You have been living as a member of the avengers now for a whole month and you haven't felt such belonging ever in your life. These people have become your family and you would destroy anyone who tried to harm them.     A few days after your arrival you met the rest of the team Tony threw you a little welcome party with everyone in attendance

Thor arrived in a blaze of glory and wrapped you in a strong bear hug on his initial introduction "pleasure to meet you Lady Y/N" he said releasing me

Clint had come with nat and shook your hand before pulling you in for a quick squeeze as he said "the famous Y/N I've heard stories" "not all bad I hope" I replied with an awkward smile.

I also met vision he and Wanda were adorably cute they seem to truly care for each other it was sweet. The night was fun low key just a getting to know you session it was chill and uneventful.

Throughout the month you've spent your time training and improving your abilities as well as developing your relationships Nat and Wanda are your go-to gals you feel like you all possess the same soul a connection so refreshing and rare, your relationship with Pietro has grown after your first fumble in the sheets it's became a somewhat regular occurrence although you are both on the same page that it's sex and nothing else and because of that transparency your friendship has gone from strength to strength you can go to each other about anything without fear of judgement although some cards you still keep close to your chest.        Steve and Sam have become the older brothers you never realised you wanted and needed, and Bucky sweet broken bucky you've helped soothe his fear fueled nightmare many nights throughout the month and each time it feels like he's not going to release you from his big strong arms. He has become one of your favourite people in the team even though you would never tell him that you understand him you feel his pain in more ways than one.

You love it here but you're starting to feel like your not pulling your weight and then it happened you were called to the main conference room you're going on your first mission with some of the team excitement and nervousness overwhelms you... you want to jump with joy but you must remain professional

"so kiddo this is it you've made it off the bench" Tony States in his usual witty tone "you are heading to Spain with Natasha and Steve it's a data collection mission we've received some info on hydra but we need to clarify before we close in so it will be no close contact we thought we would give you an easy one to start" Tony continues.

You smile at him "thank-you I hope I don't let any of you down" you say in an excited tone." We have an hour before we lift off so go get packed" steve proclaims

you all rise from your seats nat comes over and puts her arm around you as you both leave the room

"so little bird first mission together let's hope everything runs smoothly," she says with happiness and nervousness in her voice she hugs you before heading to her room you then following suit and run to your room to get packed for your first mission.

you stand swiftly putting all the essentials in your stunning sapphire blue case, when you hear a light knock at your door you turn to see buck standing there with an adorable little smile plastered on his face

"enter at your own risk" you state jokingly

"things that bad" buck says before dropping himself down to lie on your bed

"I'm nervous dude I don't want to let them down" you confess shaking your head

" don't be stupid you could never let anyone down" Bucky reassures you "and its only data gathering so simple a monkey could do it," he says sarcastically before throwing a pillow at you

"you my friend are a jackass" you state to him with a disinterested look   "Now get out of my room I've gotta pack"

he goes to leave but swiftly runs up behind you and kisses the top of your head "you'll do great doll" and as quick as he came he went.

So there you have it packing done we will only be away a few days so you've packed underwear both comfy and sexy because you honestly never know what situations may arise sweat pants, hoodies, leggings, sneakers, heels and a little black dress because you never know when it may be required. You zip up and head in the direction of the elevator to head on your first official mission as an avenger.
