Taehyung stared at the man who stood leaning onto the kitchen slab as he ate his food. Most of the women were at the dining table. Taehyung had no interest in indulging in any conversation with his cousins who were eating in the living room, so he filled his plate with food and went to sat on the stairs to eat alone.

That's how he liked it anyway. Or maybe he would have appreciated a company that he likes but Jimin was busy with the man Taehyung had been staring secretly almost all evening now. Not just this evening but almost every summer he could remember.

That man, he had held all of Taehyung's attention since as long as he could remember. Even as a kid, he remembered craving for his Uncle Jeon's attention.

Uncle Jeon. Or Jeon Jungkook.

He was the youngest brother of Taehyung's father. The family tree wasn't complicated, but their names made it a bit complex. Taehyung's father, they were five siblings. Three brothers and two sisters.

Park Somi, Jimin's mother, she was the eldest of them all and she was a second mother to Taehyung. She married to a Japanese man she fell in love with. Though they lived in Japan, all of their family, but they are the only people Taehyung meet more than once in a year.

Kim Taehyun, Taehyung's father, he was the second in line. Then it was his elder uncle, Kim Woobin, his aunt Kim Yoona, she lived in states with his American husband and then there was Uncle Jeon.

Jeon because he took his mother's name. When Taehyung's grandparent's divorced Jungkook was barely seven so he was handed over to his mother by the court.

All the siblings settled down in different part of countries except Uncle Jeon.

He... he wasn't a man to settle down with anything in life. He was different. He was wild and free. He liked to travel. To explore. Things couldn't keep him bounded. He was a brook. Ebbing and flowing and continuously moving. That was the reason Taehyung only saw him around in summer.

Nobody actually knows where he spends the rest of the year. According to Taehyung, he was the only person who was actually living his life. The rest of them were just following footprints of the others and maybe that was the reason he attracted Taehyung so much.

His laughs, they were contagious. His eyes held stories of adventure. Of Wildness. Craziness. Of the big wild world Taehyung was missing on. He also wanted to flow with the wind for once.

"Uh!' Taehyung grunted when a kid brushed past him shoving him lightly in shoulder spilling the rice in his spoon.

"Sorry..." The boy threw over his shoulder, but Taehyung didn't pay attention. He focused on his dinner, his eyes returning to his uncle talking to Jimin with that bright smile. He watched the two talking and laughing over something so casually.

They have always been casual. His uncle and Jimin but with Taehyung, he was so different. Like, there was an air of awkwardness between them. Jungkook talked to him here and there, but Taehyung wasn't Jimin. He didn't know how to keep a conversation going. Every time he had his uncle's attention, he would just feel a war of hormones going inside him.

There was a tension between them Taehyung didn't want Jungkook to feel. He wanted his uncle to be casual with him also. Talk to him. Laugh with him. Touch him casually, pull him into a half hug and squeeze him like he did to Jimin. He just... wanted his attention.

In any way.

"Hey Taehyung! Why are you sitting there alone?" Sera asked from the couch grabbing his attention. "Join us... Come on!"

"Yes, man... We know you are a loner, but we are ready to give you some company." Luke, Aunt Yoona's eldest son commented making everyone else laugh while Sera glared at him.

"You don't need to be mean, Luke."

"I just said the truth." The boy shrugged.

Taehyung gave him a sweet smile. "I really appreciate your kind gesture, Luke but I'd rather be alone than sit in your boring company."

The comeback made all the rest of his cousins, hoot. The small commotion grabbed everyone's attention. While curious eyes searched for the reason of sudden outburst of laughter, the young boys and girls laughed their lungs out.

Taehyung rolled his eyes and focused on his food.

"Tae! Man! I love your sassy mouth." Cain, Luke's own brother, beamed at Taehyung. "Ignore him. Come on! Join us."

"Just come here already." Sera scolded him when she saw the denial in his brown eyes. Taehyung looked at him for a minute wanting her to just let it go but the girl kept glaring at her authoritatively.

Taehyung had no other option than to heave a sigh and get up. Walking over to Jimin's elder sister who was just a sweet sister to him as well, he took his place beside the girl. "Happy?" He asked hufing. The girl only smiled at him and ruffled his hairs.

Taehyung couldn't stop himself from smiling as well.

"Hey Taehyung...." Woojin, or simply Jin, as they all called him, was his uncle's son. "You are turning eighteen this year, right?"

Taehyung ate the food in his mouth only to nod. "Yeah."

"Are you excited?"

"What's there to be excited about?" He questioned looking at all of them one by one. While a few girls looked at him with suggestive eyes, the rest of them gave him weird looks. "What?" He questioned again when everyone kept watching him.

His cousins only shook their head in unison. "Nothing. Never mind." Luke said and all of them got busy in their own talks again while Taehyung sat there uninterested in any conversation. The boy focused on his food, his eyes drifting to Jimin and his uncle Jeon still laughing over something together.

It was much after dinner when he was plopped in the beanie in the living area itself, his headphone in his neck. All the elders of the family were chilling on the couches, except his youngest uncle. He had walked out when he got a call almost five minutes ago and hadn't returned.

His cousins were probably up in one of their rooms somewhere. The boy tapped away on the screen continuously as he played some game. Jimin had tried to take him to bed already as he was tired from the travel and wanted to sleep in early, but Taehyung wasn't sleepy.

And not in a mood to cuddle Jimin at all.

He discarded his phone when one of his aunt asked him to get beers from the refrigerator. As he handed one to each of them, they all praised him for being so humble and respectful. One topic led to other, and they all ended up discussing about Taehyung's birthday party.

The boy put his headphones to his ears and went back to playing game.

He wasn't interested in that discussion. What was the difference anyway? Everything will be the same. Wishes. Gifts. Balloons. Confetti. Cake. Party. Booze. Dance. Make out. Sex. Everyone will get busy in themselves, and Taehyung would be forgotten.

What does being eighteen changes anyway?

He would be legal? He can still drink. He can still drive. He could fuck right in the moment if he wanted so what did being eighteen changes? The boy rolled his eyes and busied himself in game, but his brown eyes went towards the door as if they had a mind of their own when Uncle Jeon walked inside tapping away something on his phone.

His fingers on the phone, paused. Taehyung couldn't help but notice the bulging veins in his hands and arms.

The boy shifted in his place feeling the same need to have those hands on himself that he did almost every time he glance at his uncle.

His eyes checked out the other from head to toe. He wore loose tracks, but Taehyung could still make his thick thighs. His eyed the man's crotch before looking up to his hard chest peeking from his black t-shirt.

The more his uncle walked closer, the smaller he felt the place to be. Jeon Jungkook was so huge that it made him feel even smaller. And vulnerable. The muscles in his belly twisted again with heat pooling in the pit of his stomach.

He refused to accept he could feel that need with just a sight of his uncle. His teenage hormones were to be blamed. He clenched his thighs together subconsciously.

Jungkook finally looked up, his eyes scanning the room. When they landed on Taehyung, it was like he was caught in headlights.

Those black eyes had always held a look Taehyung couldn't decipher. Every time his uncle looked at him, he felt something. It made him want to curl up into himself. Or be bold and stare back challenging his uncle.

This time, the boy quickly looked down at his phone, but it was too late-Jungkook had noticed that Taehyung had been staring. There was a flicker of something in his gaze, something that sent a shiver down Taehyung's spine.

The boy swallowed subtly when his uncle walked over to him and plopped on the other beanie beside Taehyung. A faint smell of something masculine filled his nostrils. Taehyung inhaled trying to make up what exactly that smell was but it was too faint.

Each hair on the boy's skin rose in response to the proximity. They were not too close but Taehyung had never learned to control his body and senses, his mind and his thoughts from drifting away.

All of his senses were too aware of his uncle's presence in the vicinity.

The boy removed his headphones immediately and stared at the other from the corner of his eyes, his heart racing in his chest.

"What's going on?" Jungkook's voice was deep, smooth, and it made Taehyung's stomach flip. His hold on the phone tightened without his notice. Even though his uncle was talking to elders, he listened to the other forgetting his phone.

"Nothing... we are just planning Taehyung's birthday party."

"Did you guys ask what he wants it to be like?" He questioned casually. Taehyung was so engrossed in his own reactions to his uncle's presence that it took him a few moments to notice that everyone was staring at him.

"Is there anything specific you want, Taehyung?" His mother questioned. Everyone was watching him waiting for a reply, but Taehyung couldn't shake away a particular one. His gaze went to his uncle who stared at him.

The man nodded encouraging. Those black pools, wild and deep... they made Taehyung look away. With his heart drumming in his chest, he faked a smile at his mother and shook his head. "Whatever you guys want." He said and looked back at Jungkook.

His uncle was still watching him.

"You don't seem to be very excited. You are turning eighteen, Taehyung." His velvety voice wrapped around the other like a sizzling blanket. The boy almost moaned at how good it felt to his ears. His name in his uncle's voice.

How would it sound like if he moan his name in bed?

Fuck!

He crossed his one leg over the other to hide his arousal but the boy didn't look away. "Does it matter?" He asked looking straight at the other, but he shifted uncomfortably when his uncle kept staring at him.

Those black eyes, they seemed to be peeking into his mind. To his soul. For a minute, Taehyung felt like his uncle could read him like an open book. He knew he was just imagining it, but he wanted him to.

He wanted him to read how he had been staring at his uncle Jeon all those summers waiting for him to notice Taehyung. How... how that secret crush he got when he was almost ten turned into something dirty and unholy over the years.

He wanted the other to know how he lusted over his uncle and imagined the wildest fantasies.

"Being eighteen, does it make any difference?" He questioned again not wanting the other to look away.

Jungkook's gaze fell down to Taehyung's nose, to his lips and down to his chin only to move upwards again towards his eyes as if he was studying the other. The boy wondered what was going on in his head.

Was it amusement in his eyes? Wait! It dawned upon him. He... he was judging Taehyung. The boy looked away letting out a laugh. "I know I am boring."

"Nobody is boring. Some people are just different. Unique. You are one of them."

Taehyung's eyes returned to his uncle who gave a light shrug of his shoulders. "You are interesting in your own way." It sounded so convincing that the boy almost believed it, but he knew his uncle said that just to make him feel better.

The boy looked away letting out a chuckle. His eyes returned to his uncle once more only to find him smiling, amusement dancing in his eyes. "Thank you." He said not knowing what else to say.

He really didn't know how to keep a conversation going. Especially with that particular man whose name he moaned every time he masturbated.

Taehyung waited for the other to say something, but Vera called Jungkook. "Coming, babe..." He said to her and got up. He was about to walk away but stopped. Smiling at the boy, he looked at him in his brown eyes. "It matters."

"Huh?"

"Turning eighteen." He shrugged. "Trust me, it makes a lot of difference." As his uncle said that, Taehyung saw a wild memory flash in his black eyes. The boy knew it must be from his uncle's eighteenth birthday, or something related to that. He wanted to know about it, but the other was gone.

Taehyung sat there wondering how his uncle must have celebrated his eighteenth birthday. Was it the same thing? Cake and gifts and booze? Knowing Uncle Jeon, he knew it couldn't be so boring.

That wasn't his style. He must be wild from the very start.

Your update is here!! Hope you enjoyed the chapter. I'd really like to know your thoughts.

Also, I have something really important to say.

I read all your comments on last chapter. While they made me smile and giggle, there were a few that really ruined my mood.

Honestly, I felt so frustrated and irritated. There were a lot of comments saying how I always write married or committed Kook and single, virgin, desperate Taehyung with no self respect.

Excuse me?

For as long as I remember, I never wrote a weak character of Taehyung. In all my books, he had been strong minded and knew how to stand up for himself. I don't know which stories you guys read and come here complaining to me. I don't know what other authors write and honestly, I don't even care... I am not competing here. Neither I am trying to copy anyone.

I will write what I want.

About your complaints regarding Committed or married Kook? My plots demand that. I couldn't write Tangled desires any other way. I couldn't write the Tainted series any other way and I can't write Summers secret without a committed Kook.

He is seriously thirty, man. And he is Taehyung's uncle. First of all, no man stays virgin till thirty and second, what's the logic of him waiting for Taehyung to grow up in this book? Does it even makes sense? Seriously, some of you are really immature.

I don't know why some of you have so much problem regarding Taehyung not being Jungkook's first or Jungkook not being Taehyung's first. Is everything just about it? In real life, just how many couples have you met who were each other's firsts? Your parents? Friends? Anyone?? Did they not have a crush or relationship with someone else before coming together in the end?

You guys don't have a problem with BTS not being your first choice? Because am Damn sure you must have loved someone else before them. Any actor. A crush in school. A fucking boyfriend. Anyone!! But does it matter anymore??

I don't know about you guys because some of you really come out as immature but its not wrong to me. This is how real life works. I don't expect to be someone's first. I don't fucking care if I am third or fourth or nth... The only thing I care is being someone's last.

That's the only thing that matter.

Being someone's first and forgotten? I'd rather choose to be someone the other can't get over. Someone who is irreplaceable. Someone who isn't easy to move on from.

That's my thoughts and I write what I believe in. I can't write simple stories with Tae and Kook being each other's firsts and falling in love and doing 'it' and bullshit! I write complications because that's closer to reality.

And I hope u guys know what does closer to reality mean here. Don't come at me saying how dare you say Tae and Kook are not each other's firsts in real life!

So, if you have any problem with my plots, please stop reading rather than commenting all that nonsense. I love to read comments on my chapters but not such immature whinings!

There are millions of stories on Wattpad and you have all the right to read what you want. So do I. I have the right to write what I want. Please don't tell me how should I write it. What should my plots be like and what I shouldn't write!!

I'd really appreciate that.

Thank you!!
