The pack meeting took place right away. Bang's pack member sat in the living room. Through Jisung and Chan's scents, the other could sense something happening between them. Minho grabbed Jisung's arm and asked him to sit next to him. Chan settled into a seat next to Changbin.

"I'm sure you know what happened to Jisungie's sister, Han Yooni." Chan started talking. 

Han Yooni's death in Australia during his family's vacation was well-known to all members of the pack. Jisung's attempt to save his sister resulted in his injuries, and he still has the scar from the accident on his back.

"I and Jisungie's cousin, Bbama, I mean Junhan know who hit Yooni." Chan stated while observing Jisung. The younger person was still glaring at him.

"Who?" Changbin was the first to ask. 

"Felix's father," Jisung's response caused a gasp among the others.

"As you are aware, Yooni was hit by Felix's father. Junhan and I were able to track him down even though he managed to escape. He hit Yooni because he got a good offer from someone." Chan tried to explain.

"Someone?" Jeongin frowned. 

"My father's business rival. My father's business has been targeted by them for a long time, but they have yet to succeed. They attempted to destroy my family out of revenge. That's why my parents are grateful that I have packmates who really care about me. It bothers me that Chan-hyung and my cousin are doing something related to my family without telling me," Jisung continues to stare at his pack alpha.

"I'm sorry, baby."

"I believed that the person who hit Yooni had been caught," Changbin said. 

"Not yet, because that's one of my father's strategies. That's the reason why he's still not in prison. He's only recently started bothering Felix. As far as I know, Felix's relationship with his parents has always been strained. Felix is not a priority for them. Maybe that's why I'm not bothered by his joining our pack. He needs someone to protect him.."

"Oh, baby.." Minho cradled his omega in his arms. Jisung's sour scent turned sweet when Minho scented him. 

"What is the reason for your family still wanting him to be free? Aren't people like Felix's father considered dangerous?" Seungmin asked. 

"Felix's father is still in debt to the pawnbroker. In the event that he dies right now, the pawnbroker will search for Felix. They would force Felix to pay his father's debt. My parents are still concerned about Felix's future. Despite the fact that we haven't taken any action against Felix's father, his life is still difficult. That's the reason why he began bothering Felix. He asked Felix for some money as well," Jisung explained. 

"What about your father's rival?" This time Hyunjin took the opportunity to ask.

"My sister's death led to their bankruptcy three months later. As previously stated, my parents have plans for everything they do. They will not make decisions without considering the pros and cons."

"I'm sorry, baby. It would have been better if I had been truthful with you." Chan extended an apology to the omega once more. Jisung glanced at the older man's face before sighing.

"Come here."

Chan beamed before approaching his omega. His alpha melts when Jisung scents him.

"Please promise me that you will not do something like that again."

"I promise, baby.."
