Coming home

Maka's pov

After three long days at camp we finally got on the bus to go home once we got all our things out of the cabins we put them on the bus and hoped on everyone was pretty much on there phones Blackstar was bragging about his grade while Tsubaki just played on her phone about halfway through the bus ride I got really sleepy since it was almost 9:30 Soul could always tell when I was tired he put his arm around me and I put my head on his shoulder.

Souls pov

I had my arm around Maka she was asleep and I made sure no one woke her up. I stared out the window to the water under the bridge we were crossing but I was sure I saw something in the water it looked small and...purple? I just ignored it and went to sleep

*time skip*

I woke up to Blackstar screaming in my ear and slapped him Maka thank god was still asleep

Dammit Blackstar what the hell was that for?

"Sorry I had to wake you up were back at the DWMA."

Oh

"Here I'll wake Maka up to."

No! I'll take her

Maka's pov

Since we had walked to school the day we left we had to walk back from the school when we got back I woke up in Souls arms he looked down at me and smiled

"I see your awake."

How long was I out? Where are we? Where's our stuff?

"Well you were asleep for about 2 hours, we are 3 blocks from home and Blackstar and Tsubaki took our stuff since we had to walk they said they would drop it off tomorrow."

Oh, ok

He set me down and we walked home.

*short time skip*

Once we got in the house Blair was sitting on a heater soaking wet she probably just got out of the bath.

Souls pov

We put on our pajamas and got in bed it was about 2:30 when I heard a quiet scream from Maka's room I went in to check on her she was sitting up straight wiping away tears.

Maka what's wrong?!

"I'm ok Soul I just had a bad dream."

What was it about?

"You guys got hurt" she said tears welling up in her eyes

I hugged her its ok Maka I'm here

"Can you stay here for a little while?"

Of course I said smiling and wiping away her tears I climbed under the covers up put my arms around her.

"Goodnight Soul, I love you"

Goodnight Maka, I love u more.
