Chapter 7 the proposal preperations

Draco's s POV

I walked to the slytherin common room it was the only place that wasnt blown up weird. I knocked on someone that helped me when i had no one when I couldn't love myself the girl who showed me what love is and how to love someone else other than myself Pansy Parkinson yes shes my best friend only shes the first person i came out to. She answered the door with a smirk of course its me why wont she smirk I'm gorgeous oh shut it draco let her speak. I thought as she stood in front of me. "Well, Well, Well I fit isn't Drakey come for some help?" She is noon as a flirt but i dont mind it i know how to handle her. " Please call me Draco and I want to propose to Harry tonight I know it's early but it doesnt matter its the right moment and i bought the ring but i need your help to make it special or cute. I shivered when i said the word because I'm still not used to the whole romantic softie side of myself but t makes me happy and whatever makes Harry makes me happy. Merlin help me.

Pansy nodded putting her robes on. "Come on then!" I followed confused to see Cedric Diggory's brother in her room. "Why is Nathan in your bedroom?" I squished my nose as i said it. "He's my boyfriend and yes we are taking things slow Draco he makes me see love in a new and kind way even if he's a Hufflepuff. "Well if he makes you happy thats all i care about" God damn Harry has really changed me for the better. I walked to the lake that was when he admitted to himself that he was in love with Harry and that he had been in love with him since they met in first year. I looked at the water ripples from the mermaids that were underneath the water. I knew that this where i want to propose to Harry to show him my true affections not just with my vocabulary and love letters that no one knows about but with actions after all actions speak louder than words.

Pansy put her hand on my shoulder " Even though we didn't work out i am incredibly proud of you Draco not just as your best friend but also like a sister you never had." Thats the most sweetest thing shes ever said what is happening we are Slytherins but who am i kidding I'm marrying a Griffindor. " Pansy could you get the snitch from Percy i need it to put the ring in and please dont spy on us while i am proposing to him its weird and thank you sister."
