Chaper Five

Can's POV

I got a text that read 'You have 30 minutes to get here'

Can: "What the hell? How am I supposed to get there in 30 minutes?"

I looked at the fasted option that was 45 minutes

Can: "damn $55? Whatever I need to get my dad's job back"

With that I looked in my wallet and saw the money I was saving up for Lay's 17th birthday present

'it's fine I'll just find a part time job to make some money'

I went to the main road and looked around for a taxi

After a 5 minute wait I finally saw a taxi

Can: "hello, can you take me to West MerryWood hills?"

Taxi driver: "yeah kid, but it's gonna cost you"

Can: "how much?"

Taxi driver: "$65"

Can: "I thought it was $55?"

Taxi driver: "that's the usual rate but nobody takes taxis there plus it's getting late so this is gonna cost me more than it costs you, this is my best price, take it or leave it"

Can: "okay" I hesitated but I knew I needed to get the job back

After 20 minutes we started to head into a more suburban expensive looking area

Can: "woah"

Taxi driver: "surprising right? These homes cost around 3 million each"

Can: "who would buy a house for that much when you can spend it on food" the taxi driver chuckled

Taxi driver: "you remind me of my son, always talking about food, anyways who are you here to see? A friend? Family member?"

Can: "I wouldn't call him a friend he's just a guy that goes to the same uni as me"

Taxi driver: "ohh"

After 10 more minutes we finally stopped at a very expensive luxurious looking home

Taxi driver: "well, we're here" I hesitated once again but I took the money out and paid the driver

Taxi driver: "good luck"

Can: "thanks, i'm pretty sure i'm gonna need it" I closed the car door and headed to the front of the house

I pressed the button since there were gates

He buzzed open the gates so I walked up to the door and went in

As soon as I walked in I saw tin laying on the couch

Can: "so? What did you need me for?" he didn't say anything or even look

Can: "hello? I asked you a question, If you don't need me i'm gonna leave-"

Tin: "Go run some errands for me"

Can: "what type of errands?"

Tin: "grocery shopping" I don't know why but the way he said it seemed cold

'What the heck is up with him? I mean not that I care but he seems unusual'

Tin: "the paper is in the kitchen table, the keys are behind the door"

Can: "what makes you think I won't run away with your $600,000 car?"

Tin: "I know you won't and if you do i'll find you"

Can: "don't tempt me" I was trying to joke around with him since he seemed in a mood worse than usual

I walked out and drove to the nearest grocery store which was a couple miles away

I was amazed by how the grocery store even looked expensive

I walked around for a couple minutes getting the food on the list

Can: "eggs, tomatoes, bread, mil-" I felt someone tapping my shoulder

Mark: "can!! What are you doing out here?? Don't you live further away from here?"

Can: " hey mark, i'm just running some errands for someone out here"

Can: "what about you? I thought you lived near my neighborhood"

Mark: "No, actually I live around this area but there's something in that neighborhood that interests me"

Mark: "Also are you free tomorrow?"

Can: "I don't think I'm doing anything, why?"

Mark: "tomorrow there's a festival hosted by a big company and I was wondering if you'd come with me"

Can: "uhh i'm not really big on partying or going out"

Mark: "there's gonna be a ton of food there~" 'food? In that case I'll go, why not'

Can: "hmmm sure, but at what time?"

Mark: "it's at around 9AM" A lady came from behind and yelled mark's name

???: "mark! Honey we have to go now"

Mark: "oh sorry, my mom's calling me, but, I'll send you the details?"

Can: "sure, see you" with that mark left and I headed back towards Tin's house

I opened the door but didn't see tin

Can: "Tin?? I'm back? Don't tell me he left -_-" I walked around the house between the corridors but didn't find him

I decided to head to the second floor and I saw Tin sleeping peacefully and snoring softly wearing his headphones

I walked over to the bed and was about to shake him to wake him up but I suddenly stopped

All of a sudden I felt a warm sensation wash over me seeing him sleeping so peacefully

'He looks looks so pure and soft'

I don't know why I got the urge to touch his face

He just looked so beautiful, his smooth soft skin, his deep almond shaped eyes, his plump lips, those strong but soft eyebrows of his and the way his hair was so messy but so cute at the same time

I don't know why but I went to touch his face, just when I was about to,

Tin: "What are you doing?" 'Well sh*t'
