"Wow", she smiled when she saw the older man with his minion in the facility. "Mr. Mayor is here for her daughter", she said with the virus in her hand next to Cristina neck. He was panicked when he saw the scene. "Don't you ever dare do that", he said and his minions raised their guns toward her group and her people did the same to them. "Shoot me and she will be those monster down there", she smirked. "Not just that. You won't be able to create the cure if you kill me. You know how precious I am to this entire human survival", he looked trembling as he saw her daughter face. She was scared. "I'm holding her as my hostage", she said to him. "Because I know you very well", she said and YuChan smiled. "She's staying here until everyone here arrived safe at their home country", Cristina looked at her before looking back at her father. "Don't let me down again, Papa", she said and the older eyes softened. "Okay. I'll do as you want but please don't ever hurt her", she was envious of Cristina and her father relationship. Serine too, hope that her father, her family would do the same to her. But it's all just in her mind. "I never hurt someone who stay loyal to their promise", she said smirked.

"Woah, look at the dolphin", the four little girls was so happy and running around the hallway; eyes fixed on the undersea creature.

"Kids really lightened the mood in here", she said to Cristina and the girl just smiled. "Thanks for saving them and me of course", she said to her."I'm not doing them for free either", she said; her eyes on the children.

FLASHBACK

"Serine", she looked at him as she realised she was sleeping with her head on his shoulder. He was smiling at at her and she looked at the girls.

She took out some of a granola bars and threw it to them. "Have some", she said and they took them. "Which one of you is Cristina?", she asked as the older out of them raised her hand. "It's me", she said to her. "How do you know my name?", she asked me.  "You don't have even a single traits of your father", she chuckled. "Are you really her daughter?", she asked smiled and made the girl frowned."I'm not him. And don't ever say as if I will be like him", she sassed her back as Serine just smiled. "I need some back up plan", she said and everyone looked at her. "I knew very well that he won't send everyone back to their home country as soon as he has her daughter", Ian nodded. "Your father wasn't a man of his promises", he said to her as she looked at them. "What do you want me to do, then?", she asked as the other looked at Serine. "I want you to act like you're going to be our hostage. You'll have to stay woth us until all of us going back home", she said. "But how will you make sure that your people will be save and sound arrive at their hom country?", she asked back. "That wasn't much of my problem though", she said and Ian smiled leaving the other in confusion. "That's mean you don't have to worry about those issue. We have our little spy going around their place", they looked relief as he said that. "Without something that would trigger him, you won't be able to hold me for long. I know him the most", she said mentioned her father. "No. I'll be able to", she said looking at the small metal case in her hand.

"What do you mean by you're the cure?", she asked her as Serine looked flustered by her question. "You know something about the cure, aren't you?", she guessed and she just smiled. "Let just say you're right", she said eyes on the children and ATEEZ who play along with them.

"Then, dragging me won't be unnecessary", she said."Nope. If you died back there, all of us won't have a chance to get in or being send back to our place", she said. "And if you're really being those monster, I'll still have to save you and he would do anything to make sure you're turning into human again. No matter what it takes", she explained to her. "And that's why he still need me alive. Which means that my life depends on you", she said as her eyes fixed on one person. "No. You were wrong", she said to her as she looked at her confused. "Your life depends on yourself", she said and smiled as she then looked at the figure with the kids. "I'm sure you'll be someone who will be needed by them or they'll be needing you in their life. I'm sure of that", she said and Serine face changed. She rather looked sad than happy. "No one ever care or love me ever since I've born. Not even my biological mother. She even throw me to that wolf", she muttered to herself but didn't realised someone heard her. "Before these outbreak happen, I had such a happy life with my parents. My father wasn't what he is now", she said her face saddened. "He was a kind and caring man until my mother turning into one of them. Since then he became someone who I'm detest the most", she said sighing. "But mother used to said to me that our life is what made us stronger. Being in love and give love will always keep us strong", Serine smiled seeing the girl next to her. "People did that for a reason' was the only thought that I always keep in my mind hoping that my father wasn't entirely bad but doing everything in his way", she said with the positive thought of her father while she looked at one person. Choi San.

Serine walked in and saw SeongHwa trained with the guns. She chuckled seeing how the male seems troubled with it. "Need my help?", he turned around and see Serine walked toward him. "I would glad to", he said make way as she help him positioning his body. "Choose a comfortable pistol firing stance. Firing a pistol accurately starts at your feet", she pushed his legs using her legs a bit as he opened his leg wide; getting the stable position. "Get a good grip. Always use two hands when firing a pistol", she raised his hand as he focused on her step. "Your right  hand should seat high on the handle of the pistol and you should extend your trigger finger along the side of the weapon", she said as she help him handled the gun's position; slightly lower, wrapping around the handle. "Never place your non dominant hand on the bottom of the pistol, as it will prevent you from ejecting a spent magazine when reloading quickly", he nodded at her statement understand her teaching. "Find good sight picture. Most pistols come equipped with a front sight tip and rear sight aperture", she showed the part. "When you raise this guy, focus on the front sight tip and ensure it is centered on your target or getting a proper good picture. Aim for the head if it's for those dead bodies", she said as he looked at her confused.

"I'm not learning them to killed a living person", he said to her. "I'm just saying, Idol boy", she chuckled and she focused on teaching him.

"Establish sight alignment. If your target is further than a few feet away, you will need to couple sight picture with proper sight alignment. Last but not least, manage the pistol’s recoil. "Are you sure this is your first time using them?", she asked him as she saw easy it was for him to handled them. "Was it that bad?", he asked her worried and that alone made Serine laughed. "Ani. You're using them as if you had been living with it", he chuckled with her statement. "Our ATINY would love giving toy gun to us and sometime they wanted to see us posing with it or play along with them", she just smiled. "But never a real one", he said to her. I never thought of using or even hold them but now, I have to", he said. "I need to protect my family", she understands what does he mean by his family. It was ATEEZ member.

"Hyung, you missed JongHo apple breaker time", WooYoung said as the male walked in the room just to see his sons. Seven son in front of him. "Is everything okay, Hwa?", HongJoong asked him as he looked at him and smiled. "I can't imagine ATEEZ without completely eight member", he said and YunHo looking down and San realised his expression change. "What's wrong with you, Jung YunHo?", he asked. "I shouldn't made those bet", he said to them as San and JongHo looking dumbfounded."What bet?", JongHo asked."You bet with Serine on who will you choose to be with", he looked at him mad. "I can't believe the two of you would paly with my feeling with those bet", he said and walked away from them.

It was almost 2.45 in the morning and the leader wake up just to see one of member wasn't in his bed. "Hwa", he shook the older to wake up as he opened his eyes looked at the leader; panicked.

"San is missing".
