Chapter 16: Until The Doorbell Rang (The End)

Zayn POV:

“So, how is it with Liam?” Jake asks me awkwardly.

“Uh pretty good, things have gotten back to where they should be, I’m super happy about it.”

“That’s great, Niall and I have been starting an amazing relationship so far, I am so happy everyone is so happy!”

“Yeah, me too” I chuckle.

“Well I am going to talk with Niall, make sure you have fun on the ten inch Payne train, and make sure you lube up” he says with a goofy grin, trying not to chuckle at what he said.

Oh my god what is with all the sexual jokes today, first Liam’s mom, then his ex. This is going to be some night.

---about an hour later---

“So what movie do you guys wanna watch?” I ask.

“Toy Sto-” Liam starts before I cut him off.

“No!!!”

“Why not?” he asks.

“Because its boring!” Niall, Harry, Louis, Jake and I said in unison.

“Hey, this looks good!” Harry says, pointing at a movie on the VOD.

“Mental?” I ask.

“Yeah, it looks funny” Lou replies.

“Looks like a documentary about my mom” Liam says.

“I heard that Liam!” Karen yells from upstairs, has she been tapping into our conversations?

“What?!” Liam yelps worriedly.

“Yeah, I also heard Jake asking Zayn about your ten inch Payne train!” she yells again.

Jake and I both blush, Liam darting death glares our way.

“You two will pay, you won’t know when, or where, but you will pay!” Liam said in monotone.

“Okay, big boy you have fun with that” Jake says patting Liam on the back. Everyone bursts out in laughter to the reference of Liam’s endowment earlier.

The night goes by as planned, we eat the lasagna and cake Karen made, and decide it would be funny to put Mr. Paynes cufflinks in the condoms and then to blow them up like balloons and hanging them around the house.

It was a great end to our week, and an even better start to our weekend. Until the doorbell rang.
