Chapter 25 - Final

Oh well, the last chapter I promised you guys! Enjoy...

Baekhyun POV

I felt a light shining at my eyes as I slowly opened them. I looked around and realised I was in a hospital. Wait, why am I here? Don't tell me everything that happened in the past 100 days was just a dream?!

"Uh? Baekhyun! You're awake! Let me go call the doctor!" I heard a person say and I turned around.

"Aunt? Why are you here?" I asked in shock.

"Aigoo, you poor child. Your father was caught for doing drugs and child abuse. Since I was your nearest kin, they contacted me and I flew from America." She explained.

Tears welled up in my eyes as I heard that my father was caught. Not that I am sad, I really happy, but the thoughts of him abusing me just came back to my mind. Now, I don't have my friends, Kyungsoo and Chanyeol who will be beside me.

My aunt frowned and leaned forward to wipe the tears away from my face.

"Baekhyun-ah, you don't have to worry anymore. You will not need to leave with that monster anymore. I will take good care of you arrasso?" she said and smiled at me.

I smiled and nodded. "Aunt, how long was I here?" I asked.

She thought for a while before answering. "They said that you fainted in the tunnel so you were in the hospital for..... Oh! Today is the 101th day! I actually counted the days that you were here, hoping you would wake up soon."

So, I was in the hospital for 100 days? Does it mean that everything was just a dream? Chanyeol, Kyungsoo and the rest didn't exist? How can this be? No, maybe I am just thinking too much.

"Oh by the way, you will be living with me but.... We have to live in America. All my business are there." My aunt said.

Wait, so I have to move to America. But this means that I will not have a chance in meeting Chanyeol until I come back. But I have no choice right?

"Ne"

"Baekhyun-ah, I know you feel sad that you have to leave but you can always come back after you graduate or something." My aunt said and I nodded. Seems like she noticed that I didn't want to leave.

Today was the day I had to leave. I sighed. Seems like we won't be seeing each other for now Chanyeol.

"Baekhyun? Baekhyun!" My aunt called me.

"Yeah?" I jolted back my thoughts.

"We need to leave now. Come on." My aunt said and walked towards the departure gate as I followed behind.

I turned back to look at the surroundings before stepping in.

We will meet again if we were meant to be. So long Chanyeol-ah. I always love you. Please don't forget me or fall in love with anyone else....Because I will wait for you, no matter how long I have to wait...

4 years later

"Wah... It feels good to be back." I said to myself as I got off the plane. Yep, I am back in Korea. I graduated as the top student in one of the best university in America. Now, I decided to become a lawyer. Well, it earns me more money right?

Please let my first day be good. Oh god, I am feeling very nervous right now. Today is my first day of work.

I was walking along the corridor finding my way around the huge building. I swear that this building is huge. Well, I can't blame it. Did I mention that I am accepted in the most famous law firm in Korea?

"Ah!" I was walking when I bunped into someone. The stuff that he was carrying fell to the ground.

"Omg! I am so sorry!" I apologized and bent down to help him pick his things.

As I was about to give him back his things, I frozed when I saw him. It was the face I wanted to see the most. The face I had longed to see.

"Chanyeol?"

He stared at me and blinked.

"How do you know my name? Anyway, what's yours?" He asked as he stretched out his hand, flashing his wide smile.

"Byun Baekhyun."

I guess we were not meant to be.....Are we?

Because you don't remember me anymore.....

Oh well, this is the end I guess? I have a feeling most of you aren't gonna be quite happy with the ending. It's kinda of a cliffhanger I guess. But thanks for reading!!

Some of you asked for a book 2 and honestly, I am thinking about it. I kinda have some ideas in my head but it's still quite messy. So I think I can consider a sequel to this. Anyways, if I do write a sequel, I'll let you guys know!! ^^
