An AU where Shen Jiu met Yan Wushi during his time with Wu Yanzi and Wushi was the one to kill Yanzi before Shen Jiu met Yue Qingyuan again.

Shen Jiu despite his distrust, grew closer to Wushi and both were friends by the time Shen Jiu became the Qing Jing's head disciple.

Thanks to Wushi's help with his trauma, Shen Jiu wasn't as affected by being given the Qingqiu name.

They started dating some time after Shen Jiu became Shen Qingqiu and before the at the time Qing Jing Lord ascended the two married with the whole Qing Jing Peak and Wushi's sect being present plus the other Cang Qiong Peak Lords(not their head disciples except for Shang Qinghua).

Anyways, no Peak Lord knew about Shen Jiu being married except Qinghua and it continued like that until someone met Haitang and tried to bring justice on Shen Jiu plus using the rumours they heard about Shen Jiu(not Luo Binghe as Shen Jiu would be a better teacher and his disciples would train in Wushi's sect a few times a year so every disciple in Qing Jing love their shizun...if you want Shen Yuan to be in the fic he could be a disciple from Qing Jing of Wushi's sect).

Like canon no Peak Lord tried to defend Shen Jiu(Shang Qinghua wasn't present as he went to grab key witnesses) but before anyone could give the final judgement, the door was open to reveal a group of people who said they were witnesses of Shen Jiu's crimes.

Yingying was the first witness to go up and denied that Shen Jiu had desires for her as she was his adoptive daughter and she wasn't the only female disciple in his peak despite what was said.

The madam of Warm Red Pavillion was the next one and told them that Shen Jiu had been partially raised by her and came to visit her and teach the girls about the four arts so they could find a good husband besides them and other prostitutes making part of his and Shang Qinghua's spy group.

Luo Binghe and other male disciples were the next ones to go up and they denied being abused as they were physical cultivators so their shizun had to be harder on them besides Binghe seeming to have a demonic core too so Shen Jiu had asked a demonic sect for help on how to train him better.

Nest it was a group of old ladies who Haitang recognized as some of the surviving slaves/maids of her home, they admitted that Shen Jiu killed their master and started the fire but also admitted that Shen Jiu was suffering terrible abused by said young master and one of them witnessed how said young master had tried to rape Shen Jiu just before Shen Jiu went into a qi deviation ad killed the young master plus any male servant who participated in the abused and started the fire

And lastly everyone was surprised to see the leader of Huanyue Sect come up as a witness and say that there was no way Shen Jiu slept around or anything like that as they have been married for years and even have kids together and that whenever Shen Jiu disappeared it was to visit him or one of their older children who were all in different sects.

How anything else would go it is up to the writer but I did make a few tiktoks about this Au before which had He Xuan also be Shen Jiu's brother in his past life where he was his sister, He Qingjiu, and also who are Shen Jiu and Yan Wushi's kids besides Yingying(who is their only adopted kid, the others are blood related): Yu Ziyuan, Chu Wanning, Liu Mei, Wen Kexing, Guxiang and Tang Soso(their first names are the canon ones but their last name is changed for Yan)
