"Haah.. I am finally done... " he said sighing in relief as he press the sent icon in email.

" you did...?already..?!! That's so fast" she said.

"of course.. Because i am a genius" he said in proud tone and she scoffed.

"yeah a genius who submits in last minute" she said in teasing tone..

" I still submitted.. What if it's late.?" he shrugged..

" lucas..." they heared their prof voice and he turned to see him staring at them his head popping out through the car window.. Athy stopped the bike and they saw the bus stopping few step ahead of them..

". Now give that to the prof sitting inside.. She have to verify before we reach the spot but she forge to bring the register with her.."

he shouted and he nodded a yes as he walked towards the bus and handed it to her through the window.

"hey lucas... Call athy for me..." helly shouted and he waved athy to see inside. She waved to helly and jenny..

" athyyy..looks like you are having fun.." helly shouted and she nodded a yes.

" athy .. Will you guys do another favour...?" her prof asked smiling..

" yes sir..? What is it..?" she asked

"it's.. There seems our staff placed the wrong banner in the bus... It's for your seniors.. We have to take photo with that banner to post it on our yearly activity magazine .. Can you guys go and take the right banner.? It's in the office room.. Since it's bike you guys can came back fast right..? "he asked and smiled sheepishly ...

'what the..he was scolding us for being late but look at him.. One staff forget to sent the namelist and another one with banner... Haah.. I guess he is using us for being late.. It's all my time.. Damn it..if only this activity doesn't be included for internal marks.. Haah '

she thought cursing inside frustrated but nodded a yes smiling because she has no choice..

"thanks my students" he said happily smiling as their car moved forward.

"what he is thanking for..?" lucas asked as he walked back. Athy explained everything and he was silent..

"what the fuck..? That.. ****"

" hey.. Stop cursing.. He is our teacher "she said hitting his arm.

" yeah and now we have to go all the way back..? "he asked irritated.

" haah..let's go.. What else we can do.? This damn activity have marks after all " she mumbled..as she was about to sit but lucas stopped her.

" I will drive.. "he said and Sat first. Athy stared at him irritated .

" you drive well.. Really well .. OK.? Even though you can drive well you can't drive back and forth again.. Then you can't even take a single step once we reach. So sit back "he said

'huh..? Is he worried about me...? I also feel tired. I will just sit back' she thought as she put her hand on his shoulder and hoped on the back seat.

" let's go "she said and they went back to uni..

" it's in the office room check if our class name was in it.. "she said as she took out her water bottle

" you aren't coming..? " he asked

" hell no .. I feel dizzy.. You lunatic.. How the hell can you drive this fast..? "she started scolding and he ran away.

" let's go.. "he said as he come back and put the banner in athy's bag and she put it on her shoulder.

" what do you even have in this bag? "he asked as he sit on his bike and started.

" necessities .. "she said and he rolled his eyes which she can't see because of the helmet.

" lucas.. Can you go a bit slow..? It's scary what if we get into accident..? "she asked

" we won't. Don't worry.. I am driving for seven years now and I never did even a small accidents.. Don't close your eyes and you will enjoy it... " he said as she Sat on the back

" huh.. How do you know I closed my eyes..? "

" I guessed.. that's why you feel dizzy. Open your eyes athy .. It's fun you will like it"

he said as he grabbed her hands and folded them tightly around his waist.

Bathump..bathump....what the.. Is my heart beating because he called my nickname for first time or because my hands are hugging his waist.? Wow..!! He must have a great body I can feel it ,those chiseled abs !!Yeah he is an athlete after all..

While she was on her daze he started driving she was about to close her eyes again because of the speed but she didn't and slowly looked around surprised.

'he is right...driving fast is fun.. It's like.. I am flying.. letting down all my worries.' she thought as she hugged him further and started looking around enjoying the moment..

'Bathump..bathump....what the fuck.? This never happened before. I didn't even felt scared while falling down on bunjee jumping.. But why my heart is beating so fast.? She was just hugging me or else she may fell down.. Calm down.. May be it's a first time a girl hugged me.? Whatever.. But.. . This feels weird.'

While she is enjoying the moment lucas was having hard time controlling his crazyily beating heart.

"helly stop cursing at them what if they hear you..? And they went on bike so they surely will join us"

cabel said trying to calm helly and jennete nodded a yes

"still.. I was so happy staring at them riding together .. Do they really have to ruin the moment like this..? " helly mumbled pouting.

"hey they are back" they heard one of their classmates as they all are looking outside thier window.. They saw lucas and athy in distance.. But the distance is reducing so fast as lucas is driving fast overtaking every single vehicle on his way..

"Why he is driving so fast?" jennete asked worried.

"don't worry.. It's his usual speed.. Athy is safe" cabel said and she slowly nodded yes.

"wow.. Look at the speed.."

"that look so fun"

" yeah.. I am jealous of them"

"me too"

Since they are in the middle of the mountain path .. They can see athy and lucas coming on the road below them clearly

Athy and lucas were silent as both are dealing with their own things..

"lucas..." athy said after a while..

"hmm.? " he hummed back

" thanks" she said and he slowed down a little

"for what..?" he asked confused.

" for this ride... It feels like I am going on a long drive on mountain ranges.. Like how they show it on tv.. And it feels so good."

she said.. He felt her sincereness in her voice and stared at reflection through the mirror.. Even though she is wearing helmet her jeweled eyes sparkled brightly.

' I didn't noticed it before but her eyes are.. Bright.. And.. Tired.. Why she look so tired..?

" it's not a big deal athanasia.. All you have to do is take a break and enjoy yourself once in a while.. Or else you would feel burnt out.." he said and she was silent...

' feeling burnt out huh ..? May be that's how I am feeling for few days.. He is right... I never thought his words would match so perfect with me.. it feels like he knew everything and telling me to take a break.' she thought as she leaned on his back staring dazed at the beautiful view..

" hmm.. Thanks.. I will" she mumbled.

" if you want to go for a drive.. Tell me, I will lend you my bike" he said and she giggled

" huh.. Only lend..? You won't drive for me.?" she asked leaning closer.. If its not for that helmet their faces would be touching each other's .

" hmm.. Let's see.. I can, but I am expensive. i cost a lot even for an hour you know.." he said and she was still giggling .

" hmm.. Then I will just take your bike.." she said giggling as lucas drive past the bus..

"athyyy.." helena called and her friends waved bye to her and she waved back.

"wow... Those two are totally on a date.. Lucky guys.. We should ask our teacher to allow us ride a bike next time" one of the guys said.

"heyy.. Even if the teacher allows you.. You don't have a cool girlfriend like athy to drive with you"

his friend said and everyone in bus laughed.. Well except ijekeil

" these two are really popular among freshman huh.." the prof asked as he stared at them going on the distant..

"yep... They are attractive so they easily get everyone's attention" one of the students said.

"you left the fact they both are also talented"

one of the girls said and soon the whole bus started talking about them.

"hehe... Looking at everyone talking about them.. It feels good... I was worried athy may get too much hatred from the girls." helly said.

"yeah.. After all they must have realised.. They can't have lucas and they can't compete with our athy.." jennete said with a proud smile .

" guys... We are here... Get down one by one."

the staff said and everyone started coming outside.. Helly ran towards athy and lucas who came earlier than them and standing there chatting..

" you..guys are having a blast huh.." helly said and athy giggled.

Then they all started climbing and the programme started.. Ijekeil keep staring at athy who is pretending to listening while she was half asleep and lucas who don't give a fuck about anything and sitting there dazed. Jennete was looking at him and sighed in frustration . . .

Lucas. P. O. V..

"aunty .. Are you sure you are OK..? " I asked and she nodded a yes..

Haah..she should seriously leave that bastard..

" wait here.. I will go and buy your medicines." I said as I took the prescription from her. She looked up at me... And I know this eyes

" stop saying thank you.. "I said before she talk and left...

When I was on my way back I looked up from the medicines in my hand to catch a glimpse of blonde hair in the corner and I think it's really her.. What is she doing here.? Is she sick.? I thought as I started walking towards her without knowing myself...

Huh..she is entering a patient's room.. Is she here to see someone..?

I walked towards that room and I was surprised to see a carbon copy of her sitting on the bed.. Must be her mom... But she have pink eyes.. If athy become a bit older she would definitely look like her.. Her mom herself look like she is still in university...beauty runs in their genes huh...

"ohh.. Lucas.." I turned to see grandpa standing there. I forgot today grandpa also have an appointment here

"ohh...Grandpa "

"I heard my friend is admitted in this ward I am Here to see her .. Will you come with me..? " he asked.

Aunty is waiting there.. It's ok it won't take long right..?

We entered the room and I tried my best to walk past her without her knowing. And she was too deep in conversation with her mom ....

" huh.. Lucas who are you looking at for so long...?" grandpa asked which made me came out of my daze.
