Final Chapter: Christmas Day

It's Christmas morning and the castle grounds are covered in snow.

Mario woke up and he stretched himself awake, he realised what day it was.

Mario kissed Meggy awake.

Mario: Morning, beautiful.

Meggy: *yawns* Morning, sweetheart.

Mario: It's Christmas Day!!!

Meggy: I know, I can't believe it!!!

Mario: SMG4!!!

SMG4: *yawns* What?

Mario: Merry Christmas, you filthy animal.

Tari: OMG, it's Christmas!!!

SMG4: Yes it is, Merry Christmas, Tari.

SMG4 and Tari kissed each other.

Mario: Come on, you lot.

The two couples went into the main hall and it was empty, the others are still in their bedrooms.

Mario: Wow, I can't wait to open them.

About a few moments later, the rest of the gang joined them in the main hall.

Boopkins: Merry Christmas!!!

Axol: Merry Christmas, everyone.

Mario: Out of my way, it's gift opening time.

It's now time to open the presents.

Mario: Right, this one is from my gorgeous wife and it says; 'To Mario, Merry Christmas, my sweet Italian husband, Love Meggy.' x

Saiko: Aw, that's nice.

Mario opens the present.

Mario: Aww, sweetheart, I love it.

Luigi: What is it?

Mario: It's a hand-made model of Me and Meggy in a giant spaghetti bowl and a sign that says; 'I love you, forever and always.'

Tari: Aww, that's so sweet.

Mario: Thank you, my beautiful girl.

Meggy: You're welcome, my handsome king.

Mario and Meggy kissed each other.

Meggy: OK, this present is from Mario and it says; 'To Meggy, you are the queen of my life and I wish you a Merry Christmas, Love Mario.' x

Meggy opens the present.

Meggy: Aww, babe!!!

Belle: What is it?

Meggy: It's a Personalised DIY Paint by Numbers Kit of our honeymoon photo.

Luigi: So, does that mean, you got to re-paint that photo?

Meggy: Yes.

Mario: And, I will help you paint it.

Meggy: I love it, thank you.

They kissed again.

Tari: SMG4, where's my present?

SMG4: Um...

Mario: Tari, he wants to wait until Christmas Dinner.

SMG4: Mario...

Tari: Oh okay, no problem.

Meanwhile, outside the castle...

Peach: *shivering* This is ridiculous, I swear to god, when I get into the castle... THAT DAMN RED PLUMBER IS GONNA GET HIT!!!

The front door opens...

Mario: Oh, hey Peach, what are you doing down there?

Peach: LET ME IN, YOU CREEP!!!!!

Mario: Calm down, there's actually a Christmas present for you.

Peach: Really?

Mario: Yeah, come inside.

Peach: Okay.

Peach comes inside.

Peach: Wow, there actually is a present. Thanks, guys.

Peach opened it and... IT WAS COAL!!! and a sign saying; 'MERY CHRSMAS, PACH!!!' with a badly drawn smiley face.

Everyone: *LAUGHING UNCONTROLLABLY*

Mario: I CAN'T BELIEVE YOU FELL FOR THAT!!!!! HA-HA!!!

Peach: I HATE YOU ALL!!!!!

Peach exits and slams the door shut.

While Peach was throwing a hissy fit, the others enjoyed opening their presents.

It's now Christmas Dinner, the gang were gathered around the table, there was turkey and other types of food, everyone was pulling crackers.

Whimpu: Who likes my paper crown?

Rob: There's jokes as well.

Bob: What wobbles in a pram? A jelly-baby.

Saiko: That was so funny, I forgot to laugh.

Tari was still wondering about her present.

Tari: So babe, where's my present?

SMG4: Um...

Mario: Don't use do this to me, SMG4!!! It's now or never!!!

SMG4 took a deep breath.

SMG4: Mario, get the present. It's in a dish cover.

Mario went to get it.

Mario: There's no turning back now.

Tari: Honey, you've been acting strange for the past couple of days, are you feeling okay?

SMG4: I'm just... feeling fine.

Tari: Meggy, is he alright?

Meggy: He's fine, Tari.

Mario: I GOT THE DISH COVER!!!

SMG4: *gulp*

Mario: I believe that someone has a...

Just when Mario was about to finish his sentence, he stepped on a toy car and fell.

Mario: AHH!!!

Meggy: OMG, are you okay?

Boopkins: That was JubJub's present.

Mario: Dammit, why is there toy cars everywhere?

While he was falling, the dish cover flew out of Mario's hands, the lid landed on SMG4's wine glass, it then spilt wine all over SMG4's clothes.

However, the plate landed on Tari's plate and it revealed the engagement ring.

Tari was just about to help Mario, until she saw the ring.

Tari: *GASP* SMG4!!!!!

SMG4: Dammit, there's wine all over my clothes.

Mario: SMG4?

SMG4: What do you want?

Mario: Look.

SMG4 turned around.

Tari: SMG4, are you...

SMG4: Oh, um...

Mario: SMG4, just pop the question.

Tari started to cry tears of joy.

SMG4: Tari, we've been making love every day and I think it's time to take it to the next level.

Tari: *happily sobbing* OMG SMG4, so this is why you've been acting strange.

SMG4: Tari, I love you with all of my heart, will you marry me?

Tari: OMG, YES!!!!!

SMG4 placed the ring on Tari's finger and everyone cheered.

Belle: Congrats, you two!

Luigi: Happy engagement!

Bob: I swear I'm not crying, my eyes are just watery.

SMG4: Thank you, Mario.

Mario: We're even now.

Meggy: That was just like our engagement.

Axol: I'll just pick up this wine glass off the floor.

When Axol was about to pick the glass up, a hand appeared in front of his eyes (again).

It was Melony.

Axol: Oh, hi again, Melony.

Melony: ...

Axol: I'm being a simp again, aren't I?

But then, Melony kissed Axol's cheek. She giggled and walked away.

Axol: W- Wow...

Shroomy: Lucky you.

Tari: OMG, we're engaged, this is the best Christmas ever!!!

SMG4: Guys, let's raise our glasses, here's to a new year and my engagement.

Mario: Merry Christmas, everyone.

Everyone: MERRY CHRISTMAS!!!

The SMG4 gang clinked their glasses and they had a blast on Christmas Day.

But something else was missing...

Bowser: WAIT!!!

Bowser broke down the front doors, and he was still wearing his Santa costume.

Mario: Hey up, Santa's here.

SMG4: What's wrong, Bowser?

Bowser: How can you not end this story without a Christmas song?

SMG4: Good idea.
