40: 20th Anniversary

Only one week left and the event is near so I have to work hard together with my members.

"Ms. President, we already planned everything and we are ready to start preparing tomorrow. Stages, seats for audience, seats for the company members, decorations, products and clothes to be displayed, etc., Mr. Jeon already organized the event. Everything is well-organized" Mr. Han said.

I'm so lucky to have my employees like them, they're really hardworking. They never disappointed me.

"Thank you guys, i'm so glad I have you in the company" I said almost crying.

"We're luckier to have you as our CEO. You never treated us like a trash, you treat us like your family" Mr. Han said and all of my board members nodded at me.

"It won't happen if it's not because of you. Thank you for everything" I said.

"Eomma! Eomma! Eomma!" Minhyung cried so I immediately ran over to him and hugged him.

"What's the matter baby?" I asked with worries on my tone.

"I'm hungry" he pouted and I chuckled at how cute is him just like Jimin.

"Appa is coming here soon, just wait" I said and carried him in my arms while caressing his back up and down.

I sat back from my seat while he fell asleep on my arms. I reviewed all the new designs of our clothing that will be released next week.

"Ms. Kim? If there's anything that will be needed attention, can you fix it for me?" I asked my secretary through the line and I saw her nodded her head from outside of my door.

"Haesoo" Jimin barged in my office making Minhyung to turn his head and faced his father with sleepy eyes. Jimin put all the foods he bought at the table and took Minhyung from me.

"Appa" he mumbled and he roamed his little hands on his father's cheeks.

"Did my baby cried?" He said.

"Yeah because you took so long. He's already hungry so feed him now" I sarcastically said and Jimin pouted.

"I'm sorry baby" he hugged his son and walked over to me and kissed my forehead.

Omg, my face is heating up.

"Look, your Eomma is blushing!" He teased me and I hit his arm.

"Stop! Just feed Minhyung!" I said and he did what I said.

We ate together and talked about random things as usual. After eating, Minhyung fell asleep again and we both watched him snoring.

Jimin shifted his gaze from Minhyung to me.

"Haesoo-yah, how did you gave a birth to such a cute baby?" he asked.

"Maybe his father gave him a cute genes" I said and laughed. He came closer to me and kissed my forehead again.

"Minhyung is a cute accident" he said and I gave him a confusing look. "We didn't planned to have him right? It was just an accident" he added.

"Because you were so drunk that night! And you're such a byuntae!" I said.

"No, you're wrong. You're the drunk one that time, not me" he fought back.

"No!" I said and he shushed me because Minhyung might woke up.

"It doesn't matter anymore" he said and hugged me. I hugged him back and kissed his cheek. He turn his face to making our faces only inches away from each other. "Do you want another Minhyung?" he asked and I widened my eyes and hit his chest.

"Park Jimin, it's hard for me to give birth to him. I might die if I give birth again you jerk" I said and rolled my eyes.

"I'm just kidding!" He said and smirked.

Jimin and Minhyung left to have some fun at the amusement park. It's already late so I guess Jimin brought Minhyung to his home.

I looked my wristwatch and realized that it's already 10:45 PM. Did I worked that long?

There was a knock on my door but who will knock at this minute? All of my employees already went home.

The door opened and I sighed in relief as soon as I realized that it's Jungkook. He walked over to my couch.

"Why are you still working?" He asked with his husky voice.

"I have to" I said and closed my laptop and sat beside him. I smelled alcohol, he must be drunk. "What's with the smell?" I cringed.

"I'm drunk, and that's because of you" he pointed me with his dizzy eyes. I gave him a confused look and he shot me with those strong gazes.

"You're drunk. You should go home" I said as I felt shivers down my spine. He's creepy.

"Haesoo-yah! I've been here beside you for almost four years, raised Minhyung together with you, I didn't left you, I loved you all this time yet you still chose hyung who left you over me!" He said and held my hand, I was about to let my hand away but he held it tighter.

"Jungkoo—" he shushed me by placing his fingertip on my lips.

"Why? Why can't you just love me back?" He asked with tears on the brim of his eyes.

"I can't, Jungkook. You can't force me" I said and felt guilty upon hearing him complaining about me and Jimin.

"But I love you" he softly said.

"I love you too, but as my friend" I replied and wiped his tears that finally fell. "Sorry Jungkook, but I treat you as my brother and that's all" I added.

After staring at each other, he kissed me in the lips. He roughly did but I broke it immediately and slapped him with my eyes widened.

He was startled and I covered my mouth.

"I'm sorry, I didn't meant to" we said in unison.

"I-i'm sorry Jungkook. I was just shocked" I said.

"No, i'm sorry for doing that" he said and hanged his head low. I saw in his eyes on how he's sincere.

"Jungkook, you'll find your true love someday. You can't find it on me" I said and hugged him as I caressed his back up and down just like a sister.

"I'm sorry" he mumbled and I felt hot tears flowing on my back.

"Don't cry, please" I said and ruffled his hair. "You're forgiven, stop crying" I chuckled to lift up his mood.

Today is the day, the whole company is busy checking everything in the venue if something is wrong. The audience also came here so early waiting for their idol to perform.

It's already 4:30 in the afternoon, thirthy minutes left and the event will start soon.

I wore a black off-shoulder dress and a black heels. I sat on the bench near the stage while looking everywhere. The event venue was really well-prepared and shows the effort of my employees in it.

Everywhere is color purple and white because I suggested it. I looked around and the venue is already filled with people and employees.

I leaned back in my seat and closed my eyes to take a nap but I was disturbed whem someone kissed me in my cheeks. I slowly opened my eyes and saw my love, Jimin.

He flashed his eyesmile to me and I smiled so wide at him.

"Where's Minhyung?" I asked.

"Your Eomma came here and took him from me" he pouted and I chuckled a bit. He's wearing a black tuxedo matches the design of my dress. He took something from his back and waved it on my face.

It's a rose.

I smiled when I took it from him. He's such a sweet person, he knows how to make me happy.

"I love you" he said and winked at me. I bit the bottom of my lip to stop myself from smiling.

The event already started with my employees talking about our newly released clothes with an amazing designs. The crowd got hyped when some of the idols we invited performed in the stage. Jimin's artists came too to perform and promote our new designs.

"I sincerely thank all people here who joined and participated our 20th Anniversary today and those people who always buy and trying our designs. Here we are now, celebrating the another year of the company, it's all because of you. Thank you so much" I said and the show go on and on.

I watched all the people who keeps on looking and walking to try our clothes. In the middle of the busy event, all lights were turned off.

There was a man in the middle of the stage, the spotlight is on him. Everyone turned their heads to him as he started singing.

"J-jimin?!" I mumbled to myself as he looked at me from a far.

What is he doing there? As far as I know, no CEOs will gonna talk in the stage excluding me?
