This chapter will have some foreshadowing in it, prepare for some spoilers to what's gonna happen in the future for marcy sash and Anne :) it also has some comedy.

After Sasha and Anne had headed their different ways, it was time for Marcy to go too. Marcy walked through the school exit and began walking to her house.

As she arrived in front of her house, she could see the both of her parents standing outside her house with their arms crossed and foot tapping on the ground with angry looks on their faces. "Marcy Wu get your tail over here!" Marcy's mom shouted.

Marcy got to the entrance of her house and stood in front of her parents like they demanded.

"You got detention! You fool! Your already messing up your perfect progress in school. Just wait until the whole family finds out about how much of a disappointment you've been lately!" Marcy's dad scolded.

"I'm sorry papa, I've tried my best." Marcy mumbled, looking down while gripping her skirt.

"You tried your best!? This isn't something you can undo! It goes in your permanent record you know!?" Marcy dad continued.

"Oh well it's fine, it'll come right back to you later on." Marcy's mom stated.

"It's like defeating something and it comes back for revenge and puts two people you care for in a coma and you have to stand over their sleeping bodies and beg for forgiveness for letting that happen to them! It's just like your grades!" Marcy's compared.

"Well, if you guys are going to complain then maybe I should just go up to my room and ignore you for the rest of the day." Marcy said.

Marcy pushed her parents out of the way of the front door and walked inside. "Get back here young lady!" Marcy's mom demanded.

Marcy ignored her mother's demand and headed upstairs to her bedroom. Once she got to her bedroom she walked inside and slammed the door shut behind her. She flopped onto her bed and groaned into her sheets. 'God I hate my life.' Marcy thought.

'There's always a problem with everything I do, I always have to live the way they want me to live. Nothings every fair, I can't even breathe without any of them having a problem with it.'

'They want me to be the "perfect smart girl," I'm not perfect, I'm Marcy. Anne and Sasha has opened my eyes to that fact.'

'God I don't even feel like doing my homework right now, I'll just wake up at like 5am to do it or something.'

Marcy snuggled up into her blankets and closed her eyes. After a few minutes, she dozed off.

......

*Knock Knock*

?

Marcy opened her eyes and rubbed her eyes to clear her vision. She woke up to notice that her whole room was dark, the only light available was the moon shining through her window with open curtains. Marcy turned her head to look the time in her alarm clock to see that it was 3:30 am. 'Three thirty am!? Who could be outside my window in the middle of the night!?' Marcy thought.

Annoyed and tired, Marcy got up and ambled to her window. It was a girl. It was quite hard for Marcy to grasp on who it was due to her blurry and spinning vision. Once her vision fully cleared, she finally grasped on who it was. Sasha Waybright. Except, the one and only Anne wasn't with her. 'Sasha? What could she be doing outside my window almost 4am? Do her parents know? Did she secretly do it? Are her parents worried about her? Are her parents looking for her right now...?'

The spinning thought roaming around in Marcy's head quickly came to a stop once The blonde opened her mouth to speak.

"Stop thinking about how gorgeous I am and open the window already! You know how cold it gets when it's late like this!" Sasha complained.

"Okay! Okay! Just stop yelling at me or my parents will come up here and lost their shit at both of us!" Marcy demanded.

Marcy unlocked her window and slid it up for Sasha to climb in. Once the window opened and Sasha hopped in, a cool breeze blew in from the window and Marcy shivered in her arms. "Jeez you were right Sash! It's freezing out there!" Marcy agreed.

"Yea, I know. And a certain someone took too long to open up the window. Hmm, I wonder who that could be." Sasha teased.

"Yea me too, I wonder who that could be." Marcy copied while rolling her eyes, offering a playful grin.

"Ha Ha very funny." Sasha sarcastically chuckled.

"Hah, I'm exhausted. I didn't do my homework either, and I've been up all day too. I'm going back to sleep." Marcy said.

Marcy walked back over to her bed and snuggled under her blankets. Everything was fine, nothing bad happened, nothing crazy happened, but then, Marcy could feel movement on her bed. Marcy opened her eyes to see Sasha under the blanket with her and their faces a few inches away from each other's. Marcy's face heated up and she quickly fell off of her bed as she let out a high pitched squeal.

"WAHHHHHHH!"

"Shhh! Marce! Be quiet or you'll wake up your parents!" Sasha whispered.

"Sorry Sash! You just caught me by surprise that's all." Marcy giggled, nervously.

Marcy climbed back into her bed as her heart rate started to calm down. Marcy laid down far away from Sasha to prevent herself from having a heart attack.

Well, I guess it's safe to say it didn't work out very well.

Sasha moved herself closer to Marcy and wrapped her arms around Marcy's neck, and rested one of her legs across Marcy's stomach. Meanwhile Marcy was laid down on her back, and Sasha was in her side. So it was very close contact for them.

"Sash-"

"Shh. Let's just lay her in each other's presence, we barley get this chance. Let's make the most of it." Sasha gently whispered, in Marcy's ear.

'She's right, we barley have any time together besides school or sleepovers. This is nothing to make a big deal over, we're just two best friends sleeping in the same bed!' Marcy thought.

A few minutes pass and both of the ladies are laying on the bed in silence. Marcy breaks the silence with a question. "Hey, Sash? Do you ever... like, feel like there's something about yourself that you don't like?" Marcy questioned.

"Hmm. Like an insecurity?" Sasha asked.

"Yea, an insecurity." Marcy responded.

"No, I've never felt that way. I'm Sasha Waybright for gods sake! I take no shit! And I'm beautiful too!" Sasha chuckled.

'Of course she wouldn't have any insecurities. Just like she said, she's Sasha Waybright for gods sake. And she's gorgeous too. Her beautiful ocean blue eyes and her soft blonde locks are just TOO gorgeous not to love.' Marcy thought.

"Well, I do. And the only reason I'm speaking to you about this is because I feel comfortable around you, I don't feel embarrassed or scared to tell you things because I give up my trust and give it to you." Marcy said.

'Well actually, I'm scared to tell you just one thing.'

I'm pretty sure you all know what that one thing is.

"Huh? You? Insecurities? I never thought you'd ever think that of yourself. Well, actually, I can't really control what you think of yourself since everyone is different so I guess that's my bad, go on marbles." Sasha said.

"Well, there's a lot of things about me that I don't appreciate at all, I think it's ugly, and not normal. Especially my scar. It's disgusting, and if I ever had the chance I'd do anything to get rid of it. I wanna be beautiful, not some nerdy bookworm. I want to be beautiful like you and Anne, I know this might sound like I'm currently being a guilt trip but these are my thought." Marcy admitted.

"Oh Marce...you don't have to feel like you have to be a different person to feel beautiful.. your gorgeous just the way you are. I love how you're nerdy, I love how you're always so focused on school and studying so that you can remain smart to help me and Anne. I love that you're always so determined to make me and Anne happy no matter what the consequences are. I love you're eyes, I love your long lashes. I love your stab wound, it shows how hard you've fought. I love how you're skinny and scrawny. You might not like the way your body looks but I don't see anything ugly, I just see Marcy. Your beautiful mar-mar, nothing about you screams ugly, no matter how hard it tries. Do you know how many guys and girls across the world would love to be in a relationship with a loveable little nerd like you? You're so pretty mar-mar, don't you ever forget that."

Marcy's eyes started to tear up and a bright red blush formed on her face as she pulled Sasha into a bone crushing hug. "Thank you so much Sasha."

Usually it would take a while for Marcy to believe a compliment that was given to her. But this was different. It's Sasha Waybright, her love. It would probably take a few years for her to believe she was beautiful if it was someone that had said this to her, but it's Sasha. Just a few words that come from her pretty lips and Marcy immediately believes it.

Surprised, Sasha returned the hug. "No need to thank me Marcy, I only spoke the truth." Sasha said.

A few minutes pass of laying in each other's warmth and they both began to doze off, into a deep, deep sleep.

......In the morning.

Marcy flicked and her eyes quickly shot open when she heard a loud knock at her door.

She quickly hopped out of her bed, waking up Sasha in the process."Oh god, oh god oh go oh god oh god...." Marcy whispered, panicked while pacing back and forth around her room.

"Marcy? Are you awake? You have to get ready for school!" Marcy's mom called.

"Uh yeah, I'm just doing something really quick!" Marcy responded.

"Okay, I'm coming in!" Marcy's mom notified.

"NO!" Marcy shouted.

"Huh? Why?" Marcy's mom asked.

"Uh... I'm naked!" Marcy lied.

"Uh, okay? Let me know when your finished changing and come downstairs for breakfast." Marcy's mom said.

"Will do!" Marcy said.

Marcy turned to Sasha red in the face as she opened her mouth to speak. "You see the foolishness you have me saying!?" Marcy whispered.

"Haha! I thought it was hilarious." Sasha quietly chuckled.

"Well, we gotta get you outta here before my parents find out and chew my head up." Marcy said.

"Yeah, if my parents wake up and I'm not there, they'll totally get on my case once I get home." Sasha agreed.

"Welp cya!"

Sasha quickly slid the window open and hopped out.

"WAIT SA-"

Marcy closed her eyes, but she didn't hear the thud. Marcy slowly peered out of her window and saw Sasha standing outside while waving at her with a goofy grin on her face. "I'm okay!" Sasha shouted.

Marcy facepalmed with a grin on her face as she shut her window closed and headed to her closet to change her clothes. 'God that girl is something else.' Marcy thought chuckling.

......Marcy headed downstairs for breakfast and sat at the table with her plate in front of her and her parents sitting across from her.

As Marcy began to eat, her father began to speak. "So, how's school been?" He asked.

"Uh, good I guess?" Marcy responded.

"Hmm, good. So, why have you been slacking lately on your work? And why have you been getting detention?" He confronted.

"Dad, I really don't want to talk about this right now." Marcy said.

"Don't be irreverent with me girl." He warned.

"I'm sorry dad but you really have no say in the choices I make, I'm thirteen. I don't want to be the perfect you that you want me to be, I want to be Marcy Wu, I'm not perfect, nobody's perfect. Plus you'd be exhausted if you were trapped in a completely different realm for 7 months!" Marcy raised her voice.

'You'd also be even more exhausted if you got stabbed by a giant fire sword.'

Marcy's parents don't know about what she's been through, they don't know she was held captive, they don't know that's she was stabbed, so it was rude for them to say things like this.

"We were worried sick about you through all those seven months! Really Marcy? You got them all trapped there? How irresponsible and childish could you be? We got those letters from that "Anne" girl." Marcy's mom chimed in.

"Ok I've had enough, I'm going to school." Marcy said as she got up from her seat and walked to the front door.

"You can't get away from the conversation Marcy!" Her mom yelled as Marcy walked out of the front door and made her way to school.

'God parents are annoying.'

......Marcy walked into her classroom and sat down in her seat next to Anne and Sasha. "Hey, what are we doing right now?" Marcy whispered over to Sasha.

"We're doing a kahoot right now, the teacher wants us to get out our laptops right now." Sasha responded.

"Oki doke!" Marcy said.

Marcy took her laptop out of her bag and opened it up.

"Okay class, the code for the game is 513218."

Marcy put in the code for the game and set her name as "gamermarcywu."

...

"Okay class, now that everyone is in, how about we- wait, who is Quandale dingle?"

Marcy looked to her right and Anne let out a small snort and opened her mouth to speak. "That's me ma'am."

"Okay? Uh, cool username. I don't understand it but it's cool I guess."

"And, who is 'Glizzygobbler2022'?"

Marcy turned her head to look over Sasha who also let out a snort. "That's me ma'am."

"Woah cool username! It sounds like a cool action figure name that someone would use! I'll make sure to mention the name to my son so he can make that his video game username."

At this point, both Sasha and Anne were both shaking and snorting while struggling to hold in their laughs. Marcy facepalmed. 'God these two are silly.' Marcy thought.
