Chapter 8: My Milkshake Brings All The Boys To The Yard (Crazy)

Zayn POV:

“Okay, so we are going to pretend date to make Liam jealous and realize he wants me more?”

“Yep, I told Lou and Harry about it too, they are in on it. Well of course after Louis gives Liam a little talking too.”

“Hmm… okay then, I think this just might work, you are one evil genius Niall James Horan!”

“Oh yes, oh yes I am” he said with a smirk.

Liam POV:

“Dad, I don’t know if I can do that, use him like before, it feels wrong.”

“You want Zayn back here, back home, so do your mother and I. we will help you get him back whatever the cost, okay Liam, you have to do this, for Zayn.”

“Okay dad, for Zayn I will do it, for the sake of our relationship.”

“Good, now go start, we have no time to waste if you want him back, we have to start now!”

“Okay, okay! I’m going!”

----5 minutes later----

“Hey Jake, whatcha up to?”

“Um nothing much, you?”

“Well now that you ask we are going out okay?”

“Uh sure, just let me put on a coat!”

Stage 1: Make him jealous.

I had planned a day, my dad let me borrow his canon camera so we can take cutesy photo’s for Facebook and Instagram, and my Tumblr blog. We would go to the park, push eachother on swings, have a picnic and kiss under the stars later that night, this plan seemed flawless, my dad sure knew how to make someone jealous.

“So where are we going Li?”

“Just you wait and see, I have it all planned out” I grinned.

Niall POV:

“Okay, please go over this again, what are we going to do?”

“Well I had Harry do some mole work, he hid in Liam’s basement and texted me everything that Liam would be doing today, he is going out on a date with Jake, he took his dad’s camera to take pictures.”

I was so not telling him what Harry actually told me, that Liam’s dad was helping Liam get Zayn back! This day couldn’t have gone more perfectly, they are both fighting for each other but neither of the know it, it’s just so cute. I feel so proud and honored to be a part of this matchmaking sequence, Zayn is my best friend and I haven’t seen him smile since he came to stay with me yesterday, he is usually so happy, like me.

“Okay, and…”

“Oh I forgot to tell you we are going on a date too! The same time and place they go. So that means now! Bring your bag and stuff we will go for a walk in the park, they will be there, then to Liam’s favorite café to get a coffee and finally to the hill on the soccer field to watch the stars okay? Maybe we can play soccer?”

“Sure sounds like a good enough plan to me. Thanks Nialler, I know this is going to be a busy week for us, I couldn’t have come up with anything this good on my own!”

“I know, now let’s leave, I want to get to the café soon, I want food!”

“Oh Nialler you and your food!”

Liam POV:

Holding hands, picking flowers, rolling in the grass, today has been fun so far, well until I saw what I saw. Zayn was holding hands with someone else in the park, he was wearing a hat so I couldn’t see him, as they approached I looked away, Jake never noticed them walk by.

“Oh Zaynie, you are just too cute!” the boy said, hold up! Irish accent, that laugh, Zayn was with Niall? Niall is gay?

And the next part killed me inside, I know I shouldn’t have expressed anything, but I cringed, Jake saw and turned to see them walking off right after Zayn said.

“Oh I love you Nialler, you are just too perfect”

He loves him? It hasn’t even been 24 hours, I am only dating Jake because of the plan, and Zayn and Niall have the nerve to go and date too! Like what the hell, I guess I am being a little quick to judge considering I am doing the exact same thing by “dating” Jake.

“Hey Jake, you hungry?”

“Uh yeah, I’m starved where to?”

“I know a café, great coffee and glorious milkshakes!”

“Oh my milkshake bring all the boys to the yard” Jake sings.

“No, no, no never sing that again, I hate that song!”

“I can teach you but I’ll have to charge!” he sings again.

“STA  AAAAHHHHPPPP JAKE STAAAAAHHHHPPP!”

“Fine, only because you made a Jersey Shore reference.”

“Uggh, let’s just go I need some coffee.”

----Later at the Café----

“I’ll get a almond chai tea latte, and Jake?”

“Uh, same thing Li.”

“Okay, just two of those” I turn to see someone sitting at my favorite table, actually two someone’s Zayn and Niall, and they were snogging. That was the table where Zayn and I snogged, so not fair!” Okay Liam, your acting like a diva it’s just a table, you and Jake can sit somewhere else.

Zayn POV:

“Niall did you see his face? Here? At the park? It was priceless, this is an amazing plan. In no time he will leave that blonde twat and realize how wrong he was for cheating, he is going to beg for me back.

“I’m not so sure the plan is working quite as planned Zayn.”

“What, what do you mean?”

I turn to see Liam’s hand down Jake’s pants and Jake sucking on Liam’s neck. Really in a public place? I spoke to soon, Jake had Liam by the shirt and was dragging him into the washroom. Really? Washroom sex? Wow I thought Liam had some standards but apparently not.

“Okay, so the constant sex is a problem, what do you suppose we do about it?”

“Make a sex tape.” He says popping the p.

“What? Are you nuts?”

“No, if you are not willing to go to extremes to get him jealous then you obviously don’t want him bad enough.”

“Niall, I can’t it’s wrong.”

“Okay, I understand, date cut short. Let’s just go back to my house, I’ll deal with things later.”

“What? Deal with things? Niall? I thought we were in this as a team, don’t go rogue just as we started? Tell me now?”

“Zayn, Zayn, Zayn, this isn’t a thing to mess with love, you two love each other and I am going to get you two back together by tomorrow night I promise.”

“Niall? So you think that two days after we are over you can get us back together, in the span of one day? You are crazy!”

“Crazy doesn’t even begin to cover me Zayn.”
