KAV WAS A NO SHOW, but we didn't let that stop us

I felt like I was floating, time felt slow and precious. My body was light and there was a cloud of euphoria in my head

But unfortunately my eyes couldn't tear away from Danny

I couldn't even deny she wasn't a looker because she was and that also pissed me off. Because how could someone so lethal be so beautiful, a siren in human form

She had this sultry confidence, Danny was a ride and she knew it and wielded it like a sharp weapon

Brunette, deep cherry red streaked hair sleekly fell down her back, neatly stopping at her elbows. Blessed with perfect warm vanilla skin, big boobs and a perky ass, Danny keeps her assets always on show

Even now, her skirt was just a few inches from showing her whole arse. With a peekaboo thong string that makes you twice, her back dimples were on full show and her hipbones were peeking out through her skirt

Danny's sequin shirt that quite literally showed off her chest, some lads shamelessly checked her out as she stood in the kitchen clutching some red drink

No one could own Danny, she was her own person. A free untouchable spirit, a beautiful mess of confidence, heartbreak and unbothered chaos

Hypnotic, captivating almond-shaped chesnut eyes that are framed with thick lashes that are always coated with black mascara and rimmed with kohl eyeliner on her waterlines

Sharp jawline, high cheekbones and thin eyebrows that are shaped to perfection. Full cupids bow lips that are lined with lip liner and coated with lipgloss. A pointed nose that is always high in the air, like she is walking some sort of catwalk all the time

Standing beside her, Joey looked like he wanted to be anywhere but here. With Danny laughing at something as she continued to talk his ear off

However the smallest of smiles pulled at his lips but he quickly hid it by gulping down his drink, Danny still caught it though as proud smile spread across her face

Then suddenly the vibe dramatically shifted, the air became tense as another girl stormed up to the two with fury etched on her face

The dark haired brunette set her sights on Danny, with eyes glazed over with rage she scoffed loudly dragging both Joey's and Danny's attention to her

"Well it didn't you long to jump back into old habits" The girl hissed at Joey, then turned to Danny and looked her up and down with a disgusted look "With your dealers sister, real classy Joey"

Out of the corner of my eye I spotted Gibsie making his way through the crowd towards the volatile situation. He pointed a finger to the scene, motioning me to join him

Danny could handle herself why do I need to dragged into this?

But nonetheless I listen to Gibsie and slowly made my way over there

"Excuse me?" Danny snarled stepping forward

The other brunette glared at her, eyes narrowing into slits "I wasn't talking to you was I?"

Danny just scoffed, a bitter sound that usually meant some smart arse retort was to follow "Nah you was just talking about me because you to much of a pussy to actually speak to me"

"Real peach you got here Joey" The girl deadpanned looking back at Joey who was scowling at her

Finally getting there Gibsie popped up from behind them while I stood beside Danny with a bored expression on my face

"What are you talking about Casey?" Joey argued, loosing his temper slightly

Casey then pointed a finger at Danny who looked like she wanted to rip her hand off for even doing that "You and this slut"

"Okay! Okay! Danny wanna dance with me....yes? no?" Gibs attempted to placate but he went unheard

"What the fuck did you just call me?" Danny seethed, taking another step towards her with her a furious scowl

Unfortunately Casey didn't back down "You heard me. Or is drugged up slut who most likely won't live past 25 better?"

Oh shit

"Casey back off will ya" Joey snarled, gripping his drink tighter

Danny clenched her fists, simmering with rage she slammed her drink down next to me making the liquid splash out on my arm

"That's rich coming from the girl who looks like she slept her way through the whole male population" She sneered, but Danny wasn't finished "Probably looking for a man to love her better than her Da did? You have that whole daddy issues skank thing to a T"

The other brunette was taken aback, with rage now rolling off of her she angrily tucked her hair behind her ear in a piss poor attempt to calm herself

"That's rich coming from you, I mean just look at your brother. A good for nothing scumbag" Casey snarled which immediately made me stand up straight, I moved straight to Danny's side and held her arm back

Not for her own safety but for Caseys

"Say that again you whore" Danny growled, her voice taking a dangerous edge as she tugged her arm out my grip

Casey stepped towards her, chests inches away as she looked slightly down at Danny due to the height "Shane Holland is a useless lowlife dickhead who should just-"

She didn't get to finish as Danny slammed her head onto the counter making her howl out in pain "Don't you fucking dare say another word you insecure bitch"

Despite her efforts Casey couldn't escape Danny's death grip as she held her head down on the cold tile with her nails digging into Casey's cheeks

"Get the fuck off me!" She screamed, batting her hands at Danny's wrists

As crowd had formed around us now, gasping and swearing like they were watching some godamn wrestling match

"Oi Danny cool it yeah?" I cut in but she didn't even look up, murderous gaze directed at Casey

"Stay down cunt" She spat out, Danny then lowered her head down to talk directly in Casey's ear "Keep my brothers name out of your disgusting mouth, say what you want about me but don't you dare say anything about him"

Another thing about Danny, she was fiercely loyal to those who even continue to hurt her. Her brother being a prime example, although i've never met the lad I know that everytime she sees him she is more hollow than she normally was

"Alright, alright come she gets the message" I interjected as I dragged her away from Casey

"Jaysus Danny remind me not to piss you off" Gibsie chimed in, looking genuinely fearful of the girl who was still trembling with rage

"Keep that psycho away from me!" Casey cried as a tall blonde inspected the damage on her face

Yet another mistake this Casey girl made. You can call Danny anything and she give it right back, but you call her a psycho or crazy she will start swinging

Some odd reason i'm the only one who gets away with it. Well not fully she still will insult my entire bloodline but still

Just as I predicted Danny lunged with a wild ferocity, thinking on instinct my hands held her waist and tried to kick away from me

"Say it again you fucking whore!" She growled like a wild animal, flailing about in my arms

"Get her to calm down will ya" Joey ordered pointing to the door

I rolled my eyes before reluctantly listening, godammit I was getting told what to do left and right and I countined to obey

Like a fucking dog. Shit

Holding tight to her waist, Danny angrily hit at my arms and kicked at my shins, no doubt leaving bruises

"Let go off me you oaf!" She snarled

"Not until you calm down crazy girl" I hissed, not exactly enjoying this situation myself

Danny reared back her elbow and harshly shoved it into my nose. The blinding pain had me dropping her immediately as I clutched my throbbing nose in my hand

"What the fuck you fucking bitch!" I raged, shoving her lightly compared to the damage she did on me

"Maybe you should of just let me go, you peice of shit!" She snapped back, clutching the arm I had pushed "And... Ow!"

"Peice of shit? Says you, you invalid" I shouted back drawing a few curious eyes our way

Danny waved her hands around in frustration "Ooo look at you with your fancy arse words"

"Well i'm sorry that you don't understand them, bottom fucking set was it?" I sneered through gritted teeth

Her eyes clouded over with anger and before I knew she was lunging at me sending us both to the ground in a heap of flailing limbs

But obviously Danny came out on top, hitting at my chest as her legs straddled me. Obviously I wasn't going to hit her back so I tried, and failed at holding her wrists

"I am not stupid!" She shouted at me, landing a hard his on my chest were a bruise already was from rugby

"Jaysus christ get off me!" I huffed before lifting my hips and twisting around so now I was ontop of her with my hands pining down her arms

She whipped her head around desperately, eyes wide with panic like she was someone else entirely. Her breathing became erratic as squirmed about beneath me

"Stop! I said fucking stop!" Danny shouted, I caught a flicker of fear in her that had me immediately backing away allowing her to roll us back around so she was on top again

Her hands were against my chest, not hitting this time just lightly holding me down. Drawing in a few sharp deep breaths, Danny slowly started to calm down while literally sitting on me

"You chill now" I asked keeping my voice calm with forced indifference

She stayed silent for moment, blinking rapidly as she furrowed her brows "Fuck off" Danny muttered

"Can't really when you fucking sat on me. God you weigh a ton" I exaggerated

Danny rolled her eyes in annoyance "Shut it you fecking eejit"

Then she finally rolled off me, laying down on the grass beside me with a sigh. We just laid there, breathing in sync both looking up at the stars not daring to look anywhere else

I didn't say anything and neither did she, I could feel her hands close to mine as the grass weaved between our fingers

"I hate you" Danny breathed quietly, cutting into the silence

"I hate you too" I responded after a long sigh
