Lock and key
13:58, 1 July 2019Tin's heart sped up as he approached their condo, eager to see Can again. He had been in Singapore for business, and Can had been taking it hard, judging by the many messages that had waited for Tin once his plane had touched down in Bangkok. They had been separated before, but then it had been Can who had gone away, to his family in the country, and Can had found it much harder to just wait for Tin to return home.
After the confrontation with Tin's father and brother some months earlier, which had resulted in their father banishing Tul to a smaller branch in China, Tin's father had asked Tin to represent the company on a few occasions. These had been in Bangkok so far and this was the first overseas meeting Tin had to attend.
Tin was supposed to have been away for four days, but he had rushed through all the meetings and decisions, and had managed to change his flight last minute so he was coming home a day early. He had only sent a quick message to Can about having been in a meeting, so as not to spoil the surprise.
It was already late night, and Tin slipped into their apartment quietly, toeing off his shoes, and stripping off as he approached the bedroom. By the time he reached their bedroom door, he was already naked and hard, planning to wake up Can the sweetest possible way he knew, with his mouth.
"Mmmhh... haa... there..." Tin heard, and froze. He stood like a statue, struck immobile by the sounds of Can's pleasure. Can wouldn't... would he? Funny how little it took for all of Tin's fears to come surging back. And by 'funny', he meant 'terrifying'. Tin could feel the world shifting on its axis, and his perfect life with Can come tumbling down, as he listened to Can's escalating cries, the sounds becoming desperate.
Tin stood, falling apart, until...
"Please... Tin..." and what sounded like a sniff.
...what?
Taking the first full breath since he had heard Can's voice moments earlier, Tin pulled the door open a fraction and peeped in, his heart in his mouth, making it hard for him to swallow.
The room was lit only by the small light night on their bedside table, and Tin saw... Can alone on the bed, naked, his hand stroking his hard cock, his hips humping into the fingers of his other hand, plunged deep between his pearly cheeks, and something covering his face. Huh? Tin cocked his head.
Can's head was moving under the fabric covering his face, taking deep sniffs.
"Tin... (sniff)... aahh... (sniff)... more... (sniff)... I need Tin...(sniff)(sob)..."
Tin's heart bloomed. It was Tin's favourite sweater which he wore constantly at home, and it probably hadn't been washed for over a week. Tin took another deep breath, and felt reborn. He watched Can for a moment longer, until he couldn't take it anymore. He pushed the door open silently and walked in, Can still oblivious, trying to reach his climax. Tin grabbed the lube from the bedside table and prepared himself silently, his eyes glued on the visual feast in front of him, his heart hammering in his chest.
"Did you miss me that badly, Cantaloupe," Tin asked softly, as he crawled on the bed, settling between Can's spread legs. Can squealed with shock, and Tin grabbed his hands, and pulled them over his head, taking the sweater covering Can's face with it. Can's eyes flew open and then widened when he recognised Tin.
"Tin...!" Can's blissful cry was cut off by Tin's eager mouth, clamping over his almost desperately, swallowing all the questions Can might have had. The questions could wait, Tin couldn't.
His cock found Can's hot centre unerringly and sank home, and Can's whole body arched upward, and his legs wrapped around Tin's hips without any conscious thought, pulling him closer. Can's body opened for Tin like a lock with only one key.
Can couldn't believe Tin was here, and he shook with delight and mounting pleasure, letting Tin's deep thrusts bring him to the climax that had been denied him earlier. Can threaded his fingers between Tin's, and held tight, Tin's hands and his cock and his mouth providing him the anchor he needed to let go. Tin's mouth curved into a satisfied smile against Can's lips when he felt Can tightening around him, his body shaking with the need to cum. Then the moment Tin loved most, when Can came between their bellies, his eyes wide and glassy on Tin's, his body trembling and shaking, his breath a high whine in Tin's mouth.
Tin didn't want to join Can just yet, he had been dreaming of this moment, being re-united with Can again, and he rocked them slowly through Can's climax, their kiss lingering, lasting, never-ending.
Can drifted in a sea of pleasure, with no concept of time, buffeted by Tin's quickening pace, until he drowned again, Tin's exhales providing his only oxygen. This time, Tin followed Can and came deep inside him, his mind filling with white noise, like the waves of the ocean at the moment of his release. His kisses never waned, he had been deprived for too long, but finally he pulled away, because he needed to say something.
"I love you."
"I love you! You came back!" Can gasped.
"I missed you too much," Tin replied, smiling through the tears he hadn't noticed falling.
Can's fingers trailed Tin's tears, and he looked at Tin with a question in his eyes.
"I'm sorry, I heard you when I came in, and thought... I'm sorry, for a moment I thought..."
"You thought I was with someone else?" Can cried out. "Tin! I would never!" Can's face scrunched and he pushed Tin off him, sitting up and crossing his arms in front of his chest with a huff.
"I know. I really know," Tin said, and kissed his thigh. "But it's my worst nightmare, that you would leave me. And when I heard you... I wasn't here for you for days... I didn't sleep much..." his excuses trailed away, as he planted apologetic kisses all over Can's thigh.
"But we talked every night, Tin! We had sex and slept together over Skype!"
"I guess I still believe I don't deserve to be loved. That I'm worthless," Tin confessed, letting his face fall against Can's thigh.
"Tin! How could you think that?" Can's hands were patting Tin's head and shoulders agitatedly.
"That's what my brother kept telling me," Tin said quietly. "What my parents showed me when they pushed me aside for my brother."
Can's heart broke. "They're trash, Tin!" He jumped out of the bed, letting Tin's head thump on the bed.
"Hey! Where are you going?" Tin looked up.
"I'm going to go beat them up," Can growled, looking for his trousers, his cute round face crunched up in anger.
Tin's heart soared and he couldn't help but laugh. "Get back here, idiot," he said gently, and pulled Can back to bed.
"But they hurt you so bad, Tin! You're ... you're... " Can's face crunched up again, trying to find words. "You're everything."
"Tell me more," Tin said softly, his arms around his beloved Cantaloupe.
"I hate it when we're apart," Can pouted. "It was awful. I had no one to buy me food, and I had to wash my own back in the shower. And you didn't wake me up in the morning, and I couldn't sleep because the bed was too quiet. I could hear your breathing over Skype, but I couldn't hear your heart beat." Can closed his eyes and snuggled closer to Tin, his head on his chest, sighing happily to hear the strong beating of Tin's heart.
"It beats for you," Tin said, knowing he was sappy and emotional, but he just couldn't help it.
Can rubbed his face against Tin's chest, sniffing his beloved scent happily. Tin was back!
"You're so stupid to think I would ever be with anyone else," Can huffed, remembering what Tin had just said. "Do you think I would bend for just anyone? Huh? I was straight before you. Well, I thought I was. I never thought I would love a man, but then you almost ran me over and you were so annoying, but then... You give me everything I want to eat, you've given me a home. You make me feel good." Can couldn't fully articulate everything he felt. Tin showed him his love every day in so many days, and told him, too, and Can felt a loss of words.
"I just let you tie me up for 48 hours, Tin! Do you think I would do that with anyone?!"
Tin laughed again. Then his eyes grew soft. "Tell me again."
Can wrapped his arms tighter around Tin, planting his hard chin on Tin's chest, looking up at Tin with leaking eyes. "I love you, Tin. We're getting married in a few months! And well be together forever."
"I don't think I can wait that long."
"It's not legal for us to marry yet, so we just have to. But I already wear your ring. See?" Can lifted up his left hand, and shook the ring Tin had placed there on New Year's eve, after his surprise proposal.
"Hmmm... I think I want more," Tin said, slithered from underneath Can and got up. He came back a moment later with a slim box.
"What's that?"
"Something I had made and took with me so you wouldn't find it while I was away. Open it."
Can got up and sat with his legs crossed at the ankles, and opened the box. Inside was a black leather band, about 2 cm wide, with a belt type buckle, and a small silvery lock and a key dangling from it. In fact, it looked a lot like the leather manacle Can had worn around his ankle, a few weeks earlier, except narrower, with a smaller lock.
"It reminds me of the bracelets Ohm and Mick have."
"I always liked them. But this is platinum. I thought pewter would be too soft."
"Does this one have a tracking function, too?" Can asked, turning the bracelet curiously around in his hands.
"No. Your phone already has one, and those bracelets are a bit too bulky for my taste." The tracker in Can's phone had saved the day some months earlier when Tul had been up to no good again. Tin had confessed to Can how he had found him the next day and asked if Can wanted the tracker removed, but Can had said no. "I want to know that you can find me if ever I get in trouble again," Can had said, and Tin had been happy to leave the tracker in for the exact same reason.
"This is to remind you that you're mine, even when you're not tied to my bed. Can I?" Tin asked, holding up the bracelet and the little key, which was also platinum. Tin showed the key and the lock to Can, who squinted and grinned with happiness.
"It's my initials!" Can squealed when he looked at the little key. "And here it's yours!" he cried out again, when he looked at the lock more closely.
"Yes. I'm your's too, you know that," Tin said softly.
Can held out his wrist, and Tin wasted no time locking the bracelet around it. With the platinum lock, and the platinum adorning the other side, the little manacle looked like an edgy bracelet, the bondage element hopefully overlooked by others seeing it.
"If anyone asks, it's just a bracelet I saw in Singapore and got for you," Tin said, and Can nodded, admiring the bracelet, so black against his pale skin.
Then Tin took out a slim platinum chain with a small heart charm, which had been wrapped in a thin silk paper on the side of the same box and threaded the key of the bracelet into the chain.
"The lock on this chain is special. Once it's locked, it can't be unlocked anymore." Tin showed Can how it worked. "Would you...?" Tin offered Can the necklace and Can practically snatched it from Tin's hand and attached it around Tin's neck hurriedly, hearing the lock snick shut with a satisfying sound of finality.
Tin touched the chain around his neck, where the little key settled next to the heart charm. "You're here now, next to my heart."
"Mine," Can said, touching the necklace.
"Mine," Tin repeated and kissed Can, cupping his face with both hands.
And like everything else important in their lives, this promise also was celebrated with kisses, lube, sweat and cum, and a record-breaking number of times they said 'I love you'.

A/N:
The story of Tin and Can's engagement is told in my other fanfic, "Love Sick No More."
As of this writing, same sex civil partnership is due to become legal in Thailand sometime this year (2019). It may not fully grant same sex couples the same rights as heterosexual couples, but it is a first step in the right direction.
