-timeskip 2 days later-

Maka was sitting on the floor sorting through her shelves

What're you doin?

"Organizing"

Cool, want some help?

"Yeah! Can you sort through those books"

I sat in the floor in the middle of about 600 books when I found one book in particular it was a bright pink with the word diary written across the cover in purple glitter glue

I flipped through the pages to one from 3 months ago

I started reading

Omg Soul actually kissed me to day and asked me to be his girlfriend I can't believe it oh my god I'm so happy...

I read it aloud and before I could finish, Maka lunged for the book and grabbed it from me she put it on a high shelf and when she wasn't looking I grabbed it again

Soul and I went on our first date today...

I began reading before Maka took the book again

"You know what maybe we should just go get the stuff for dinner."

We put on our shoes and grabbed our jackets before heading out

We drove to the store and got all the ingredients I could tell by what Maka picked up that we were having spaghetti.

She hopped on the back of the motorcycle I turned around to make sure she had her helmet on and she kissed me

"That's revenge for reading my diary."

It didn't feel like revenge

"It was."

We drove home and Maka and I started cooking she asked me to make the bread and salad so I did what I was told and made the bread and salad

Not long after Blair set the table and we ate it was delicious I cleared the plates and Maka rinsed them.

When we were done doing dishes we sat in the couch to see the tv had gone out because of the storm so went into My room turned off the lights snuggled in each others arms and listened to the rain.
