I thought about Beth's idea for a while. It seemed like it could work, or it could go horribly wrong! But I guess we could try, right?

"Dreaming about me?", Jake asked as he entered the room.

"Of course!" I joked.

"Relationship problems?"

"How could you tell?"

" My new magic black eye knows everything!", he joked.

"I'm sorry for that", I apologized, I knew Noah wouldn't.

"You know if your not happy..."

"I am, really!" I assure him.

"There's plenty of people who wouldn't make you feel like shit!"

"Noah doesn't make me feel like shit!"

Having too much of that conversation I stood up and walked away. You could do anything, but never talk about the ones I love, that's asking for a pissed Emily!

"Em!", Jake called me but I ignored, "God damn it! Fucking Flynn!" he whispered to himself.

I arrived home to see my dad at the stove, something usually rare, considering he only cooked on special occasions which to him basically meant when he felt like. I made my way into the kitchen, "Smells like a meal!" I joked.

"Special guests need special treatment!" he smiled.

"Special guest?" I asked confused. My father signals to the backyard. I walk towards the sliding door to find Noah playing basketball with my little brother. When he realized I was there a smile filled his face. That's what I missed, that Noah!

"Hey Milly!" he said pulling me to him and kissing me.

"Ewww", my brother complained, "get a room!"

We both chuckled. Noah grabbed my hand and took me to the chairs on the balcony.

"How was work?"

"Eh, boring", he laughs at my expression.

"What?" I asked smiling like crazy. It probably looked like somebody had glued my cheeks to my ears. Wait, is that too creepy?

"I miss this!", he smiled.

"Me too!", as Noah was about to kiss me Elle entered the room.

"Oh, umm, hey Noah!", I sent her a look she knew too well, "You know what I have to go because my little brother needs my help inside, fixing stuff!" she said walking away awkwardly.

I smirked, oh Elle! I turned back to Noah who was just staring at me, kind of romantically, he pulled me closer and we kissed. As I pulled away I prepared for what I was going to request. "Noah", I said pushing his hair out of his eyes. He nodded as if I had gotten his full and undivided attention. "You know how we have been having some, you know... problems."

Noah was about to speak when I cut him, "but I think I have an idea, well Beth had an idea, and I thought about it, and maybe it can work, and if not it's okay because..." I paused. His eyes fixated on mine.

"You're cute when you babble", he smirked.

"Did you even listen to what I was saying?" He smirked. "I think we should break up!"

Suddenly his facial expression changed, he became serious and upset.

"See  you are paying attention", I smirked, " I want to start over!"

"Like over, over?" he asked confused, "Like kissed you in the booth start?"

"Well I mean we don't need to do the same thing but I want to start over!"

"And you think that will work?" he asked unsurely.

"I think we should try it!"

Noah smiled, he placed his hand in my face and gently caressed it, "Anything for you!"

"Ummm guys...", Elle interrupted us, "Lunch is ready?"

We were all sitting at the table, dad had just served all of us.

"So Noah, how is Harvard?"

"Pretty normal sir", Noah answered.

"Nothing different, unusual?", dad pressured a bit more.

"Nope", Noah said taking a big bite of the food, "This is delicious by the way!", he said changing the subject.

We glanced at each other, I knew something was wrong, something happened in Harvard. I could tell Elle felt it too. We exchange looks and hers wasn't good.

"Noah, Lee, and I are making another booth this year", Elle mentioned transferring her focus to Noah.

"So I've heard", Noah answered with a mouth full of food.

The whole lunch Noah avoided anything related to Harvard, I tried throwing questions but he would either act like it was the most boring place on earth or he would just ignore me.

"Well, I should start doing these dishes, Milly, help please?", Dad asked as he picked up the plates. I helped out with the cups while Elle took the pan. 

"Here, I'll help", Noah offered to try to take the pan from Elle. My dad quickly turned, "No need son", he paused, "you're our guest!"

"Milly!", my dad sounded worried, "Noah, he seemed..."

"Different!", Elle completed.

I sighed. "Just be careful, I don't want a silly little boy to break you!", dad said as he pulled me into a hug, "I love you way too much!"

Not going to lie, that made me felt scared and insecure. Was Noah actually hiding something? 

I walked to the living room when Noah stood. He was awkwardly standing in the corner on his phone, "ready?" I asked. He nodded. 

As we were making a way out of the house Noah stopped, "wait", he smiled.

"What?", I asked confused.

I opened the garage door and there it stood, untouched. I hadn't actually come here in months now that I had even forgotten about it.

Noah smiled as he took the cover off his motorcycle. He turned to me and smiled. I knew exactly what he wanted. I picked up the helmets from the big shelf and dusted them a bit. 

Noah helped me put it on and gave me a quick peck, "ready?".

 I nodded, "Yes!"

We decided to go hang out in Noah's house. We greeted his parents and made way to his bedroom.

"What?", Noah asked noticing me staring.

"Nothing", I responded, "lost in my thoughts."

"Okay", he said sitting down in his bed, I sat across him, "what now?"

"I think we should first get our feelings out. Here, I'll go first", I volunteered, "When we had our first fight I was sad, cried for about a week. Then I started getting used to all the long-distance problems. I actually would sometimes not answer you as payback because you were never available. I know how much you don't like Jake, that's what made me stay in the job. I wanted something that will make you latch on to here, even if that something was bad", I confessed.

"Wow", Noah sighed, "Alright... I never contacted you because I was scared, the last time we talked you seemed very upset. I don't like seeing you with other boys, you're mine! About Jake, I know and that's what pissed me off the most, and... " he paused as if he had one more thing to say, "That is basically it!"

"Okay!" I said happily, "we did it!" I gave Noah a quick celebration kiss, "We did it!"

He slid my hair back from my face and embraced me with a kiss, this one was slower and passionate. He laid me down in his bed as we kissed his hand slowly made its way to my back, at that moment all of my problems went away and it was just me and him.

This was going to be great, or so I thought!

I just knew one thing, I had to find out what happened at Harvard. 

" I need a shower!", Noah mentions as he gets up and kisses my forehead, "care to join?"

"Noah Flynn", I acted surprised, "what makes you think that I would?" 

"It's not like you haven't seen it before", he joked as he lowered himself so that his face now was inches apart from mine. 

"Tell you what, I'll let you test the water first and you call me when the time for me to go", I smirked.  Noah raises his eyebrows and smiles at me, he then proceeds to kiss me on the cheek and make his way to the shower.  As I was getting ready to follow him my phone rings, it was Jake. 

"Look I can't talk right now", I answered. 

" I wanted to apologize, I'm sorry about the comment on Noah today", he paused, "I just want to make sure that you don't hate me."

"I will give you one more chance", I chuckled.

" Great!", he screamed excitedly, "Em..."

"Yeah?"

"Be careful with Harvard!"  

I quickly sit up straight, " What happened at Harvard?"

"It's not what, it's who!"

I quickly hanged up the phone, no! I would not let anyone get into my head, but what if there was really a who?

I take a deep breath and place my phone on the side table, I hold my tears in and turn on my side. "So I guess you decided to leave me hanging?", Noah said as he left the bathroom only in a towel. 

"My sister called", I made an excuse. 

"Well you missed a great shower!" he smiled.  I smile back but  I don't respond, there was too much on my head right now. I closed my eyes and forgot about Noah, Jake, and the who.

I woke up next to Noah, my head rested on his chest. Today was going to be the first day of our little experiment. Noah said he already had something planned out so I decided to go with it!

"Ready?", he asked excitedly.

"Should I be scared?"

"Really?" Noah sounded surprised.

"I'm joking!"

" I know!" he smirked.

"So what are we doing for fun?"

"It's a secret!"

"Secrets? I love secrets when I'm the one keeping them. C'mon Noah!" I whined.

"Nope", he smirked as he placed a kiss on my forehead, "get dressed!" As Noah head to his bathroom, I took advantage and decided to take a few more minutes.

When I finally decided to wake up I picked up my shirt from the floor and put it on. As I reached for my pants I realized that it wasn't there. I looked around Noah's bed for it but nothing. From the corner of my eye, I saw Noah. I turned to find him standing in his towel leaning on his bathroom door as he raised his hand. When I saw what he was holding I screamed, "NOAH!"

"Shhhhhhh", he chuckled.

"Sorry", I whispered. "Noah, my pants!" He smirked.

I rolled my eyes and made my way to him. He had just gotten himself into a fight. I jumped as high as I could and latched onto his neck, "Noooaahhhh!"

" wait, did you see me in my underwear?" I asked him as I realized I was wearing his jersey.

He smirks. " Noah", I said in response to him smirking. " have you seen my shirt ?"I said putting my skirt on. " you mean this one over here?" He shows me my shirt. " yes, now give it to me", I said trying to reach it but he kept on moving it or making it higher, "NOAH!"

I jumped so high I was able to take Noah to the floor where we started rolling. Soon I was stuck in the towel with him on top of me. I could feel him breathing on my neck, I couldn't move, even though I wanted too, he stopped moving for a second and looked into my eyes. Getting closer and closer every second. "Noah", Lee calls his brother. We both quickly untangled away from each other, I was lucky I ended up on the other side of the room so when Lee opened the door he didn't see me. "Dude, privacy!" Noah said shutting the door on Lee's face.

Noah tangled my pants around me and pulled me closer to him. He smirked, oh that smirk. Damn you, Noah Flynn! He pulled me closer and embraced me with a kiss.

"Hey Noah", Lee entered the room.

"Dude, privacy!"

Lee quickly shut the door. "That got rid of him!" I joked.

"When does it not!" he smiled.

"Okay so", I paused, "What are we doing?" I asked curiously.

"Close your eyes."

"No!" I whined.

"Close your eyes", he repeated.

"Noah!"

"Milly?"

"Noah where are we heading? You know this doesn't feel safe." All I could hear was his laughter.

"Hey Flynn!" said a familiar voice.

"Here", Noah said helping me remove the eye cover. As I turned around I wave of happiness dropped upon me, it was the place.

"You wanna know the truth? You're the only girl who doesn't fall at my feet, you make me laugh and you don't change when I am around. You're very bossy and annoying, but you keep on defying me, and It's driving me crazy."

I move my attention back to Noah. "I love it!"

"Oh, there's more!", he said as he pointed to the picnic set up under the glass ceiling.

We ate and talked for hours. I loved this, it felt so right, It took my mind of everything else that was going on and it reminded me so much of the beginning of our relationship. All that sneaking out and drama that our relationship had created. Noah and I were finally back on track. Our relationship had bloomed again. Some might say Beth's idea was not the worst.

"Wanna come over?" I asked as I played with his hair.

"When am I ever going to say no?" he chuckled.

Noah helped me up and wrapped his arm around my waist. "You are the best thing that has happened to me!"

I smiled and returned the love with a kiss.

We were in my room, Noah was laying in my bed and I was organizing some things in my closet. It turned out we were too full to do anything else.

"What are all of these?" Noah asked picking up a box of letters.

"I wrote them to my mom", I said grabbing the box and holding it tight. Noah hugged me from behind.

"It's okay, I'm okay!"

" here, help me out", I said pointing to my table, " you see those papers there, get me those on the top please."

"Wow", he said in awe as he realized the big pile of papers I had on my desk. Noah started going through them. Then it hit me, the ticket! " it's okay Noah, forget it!" I said putting the box on the floor and standing up.

" don't worry", he said.

"no, really, I got it!"

As I reached the table Noah took the papers away.

" what's going on?"

" Nothing!" I answered but that pushed him to look through the pile.

"Noah!" I tried taking it away from him but he was quicker.

" Em..." he paused and showed me the ticket.

" Noah...  I can explain!"
