Now that I’ve completed my Mafia Brothers series, there’s so much I want to share with you!

When I first started writing, my main focus was on Y/N’s bond with her brothers! I didn’t plan to explore her love life, and originally, I intended to feature only two romantic storylines, Jin and Jhope, since they both had fun, charming personalities

But as the story grew beyond 10-12 episodes, I realized Suga's character didn’t fit the typical lover boy mold! That’s when I decided to introduce an arranged marriage for him, and also needed a villain so Aria became his partner and Suga’s father became the villain!

Then came Mia, Initially, I wanted her to be a bad girl who cheated on Jungkook, but I dropped that idea because it would’ve ruined the dynamics between Sunho, Jhope’s best friend and BTS, since Mia was Sunho’s sister

So, I introduced Inaya, She was supposed to be Jungkook’s girlfriend, but my mischievous writer brain created a love triangle with Jimin! Since Jimin was a playboy, I thought pairing him with Inaya would help mature his character, so their love story took off while Jungkook remained single!

I also knew from the beginning that I wanted to add a mafia girl, but I wasn’t sure who she’d end up with? Rm, Taehyung, or Jungkook? Rm, being calm and intelligent, seemed like a perfect match for a businesswoman, so Euna was born in my story

Taehyung, with his cold mafia personality, needed someone to balance him out so I created Alice, the sweetest and most innocent character of the series!

As for the mafia girl, Kwisha, I paired her with Danish so Suga and any of Jungkook's brothers couldn't doubt on her!

Honestly, nothing in this story was pre planned, I wrote whatever came to mind in the moment!

And finally about Mingyu Hwang and Y/N!  from the moment they first met, I had already decided they would end up together! I knew Mingyu would be the villain, Even though he was Jungkook’s friend, I wanted him to be the kind of person who seems trustworthy at first, only to betray later so I gradually turned him into a psycho, revealing his true nature after showing only his good sides at first!

So... that’s the behind the scenes journey! Hehe!!😄
