Chapter 10: Explosions

Liam POV:

I was panicking, I couldn’t breathe. This must be how Jake felt when he caught me cheating. I felt worthless, like love just wasn’t meant for me, I had love with Zayn for six months, but I cheated and then Jake cheated with Niall, and Niall was with Zayn. Love was not for us, or maybe this was a sign, a sign Jake was never meant for me, Zayn was. Zayn, I need him back, he ran off to the art room, I was going to talk to him. We are getting back together, whatever it takes. Jake and Niall can go fuck each other some more, I needed Zayn, I craved him.

Zayn POV:

Holy shit, Niall wasn’t kidding when he said he would handle it, but sleeping with someone and posting a sex tape for the whole school to see, that seemed a bit extreme. So I guess this officially makes Niall and us “over”. I needed to go to a quiet place, the art room, a place just to drown myself in my own thoughts, somewhere that I could just relax. I pull my sketchbook and draw out my feelings, which turned out to be a bunch of scribbles. I don’t know what to feel right now, everything is just so confusing.

I never heard the door open, I never heard someone until I was tapped on the shoulder.

“We need to talk” It was Liam, I could recognize his voice anywhere. I turn to see him, he looks as drained as me.

“Liam, I can explain, why Niall, he did it because…”

“What Niall did this on purpose? Why?”

“He was helping me win you back from the clutches of Jake. Even though you wronged me I still felt the need to win you over again, I really miss you Liam. I miss our bed, I miss your parents, I miss Troian, I miss having a family.”

“I miss all of that too Zayn, my dad wanted me to “date” Jake so I could make you jealous, and then Jake and Niall go and sleep together, and well I miss you.”

“So where does that leave us Liam? It has been a crazy few days, so many feelings and emotions, so many broken relationships.”

“I don’t know Zayn, all I know is that I love you, I miss you, and I know you love me too. And I want you back home with me, I need you in my life Zayn.”

“I still love you too Li, so what do you say? Will you bee my boyfriend again?”

“I don’t want anything more than that Zayn. You know what, let’s skip today, get your things from Niall and then lets go out on a date, my treat. My parents wont care, they have been rooting for a reunion since shit hit the fan.”

“I would love to skip school with you Liam, let’s go! Did you take the Avalanche or the Tahoe?”

“Avalanche.”

“I dibs driving!” I say running out the school doors to the truck only to be pounced on by Liam.

“Fine you can drive, but you have to give me one thing in return” he said pinning me down.

“What?”

“Kiss me you fool”

“I have no problem with that.” I say pulling his face towards mine. This kiss was wonderful, greater than anyone I have ever had, it topped all the ones we shared before. I could see fireworks, explosions, and stars.

We both pulled away at the same time to see two shadows standing in front of us. I looked to see a grinning Harry and Louis.

“Took you long enough!” Harry smiled.

“Yeah you guys are meant for each other, just like Haz and I!” Louis chimed.

“I know, we are going to skip the day, cover for us okay?” Liam asked.

“Sure! well you boys have fun!” Louis said waving us off.

“Wear a CONDOM!” Harry yelled before we got into the truck, oh god I love that kid.
