Elena's POV

*2 months later*

Oscar and I started dating. I have actually just moved in with him in order to work things out as a family. Things have been going okay lately but only one thing wasn't sitting right with me and it was that night at the party. Neither one of the girls have tried getting in contact with me since that day except Karina. But mostly because Sad Eyes comes around a lot and when he does she's with him. I've tried asking her what's up with the girl's but she just brushes it off and says they're probably busy and Dalia has started seeing someone.

"Girl, you know how Javie is." Karina says as she brushes Mia's hair. "He's always trying to keep Jenny all to himself."

"Did you stay that night at the party?" I ask.

"Nah, Tito and I left right after you guys did." She says. "Trust me girl, Jenny and Dalia have been ignoring me too."

"I wonder why." I say as I sit on the sofa holding the rubber bands for Mia's hair.

Karina shrugs as she continues brushing.

"I don't care, as long as I have you to talk to and keep me sane, I'm good." She laughs. "I'm shocked Oscar let you bring Gabby with you."

"I'm practically her mother." I smile. "She's a really good kid so I guess that's why he wasn't really bothered about it. I'm glad she's here with me too, even if she stayed with my dad she would be in good hands, but she needs a mom role model in her life, you know?"

Karina nods.

"Oh yeah. That poor girl has been through so much." She says. "The good thing is she has you, your dad, little Mia, Oscar and of course Cesar." Karina smiles at me as I roll my eyes laughing.

"Don't even mention him." I laugh shaking my head.

"How are things going between Gabby and him anyway? She hasn't said anything?" She asks now sitting next to me as Mia crawls to her toys.

"She doesn't stop talking about him. I don't mind though, she's happy and that makes me happy for her." I say.

"Are they a thing?" Karina wiggles her eyebrows at me.

"I don't think so." I say unsure. "She hasn't said anything about that."

"Aw, can you imagine if they date?" She says. "I love Monse but Come on now." Karina laughs giving me a look.

"I hope she's good." I say.

At that moment, the front door opens and Oscar walks in with Tito.

"Uh, Kari we gotta go." Tito says.

Oscar and Sad Eyes looked serious as if they had gotten into an argument. I looked over at Karina and she looked just as confused as I was.

"What? Baby, y'all just got he-" she starts to say but gets cut off by Sad Eyes.

"I said let's go!" He shouts. He seems to notice that Kari seems a bit scared now to leave so he calms down a bit. "Baby please."

Kari nods and gives me a small smile.

"I'll text you." She whispers as she hugs me and Mia.

They both walk out, Sad Eyes not even looking at me the entire time. I look at Spooky who is avoiding eye contact.

"What was that about?" I ask as I turn off the TV.

"I uh, I need to talk to you." He says as he rubs his head and sits across from me.

I'm still confused but I give him my full attention.

"What's up?" I ask.

"Remember the Santo's party we had about 2 months ago or so?" He asks. I nod my head. "I um, I slept with Carmen that night. She called me today to tell me she was late and she thinks she's pregnant."

I get up from my seat and walk towards him slapping him across the face.

"How could you?!" I ask. "Dude, are you fucking kidding me?! That's why you were so quick to leave the party that night cause homegirl was there? Wow."

I start to pace back and forth remembering everything that happened that night. We fucked that night too and just thinking about it made me sick.

"Elena, calm down." He tries to say and I immediately walk towards him again and slap him. This time Mia started crying.

"Don't fucking tell me to calm down. What you did is fucking disgusting and you have no fucking excuse as to why you did it. We have a fucking Family Oscar. You really fucked shit up for that puta?"

I walk over to Mia and carry her, trying to stop her from crying.

"I can fix this." Oscar says.

I laugh. Literally laugh in his face.

"No, mi rey. This is done. I'm packing my shit and i'm leaving."
