Chapter Eight: "Dating"

"H-Hiding?" I stuttered, licking my dry lips "Hiding what?" 

"Don't play dumb! I said come with me." Sejung snarled, grabbing my wrist and taking my away from the f(x) members.

She slammed the door the behind her and looked at me straight in the eye "You already know why we're here."

"Okay okay! You got me! I'm not Luka. . . I'm actually Lu-"

"Sehun's secret girlfriend!" She squealed, jumping up and down "How could you not tell me this?!"

I blinked twice. Did I hear that right? ". . . Eh?"

"Psshh, I know what you two lovebirds have been hiding. After you guys had that little alone chat, Sehun got a bit flustered a couple of times. AND HE SMILED!! Well only twice, but still!" 

"W-W-Wait, his girlfriend?!" 

"I can't believe you both never told me! I already know Sehun dragged you because he didn't want me to figure out about your relationship. Well too bad!" 

Sejung darted her tongue out and giddley dance around the space we were in. Great, now I have to clear up this mess "Erm, Sejung? Actually, me and Sehun aren't-" 

"I'm just so happy he finally likes someone! It's been awhile since, and that just really breaks my heart. . ." She frowned just thinking about it, but soon turned into a grin "But eversince you came, he's been so happy! Thank you! Now, what were you saying?" 

Her words gave me a little guilt trip. Luhan, you will regret this. "I-I. . . Uh, y-yeah we are dating!" I faked a smile. I regret it already "I-I'm so sorry we hid it from you, but you shouldn't tell the others!"

"I know, I know. Hey, lets have breakfast with the EXO dongsaengs!"

And here comes more trouble "No! It's fine! I'll go back to the-" 

Sejung locked her arm with mine before I could grab the door knob "Now now, I didn't get to treat you to dinner last night, so this is the least you could do for me!"

"You boys eat like cavemen." Sejung stated watching the boys spill food everywhere "Could you at least be more like Lu-"

As she saw my state, my hair was getting into my food, sauce all over my mouth, and holding a chicken drumstick, taking a big bite out of it. All people on the table were staring at me "What?"

She deadpanned and sighed, wiping her mouth with tissue "Never mind."

I returned looks from the other members, who slowly turned their heads away from me. Sehun was just sitting beside me, which was weird enough,. He grabbed a couple of tissues and handed them to me "Here. Your mouth is filthy."

Before taking it, my eyes led to Sejung, who looked like she was forcing herself not to scream of happiness. Like one of my fans about to have an autograph from me. I quickly grabbed it from Sehun's grip and wiped my mouth "Thanks, Sehun. . ."

"What are you doing Sehun?" Sejung butted in, still with that goofy grin "You're supposed to be wiping it for her! After all, you guys are dating!"

Sehun spitted out the drink he took a sip of. All the other members had a very shocked expression, especially Suho "D-Dating?!"

"Yah, Suho! I know your company has some rule about no dating, but let the kids have fun! Sehun's twenty and Luka's. . ." She bent closer to me and whispered "How old are you?"

"Uh, nine-teen?"

"Nine-teen! They just went into the aldulthood state! Just keep this a secret from your manager, pretty please, dongsaeng?"

"N-Noona, you know we can't do that. . . You see. . . Uh. . . Ah, fine!"

The rest of EXO, and Kai and Xiumin who both had the biggest impacts turned to Suho and exclaimed in a unison "You're serious?!" 

"No, I'm not. But if something bad happens, Sejung, you have to take the responsibility."

Before Sejung could reply, Sehun got ahold of his breath and protested "But Luka's just my frie- No, we aren't even friends! And we are definitely not dati-" 

She had a look of uncertainty on her face. Looks like I have to do something now "J-Jagi, what are you talking about!?" I wrapped my arm around Sehun and gave a big grin to ease Sejung down "We are dating! Right, Sehun?" 

"You stupid girl, what are you-" 

I quickly pecked Sehun's cheek to shut him up, and turned back to her "N-No no, don't listen to your brother, he's just kidding!" 

All jaws dropped, except for Sejung's. She gave a warm hearted smile while checking her wrist watch "Hey y'all, I have work to do. I'll be back in a few days or so to check how things are doing."

She stood up, bowed, and exited just like that. Suho seemed really disappointed with us, and just left too without saying a word. And slowly but surely, the rest of EXO did the same. Xiumin was the last one, and I'm sure he hesitated, but left anyway. 

"What did you do. And what are you talking about." Sehun finally spoke up, through his teeth "We aren't dating, you stupid girl."

"Is stupid girl my new nickname now?! Because hell, I love it." I answered sarcastically, through my teeth as well "And of course not, we aren't dating! I rather die!" 

"Then what was that?!" He snapped "You just annoucned to my sister, and my band mates that we are! Suho, and probably the rest of EXO are furious with me!"

"It's because-" 

"Because what?! Don't you think you've caused enough trouble already?! I took the blame for us just a few days ago, and did nothing wrong! Now, you did it again! Everything we both do, only affects me! I-If Luhan was here. . . He wouldn't leave me like them! But. . . He's not here."

Sehun stood up from his seat and was about to leave. I had no time to think, I had to explain everything, and at the same time I had to apologize. I stood up from my seat and without thinking, shouted: "Sehun, I love you!" 

He stopped. The room was filled with silence. Sehun didn't utter a single word. After a good five seconds, he left the room for good, leaving me alone.

"I am such an idiot! Pabo pabo pabo!" I screamed while brushing my teeth violently to remove the germs on my lips when I kissed his cheek "Why didn't I just say Sejung thought we were dating instead of 'I love you'?! Wh-What's wrong with me!?" 

"You told Sehun you love him?!" Sulli squealed through the other side of the bathroom door, scaring the hell out if me

"I don't really- I couldn't think and said it by accident!" I explained before inserting the toothbrush back into my mouth 

"If you couldn't think and just said it, it means you really like him, ya know."

"That's gay."

"It's not gay since you're a girl! It's just the hormones, so go with the flow! You'll be better once you return to a boy. Or if you do. . ."

I spit out the remaing toothpaste and gargled my mouth "Yah! Don't say stuff like that!"

"I don't know. . . I kinda like you better like this. It's fun." She giggled 

 I pulled open the door and passed by her, heading to my bed and stuffing my face on the pillow "Not fun for me."

I heard Luna laugh "You're in a bad mood, and I over heard what Sulli said. How did Sehun react?"

"He probably thinks I'm insane." My words were muffled due to the pillow stuffing "And he's mad at me." 

"Aww. . . Is that why you're feeling so down? Don't worry, boys will stay mad at you for awhile, wait for a few hours, and they'll be all over you again!"

I feel really bad. Sehun's right, whenever I'm near him, I always bring trouble for the both of us. And everytime, he gets the blame.

"I-If Luhan was here. . . He wouldn't leave me like them! But. . . He's not here."

His words repeated in my mind over and over again. Sehun usually depended on me when he'd have a problem. He is a few years back from me, so of course he'd ask help from someone older. If I'm in a girl's body, that shouldn't stop me from helping him! I stood up from my bed. 

"I hope. You know what, I'll head over to him to apologize and clear on out misunderstandings right now!"

"First you sleep with her in a locked room, and now you two decide to go out?!" Suho exclaimed in anger, while the others watched in sympathy "What do you thinking you're doing!? We're all on a no dating contract!" 

He remained silent, absorbing all of Suho's scolds or just spacing out on something else. Suho was now furious "If you're going to do these kinds of actions, you should be saying something to explain them!" 

"So what if we're dating then?!" Sehun snapped. All eyes were now on him "My job won't go in between my personal business! You may leader of this group, but you are not the leader of my life! If you were a real leader. . . You would understand." 

He jolted out of the room, leaving everyone in shock. Suho had the most scars by his words. Sehun's last line made a really big impact on him. As Kai was about to chase Sehun down, Xiumin grabbed ahold of his wrist.

"Kai. Let him be. He's too young to understand." 

"Understand what?! He shouldn't act like a brat, having his way! I'm just a few months older than him, and I'm just watching from the side?! I'm not allowing that!" 

Xiumin gripped Kai's wrist harder "I know you love her too. . . It must be painful." 

Kai stopped using too much force, making Xiumin let go of him "I know you like her a lot. Doesn't it hurt?"

He paused for moment "Yeah. A little bit."

"Stupid hyungs! Stupid EXO! Stupid SM! Stupid No Dating contract!" Sehun cursed on his way out to the door.

As he bursted through the doors, he immediately stopped "Luka? What are you doing here?"

I was leaning beside the door the entire time, listening to what they have to say for Sehun "I'm sorry. . . This is all my fault."

Sehun pursed his lips and patted my shoulder "Ah- It's not your fault. It was probably my sister. After all, she was the first one to mention something about dating." 

"You forgive too easily."

"You apologize too easily." 

We both chuckled and exchanged grins. When we're not fighting, Sehun sure can be a nice guy. The realization hit me, as I remembered a part of their arguement "Why did you say we were dating? You could have just said it was your sister's mistake. . ."

"Is it wrong to say we're dating?" His grin became wider "After all, you do love me." 

My cheeks grew hotter by the second "Th-That was a misunderstanding! We- I don't love you at all! I just. . . My mind just went blank."

'He lost his mind because he's in love with you'

The words Xiumin had said to me. Maybe now, Sehun hadn't lost his mind during that time. Maybe. . . It was me. Sehun slammed his hand on the wall beside my face. My heart raced, looking at his eyes which seemed to be moving closer to me. 

WAS HE GOING TO KISS ME?!?! 

Before I could freak out, he stopped halfway and whispered onto my lips "Luka. . . You really are something. I'm only saying this once. Thank you."
