Maka's pov

Soul and I were sitting on the couch since our training had been canceled. Soul sat up and put his shoes on a grabbed his jacket

"I'll be back in an hour Maka."

"Where are you going?"

"Out."

He walked out the door and left me in the house alone. U had been really depressed ever since our battle with Crona. I hated to see Soul get hurt and so since that day I had been slashing my wrists to make up for his pain.

I was sitting in my room blood gushed from my wrists as I pulled the blade farther and farther.

Souls pov

I opened the door quietly I wasn't sure if Maka was sleeping or not I cracked her door slightly to she if she was awake.

"Maka?! What are you doing!" I yelled grabbing the blade from her.

She explained to me why she did it.

"Maka...you don't have to do that I'm fine. It hurts me to see that your hurting yourself though."

"So what do I do?"

"Stop hurting yourself. Come with me."

I took her hand and led her into the bathroom I cleaned out her cuts and put a bandaid on them.

"Your gonna sleep in my room." I ordered

"Why?"

"Because I have to make sure you don't hurt yourself."

"Ok."

It was already late so Maka crawled into my bed a huddled under the sheets. I laid next to her and held her in my my arms hugging her tightly.

"I love you Maka and I want you to live for me to show you that." I whispered.
