Super Late Update! 1/13/23

I'm super late and super behind, I know. Life happens, and priorities and hobbies change 😅.

BUT!!!!!

My original idea was to make a fanfic/book/series based on each movie. I even made plans of how I wanted Damian and Emily's relationship/dynamic to progress through each book/movie.

The first book (Son of Batman) is their initial meet, and they don't really have much of a friendship or relationship with one another. It is just the start of their adventures together.

The second book (Batman v Robin) is where you get to see more interactions with the two characters and learn more about their characters. Obviously, Damian is more centered around the dilemma he faces within the animated movie. Emily's character and personality begin to shine through more, and she has more moments alone that give us more of a person to imagine. Or at least that's the goal 😅 I want Emily to be her own character to with her own dilemmas and impact in the story. Of course, I'm gonna stick to the storyline, but I want Emily to feel a part of the story rather than the silent bland oc following the storyline. So in this book you will see their friendship grow and strengthen.

The third book will be when they meet the titans and actually begin to feel more towards one another. NO MORE SPOILERS! 😌 Antywho, I decided to pick up where I left off! I have the second book written in my drafts and will post if soon, I just need to make some tweaks here and there. We'll see how it goes!

I was also in the process of drawing a cover for the second book, not sure if I'll actually add it but! I thought it would be nice to put up the work in progress and give you an idea of what I picture Emily as.
