Tears and Alleys

I woke up to the sound of my blaring alarm, I sat up and groaned, I looked to see I was alone in my bed. I jumped off my bed and turned off my alarm, rushing to the bathroom. When I got out I decided to put on a different outfit today, just because Chat was so kind. I decided to curl my hair today and wear this outfit:

I smiled at the mirror and went downstairs to greet my parents.

When I got to school I could feel eyes on me, some for good reasons and some for bad. I shrugged off the feeling and rushed to class. I saw Alya and Nino chatting and walked up to them. "Hey guys" I smiled, Alya and Nino's jaw dropped at my appearance, I frowned "it's weird isn't" I asked, my shoulders drooping. Alya shook her head "Girl, you look...AMAZING!" Alya hollered, making eyes turn to us. I could feel eyes burning holes throughout my body, I shivered. Since I still couldn't face Adrien I sat next to Nathaniel. Nathaniel's eyes widened, once he caught a glimpse of me, his blush made me blush. "I knew it...I l-look weird...don't I" I said sitting down, Nathaniel shook his head and smiled. "Y-you l-look wonder-f-ful" Nathaniel's stammering made a smile crawl on my face. "Thanks!" I said. He nodded. I felt good about myself, that is before Adrien walked in.

After class I waited for everyone to leave before I did, I wanted to spend my lunch in peace. Once everyone left I got up and left the classroom, bumping into someone and landing on my back. I rub my head and open my eyes to see Adrien as red as Nathaniel's hair, I then notice my position. I'm on the floor with my legs wide open for the world to see my panty (she's wearing a dress) I blush and close my legs. I get up and run away from him. Tears fall out my eyes, I feel like the whole world has seen me naked.

Alya's P.O.V

I start getting worried once I noticed that Marinette STILL hasn't came back from class. I walk up the stairs to find her, I then see her bump into Adrien and land in an inappropriate way. I see her blush and run. I start running after her. As I ran I turn my head to see Adrien like a tomato, I frown then continue to chase after her.

Marinette's P.O.V

I run and run, tears flying out of my eyes. I run until I hit something hard and fall. I see a concrete wall in front of me, I guess I ran into an alley. I sit down with my back against the ball, I hold my knees up to my face and cry. I guess I fell asleep.

When I opened my eyes it was night, I look around to see I was still in an alley. I stood up and walked out of it, finding myself in the other side of town. I sigh and walk home. As I walk I hear footsteps behind me, I turn to see no one. And with my luck, it starts to rain. I continue walking and hear footsteps again, before turning I feel a hand on my butt. I turn my head to see a man around M.s Bustier's age, smirking. I try to run but he grabs my wrist and pulls me close to him. "H-hel-" he cuts me off by putting a hand over my mouth. "Come on little lady~ Let's go home tonight~" he sang, grabbing my waist and running his fingers around my leg. I smell alcohol, he's drunk. I use this as my advantage and kick him where the sun doesn't shine. He winces but only tightens his grip on my wrist. I feel my body trembling, I grab his arm and flip him over onto his back. He lets go of my wrist and I use that chance to run and run. I run for what felt like ages, when I felt hands on my waist pull me up into the sky. I automatically know who it is. "Chat" I said in a monotone voice. "How'd you know it was me purrincess~" Chat rolls his tongue. I scoff "well shesh I don't know any other idiot who'd grab girl's by their waist and pull them into the sky. "But princess, you are the only one I'd do it for" Chat says, we stop at a roof and he put me on his lap. "So princess...what were you doing on the other side of the town this late at night with that outfit on?" Chat asks, like an over protective parent. I roll my eyes and cross my arms, letting out a huff. "I got e-embarrassed...s-so I r-ran away from s-school...s-so I a-accidently found myself at the other side of town. I s-sat in an alley c-crying and fell asleep. I w-woke up and was walking h-home and..." I paused, "And" Chat asked, "Iwasalmostkiddnappedbysomedrunkguyandsoistartedrunning" I said very fast so he won't hear. Unfortunately, he did hear me. His eyes widened with rage. "WHO!" He yelled, making heads turn to us "Ch-Chat...it's o-ok-" "NO IT'S NOT!" he yelled, his voice cracking at the end. "I'm a failure" his ears drooped. His head dropped with disappointment. "I....you're my Princess...I'm supposed to be your knight in shiny leather...always protecting you" Chat's voice was filled with sadness. I didn't know the poor kitty cared so much about me. I smiled, and pulled him into a hug. "Chat...don't blame yourself, I shouldn't have ran off...and besides you're not always going to be there, so I can't always rely on you" I said, I pulled away and looked into his eyes, his glowing neon eyes. I smiled, he nodded and smiled as well. Without us realizing it, we were leaning in. We were about to kiss, our faces were so dang close, I could feel his breath on my face. But, I came back to reality when I heard a scream "OH MY GAWD! MARINETTE, ARE YOU GOING TO KISS HIM!" I jerked my head and saw Alya, waving at me. I blushed deeply, "l-let's g-go to my h-house" I said sheepishly.
