{ Chapter 6 }

The walk home to me was actually really quiet. He didn't say really much as did I.

"Why haven't you been in school in almost a month?", I asked without thinking twice.

I cursed to myself 'Why did I ask? It can be something private' I thought.

"Ehm yeah... You know just some family problems", he said while scratching his neck.

I nodded. 'I'm stupid asking about something like that!'

"Hey, it's okay asking it isn't something that private", Taehyung said while giving me a little smile.

I looked shocked at him, "Did I said that out loud?"

His eyes immediately got bigger as he looked at me, "... you kinda did".

I slapped my forehead with my hand while I groaned out loudly, "So embarrassing".

My cheeks were now burning with heat in embarrassment. I looked around at the street. It was actually pretty quiet, but at this time everyone was also at work or in school. I sighed.

"Well, I think we reached our destination", I said and smiled towards him and began fumble with my keys.

"Do you want to come in and get something to drink or eat or just- Auch!"

I looked down at my hand and saw blood was dripping down my hand from a little cut.

"Arh, typical me, I'm just so clumsy about things", I said while shaking my head.

Taehyung didn't say anything. I looked up at him and saw he was staring at my cut with a shocked facial expression.

"Are you okay?"

A strange thing caught my eye. It looked like his eyes were changing from his golden eye color to a red one. 'Wait...what?!'

He gulped, "Yes...I just think I got a little... surprised", he said, still staring at my cut.

He licked his lips and then took a step forward.

"Tae-Taehyung?"

He fast snatched out of his 'trance' again.

"I think I have to leave now", he said and in the next second, he was gone.

I looked confused around, but I didn't even saw the shadow of him. 'This is really weird! Only a short time before this he was smiling?! What's going on?' My mind went crazy about all these strange things about him and wasn't really clear at anything. But one thing did I know. 'I want to know more about him'. I don't know why, but I had this strange feeling about this would be dangerous.

Quickly, I locked the door up and almost ran in to find my laptop. I opened it and didn't even thought twice about it was a good idea or not, before I already had searched up on his name. I scrolled down all the websites and didn't saw anything usable until an old article appeared on the screen. 

Slowly I clicked on the article and began reading it. The first thing there caught my eyes was a black and white photo. It was old, maybe more than 100 years old and on the picture, there was a young male which was laying over a body covered in a kind of liquid. The body was also covered in what it looked like the same liquid and there didn't went many seconds before I knew which type of liquid it was. Blood. 'Wait...it doesn't look like that, right? Vampires don't exist right?' I looked at the picture again and tried to focus on the young male. I squeezed my eyes.

"This can't be true... This can't be Kim Taehyung", I whispered to myself.

I began fast reading the text in the article but facepalmed when I read the words 'Kim Taehyung'. I was in shock. All these things there was written at the article was about vampires and vampires who have killed people by sucking them dry from blood. I closed the laptop and just stared in shock around in my room. 'Is this true?'

A glimpse caught my eyes and I immediately looked in the direction. A shadow was standing in the corner of my room but disappeared almost at the same time I saw it. My heart almost jumped over a beat. I was really scared and didn't know what to do. 'Is this just a dream?'

Short chapter this time, but I really think my laptop has deleted the end of this chapter :( The saddest thing is that I can't even remember the end of this chapter... It's kinda weird...
