2(Multifandom)

An Au where X character was or wishes to be a doctor but something happens or stops him from being one.

How anything else would go is up to the writer and the fandom they use but I will leave below some ideas.

Demon Slayer- Giyuu(as always xD) was once one of best and youngest doctors in Yaiba Hospital but after he found himself unable to save his sister and brother-in-law(who had been in a car accident together with two other cars, with one being the Kamados and the other a drunk driver who was behind the accident), he felt underserving of his position and also guilty of not being sable to save them especially as he was the new guardian of his twin nephews(Yuichiro & Muichiro) and also later he also became the guardian of the two surviving Kamado kids(Tanjiro and Nezuko who had been in a coma for two years like she technically was in canon). Not wanting to be a doctor anymore, Giyuu decided to study to be a teacher as that allowed him to be closer to his nephews and the Kamado siblings if he became a teacher in their school(Kimetsu School is the only High School in the city they live...at least for this fic) which he later became as he was hired up by Kagaya after he interned in Kimetsu under the at the time main PE teacher, Urokodaki(who was simply looking for someone to take his as a teacher before he left).

Soon Giyuu became a teacher adored by his students as he took note of the problems they had and helped them when any of them hurt themselves.

This could end up turning into a 5+1 fanfic were it shows 5 times Giyuu helped one of his hurt students with something that the school nurse would have sent them to the hospital for(basic for hospital doctors and nurses but not school ones? I know nothing about medicine so I have no idea) but no one but the students knew it + one time an ambulance was called to the school for a student(maybe for one of the twins or Kamado siblings) due to something but the student would need to be operated but wouldn't last the trip back to the hospital(imagine that one is in one side of the city and the other is in other side of the city) so Giyuu not wanting to lose said student asked the paramedic if they had the things needed for the surgery before he asked the school nurse for recently clean clothes he could wear to do the surgery himself(basically he would be the hero that day) but at the end of the day when questioned by the other teachers and Kagaya, Giyuu would open up about his past and be comforted by them.

MLB- Adrien got obsessed with knowing about all illnesses/injuries and how to help others after his mother died due to an 'illness' and at some point he mentioned to Chloe that he wished to be a doctor but Gabriel never paid attention to Adrien's wishes and pushed him to be a model which Adrien hated but did it because he loved his father. Chloe didn't like to see her friend sad so she decided to also study the same things Adrien was curious about and talk/read more about it when Adrien was allowed to visit her or they video called.

Of course that while that helped Adrien, it didn't solve that he was still forced to be a model and study at home whatever his father decided he needed to study or it didn't until Chloe got her father to help convince Gabriel to let Adrien to study in the same high school as Chloe(here they would be around 17-18 years old, so older then canon) which Gabriel ended up agreeing to after Andre used Emily's card(basically saying that she would have wished her son to study at a normal school and make friends).

That made Adrien very happy as while he loved Chloe and Felix, he wished to get to know other people even if he knew that there was the chance the other students would simply approach him for his fame and who his father was(if Marinette is still stalker or if the kwamis exist but Adrien and Chloe aren't chosen is up to the writer).

Cue another 5+1 thing where it is 5 times Adrien(maybe with also Chloe's help) saved/helped someone somewhat anonymously(basically it wasn't share in the internet) + one time Adrien saved someone(his father or in front of his father) and that led to him being allowed to finally give up being a model and make his dream of becoming a doctor true
