Chapter 7

  Reana[Ree-na] (3 POV)

Reana hates hospitals, and when she woke up in the infirmary the next  day with a cast on her leg, It didn't really help her mood Last night Annabeth used her as a sheild which ended up with her getting shot by an arrow. Now she wasn't able to move for a whole week.   The nectar and embrosia helped but only to an extent. Will came in to check on her daily and as well as give Reana some exercises to help her leg. It was slow and painfull. One day when Reana was doing one of her exercises she felt alot of pain in her leg as it travelled through her body, she gripped the railing of the Bed.

Will was there giving her surport. 

"Take it slow Ree," he says using her nickname. Easier said than done Sweat tickled down her neck as she noded her head. Will and the whole camp knew about her injury as well as how Reana got the injury.  New campers are being more cautious around Annabeth.  Reana is the daughter of Hermes she's used to stealing and sneaking around and Pranking people. Not head to head combat, but it was the postion that Clarisse gave her.

Sometimes The Stoll brothers would come into the infirmary to keep her company as well as plan the next victims for the pranks that they were going to do that were going to be epic. Which make her feel less lonely. As well as Grover he played his flute to help Reana relax which was hard but it was nice that he tried to help.

The Person who helped the most was Piper, her charmspeak was super strong it helped her forget the pain most of the time. She made Reana relax and they talked forever helped her get through all of it. She made Reana feel special.

Piper talked about all the Adeventures she had and how she got immortality and all her friends as well as her Dad. She also talked about Her cabin and Alot of changes she had to make.  She explained how Annabeth is a very nice and amazing person.

"You just haven't seen that side of her . . . ." Reana gave her the 'I don't belive you look' Piper looked at Reana's leg that was in a cast.

"Yet." She added"Trust me Annabeth is a real life saver she has just been really competitive with the war games."

Obviously, Reana can tell. She's pretty sure Annabeth knew that she was a beginner. Yet didn't hold back.  Reana definitely underestimated Annabeth that was her first time seeing Annabeth fight.In the battle Reana was very confident that she was going to beat Annabeth but she still has ways to go. Reana looked at her leg it was now out of the cast, she can see the stitches that ran down to her ankle as it was a purplish black.  She sighed  so this was the outcome of a one on one fight with Annabeth.

I don't think anyone can beat Annabeth If Clarisse can't, and her closest friends can't. Then no one can.

No one can beat Annabeth
