at each other, they didn't feel the need to say anything cause both the ladies had the same feeling, Shubman didn't want to run away or he didn't change the topic, he wanted to hold on to her.
