The coward and the Secret

The sun rose for the next day and every one woke up except for Magnus who refused to budge. Ellegaard went and got a bucket of water an threw it on him, to which he woke up screaming like a girl. They finished up the temple which looked absolutely amazing. It was made out of emerald, iron, and many Redstone features for necessary lights and automatic doors.

"Freaking finally!" Olivia huffed out, falling to the floor in exhaustion. Axel surprisingly wasn't tired at all much to the others confusion."Why aren't you tired dude?" Magnus huffed."Well, I used to work on a farm and build houses for the homeless, so this is basically a Sunday for me." Axel said shrugging his shoulders. "Wait, build houses for the homeless?" Ellegaard asked, she had always thought that due to his appearance that Axel was just a big griefer."Yeah...I don't see why you're so shocked." Axel said still not caring in the least."Oh, it's just that, um...never mind..." Ellegaard said, not wanting to get too much into it."Since we're done we should probably go try to find Soren the coward." Olivia said, she was still pretty angry because he ditched during the storm."Hey, watch it egghead, he's still my friend!" Magnus said also getting angry."Both of you shut up." Jesse said with a smile, he didn't like fighting people in the group and he didn't want the there to be any problems with them."Alright fine!" Olivia said laughing getting up to get some food."She listens to you that easily?" Ellegaard asked, even most of the people there were confused"Um, I guess, I just know my friends..." Jesse said still not used to being the center of attention." Oh...Okay then..." Ellegaard said."Well this is getting us nowhere," Petra said still calm but bored, " we should probably get moving to find Soren." She said getting up, and everyone followed suit. They were then joined by Olivia who was a little pale.

They began to walking to the horses, Petra and Jesse were talking all the dealings people have been asking her to do lately because of how much got destroyed. They got to the horses and, with supplies packed, set out to find Soren. They travelled far and wide, hoping to find Soren before he was gone forever.

"This sucks." Jesse said, butt sore from riding so long.Everyone was a little angry from all the riding, but still not Axel." Okay, how the hell are you not pissed Axel!" Magnus said, bringing attention to him and Axel both." I'm a patient person...why are all of you so angry, babies." Axel said shrugging , not really caring about the angry stares he was receiving.

They rode all the way to Soren's ruined fortress. They went through the entire place finding nothing useful. Then it brought them all to the End portal."I don't know why I didn't think of it earlier..." Jesse said still tired from the trip there."Was he actually staying here the entire time?" Ellegaard asked reluctantly. "Yeah, he thought he was training endermen to build." Petra said remembering how weird it was there."Well let's go and see if the loony is there now." Olivia said wanting to over with it."Well okay then." Jesse said jumping in immediately afterwards.

Everyone entered the End intent on finding Soren. They were met with hundreds of endermen looking straight at them. They all looked down as Jesse led them to Soren's weird home. They entered and we're shocked to see the wool world, well, everyone except Jesse and his friends.

"Um, I think Soren is a little off his rocker..." Magnus said pointing to the weird structures built inside."Yeah..." Gabriel said surprised with how Soren had been living."Whatever, let's just find him already." Olivia said still annoyed for some reason.Jesse looked over at his friend with concern heavy in his eyes. " Hey Olivia are you alright?" He asked wondering what was going on with her.Olivia breathed out her answer, "Yeah, I guess..."Jesse wasn't going to leave it like that, "Olivia tell me what's wrong." He said, grabbing onto her arm so she couldn't walk away."Its nothing Jesse..." Olivia said trying to pull away.By now everyone in the group was watching the exchange."Its not nothing, tell me what's wrong." Jesse said still concerned."Jesse nothing's wrong, okay, I just want to find Soren so we can go home..." Olivia said looking down, still trying to get away."Olivia, don't lie to me. I know something's wrong, and that's not what it is, just tell me." Jesse said too stubborn to let it go."I'm not lying, nothing's wrong!" Olivia shouted, wanting to get away and calm down.Petra could see the tears building in Olivia's eyes, so she stepped in."Jesse! Let her go right now!" Petra said, getting protective."What? I need to know what's going on so I can help her!" Jesse said also being protective.Petra walked over to him and pried Olivia out of his grip, who immediately ran away .

"Petra-""Jesse you can't force her to tell you what's wrong. You know Olivia, when she's ready she'll tell you what's wrong." Petra said sympathetically, "I know you're worried, but the best thing to do is give her some space, okay Jesse?""...Yeah..." Jesse said sadly."Okay then, you guys go find Soren, I'll get Olivia." Petra said calmly.Jesse started walking over to the levers, flicking each one opening the secret door. They all walked in, Petra soon following with a shaking Olivia. Jesse walked over to then, and Petra gave him a glare, but Jesse came over anyways not really afraid of her."Olivia...I shouldn't have tried to force you to tell me what's wrong...I was a jerk and I'm really sorry..." Jesse finished."Its okay Jesse.." Olivia said, still a little upset, "I'll tell you later okay?""Okay, but you don't have to if you don't want to." Jesse said.Olivia gave Jesse a small reassuring smile, before leaving to help search for Soren. Ivor was out of sight, not that big of a deal, that is until they all heard yelling in the next room.

Everyone ran in to see what was going on, when the crack of skin contacting with skin echoed off the walls of the room. They were met with the sight of Soren lying on the floor, in the process of picking himself up, sniveling, and a very angry Ivor glaring daggers at him."That's what you deserve!" Ivor shouted.Soren said nothing looking down at the floor looking like he was about to cry."DID YOU JUST SMACK HIM!" Magnus yelled very pissed off, fire burning in his eyes."Yes, I did!" Ivor shouted back.Soren Sat there looking very lost in the situation. Jesse walked over to Soren and brought him over to a corner, the red mark on his cheek standing out immensely."Turn around towards the corner and don't move till I tell you otherwise, got it?" Jesse said calmly.Soren did as he was told looking like he was going to breakdown."DON'T EVER HIT SOREN AGAIN YOU POTION NERD!!!" Magnus screeched."Oh, calm down Magnus, it's just a slap he'll be fine!" Ivor shouted, not as angrily as Magnus.Magnus just growled and walked away while Ivor just rolls his eyes. Jesse walked over to Ivor calmly and asked what Soren did to make him get slapped."He kept fighting me trying to get away, and he was behaving like a child. All I did was give him what he needed." Ivor explained."Okay, sounds fair enough." Jesse said nonchalantly, walking back to Soren who was being comforted by Magnus."Go away." Magnus said when he caught sight of Jesse."Hey, I come in peace." Jesse said hands raised in surrender."...fine." Magnus said looking back to the crying Soren.Soren was sobbing which made Jesse feel bad for him."Soren, stop crying buddy. You're an adult, its weird." Jesse said awkwardly. "You shouldn't be wallowing in your own self pity, its gross. Get up, wipe off your face, and calm down." Soren continued to cry but nodded his head. Magnus glared at Jesse."He doesn't need a lecture!" Magnus said angrily."Magnus, you only know half of the story, if you would have taken the time to ask why he was slapped you would have known that he deserved it. Isn't that that right Soren?" Jesse asked knowingly.Soren didn't answer, and wouldn't even look up at all. Jesse got up and walked away towards the door."Jesse?" Olivia said softly."Yeah?" Jesse said calmly walking over to her."I want to tell you what was wrong now.." Olivia said reluctantly."Okay, I'll listen." Jesse said reassuringly.Olivia smiled sadly and grabbed Jesse's hand and pulled him over to a corner to talk."So what's wrong Olivia?" Jesse asked concerned.Olivia took a deep breathe and began. "Remember when you told me and Magnus to shut up and I walked over to get some food...""Yeah why?" Jesse asked."Aiden was standing there. He grabbed me and pinned me in the forest." Olivia explained."What did he do Olivia?" Jesse worried."He threatened to hurt me if I didn't do what he said. I told him no. He got really angry and started hitting me, I punched him and ran. Its okay I took care of it, it's not a big deal."Jesse was, understandably pissed."Screw him!" Jesse shouted not really meaning to, but too angry to care. By now everyone was watching and listening."Woah, what's going on?" Petra asked."Aiden is what's going on." Jesse said steaming."Okay, calm down and tell me what happened." Petra said trying to get control over the situation."Its okay Jesse, it's not important it's okay!" Olivia tried to convince him.Everyone was surprised at Jesse's outburst. Looking at him with wide eyes, the usual calm and collected person gone."Why didn't you tell me as soon as you got back!" Jesse yelled, scaring Olivia unintentionally. Olivia started shaking, Petra glared at Jesse. "Jesse stop yelling at her, stop yelling in general!" Petra said wondering what was happening. Jesse paced back and forward angrily."Sorry." He said shortly."Tell me what's going on." Petra said not wanting to be left in the dark."Aiden-" Jesse took one look at Olivia and saw how hurt she was, she didn't want everyone to know. Jesse grabbed Petra and whispered happened into her ear. Now Petra was pissed too. Everyone else was confused."Oh he's gonna pay for that!" Petra said.Axel walked over to Olivia and took her back in the wool world to calm down."You okay?" Axel asked in a calm manner. Olivia nodded her head yes and leaned onto Axel.

The rest of the people there were extremely confused about the situation. Everyone just stood there while Petra and Jesse plotted to kill some idiot kid named Aiden. After everyone calmed down again they planned the trip back to the temple. Soren was back in the corner again for trying to escape during the conversation. Gabriel stayed up that night as the watch to make sure Soren wouldn't escape.

*The next morning*

"Wakey-wakey slackers!" Jesse shouted happily, receiving glares from everyone except Axel. For some reason he was already up and about with Jesse."Shut up small fry." Magnus said groggily, apparently still tired."Get your butt up now Magnus." Petra said not ready to deal with their bull.After finally getting Magnus up and getting every together, they started to head for home. Since Soren seemed obsessed with running away, Ivor tied him up to his own horse."Untie me Ivor!" Soren whined."No." Ivor said simply."But-""No." Ivor cut him off."Soren, if you don't shut up I'll give you a reason to cry." Petra said nonchalantly.Soren did the smart thing and kept his mouth shut the rest of the way back. It had only taken them three days to make it back home, and when they did they were exhausted. After locking up Soren in a cell for the night, they all went straight to bed. Jesse found himself unable to sleep and stared up at the ceiling, thinking of plans for the next day.
