Chapter 7
11:07, 21 January 2025A few days had passed since her lunch with the boys and the evening sunlight filtered through the penthouse windows, casting a warm amber glow across the living room as Alex set the dining table with care. Candles flickered softly, their golden light dancing off the polished surfaces of the room. A tantalizing aroma wafted from the kitchen, where Alex had spent the better part of the afternoon preparing a feast. She glanced at the clock, her heart fluttering with anticipation.
Tonight was a bold step—one she had thought about for weeks, weighing the possibilities and the potential outcomes. She had finally decided it was time. After much deliberation, she had invited Jisung and Minho over for dinner, a deliberate surprise for Chanand Hyunjin. They had no idea what she had planned, but Alex felt a thrill at the thought of their reactions.
The doorbell rang, breaking her reverie. She smoothed her hands down the soft fabric of her dress, took a deep breath, and walked to the door. When she opened it, Jisung and Minho stood there, grinning like kids who had been promised a night of mischief.
"Noona!" Jisung exclaimed, leaning in to give her a quick hug. "You look stunning."
Minho followed suit, his smile bright and his energy infectious. "Thanks for inviting us, Alex. This is... exciting."
Alex smiled warmly, stepping aside to let them in. "Thanks for coming. Dinner's ready, and I figured it'd be nice to start the night with some good food before... well, you know."
Jisung laughed, his eyes sparkling with mischief as he glanced around the luxurious penthouse. "You mean before the part that none of us will forget?"
Minho elbowed him lightly, his cheeks tinged with a faint blush. "Han, stop being so obvious."
Alex chuckled, shaking her head as she led them into the living room. "Make yourselves comfortable. Chan and Hyunjin should be home soon."
As the golden light of the setting sun bathed the open-layout penthouse, Alex guided Jisung and Minho toward the spacious living area. The sleek, modern design of the space made the room feel even more expansive, with floor-to-ceiling windows that framed the Seoul skyline in a breathtaking panorama. The dining table sat off to one side, its polished surface gleaming beneath the soft glow of the candles Alex had arranged. Nearby, the plush sectional couch offered a cozy spot for lounging, with throw pillows scattered artfully.
Minho flopped onto the sectional couch immediately, stretching out as though he owned the place. "Noona, this penthouse is still ridiculous," he said, his tone filled with mock incredulity. "I feel like I shouldn't even be sitting on this couch without signing some kind of waiver."
Jisung chuckled, settling on the edge of the couch with a bit more restraint. His wide eyes wandered around the space, taking in the details—the sleek marble countertops of the open kitchen, the strategically placed art pieces on the walls, and the soft glow of the ambient lighting. "It's like stepping into a magazine," he said, his voice tinged with awe. "You and Chan really live the dream."
Alex laughed softly, wiping her hands on a towel she had slung over her shoulder. "It's just home to us," she said, her tone light. "But I'm glad you like it. Now, don't get too comfortable. Dinner's almost ready."
From the kitchen, the sound of sizzling food mingled with the faint hum of music playing softly from the speakers. The rich aroma of braised short ribs, garlic, and fresh herbs filled the air, making Minho sit up and sniff dramatically. "Noona," he groaned, clutching his stomach. "You're going to spoil us. This smells amazing."
Jisung nodded eagerly, his eyes lighting up. "Seriously, you didn't have to go all out, but we're not complaining."
Alex shook her head with a small smile as she returned to the kitchen. She moved gracefully around the open layout, stirring a simmering pot on the stove before checking the oven. "It's a special night," she said simply, her voice carrying an air of excitement she couldn't quite suppress.
Han and Jisung exchanged a curious glance, but before they could press further, the sound of the elevator chiming signaled someone's arrival. Alex felt her heart quicken slightly as the penthouse doors slid open, and Chan and Hyunjin stepped inside.
"Alex, sweetheart, we're home!" Chan called out as he and Hyunjin entered, their voices carrying through the open space. He stopped in his tracks the moment he saw Minho and Jisung lounging on the couch, his brows lifting in surprise. "Well, this is unexpected," he said, a smile tugging at his lips.
Hyunjin followed his gaze, his eyes narrowing playfully as he dropped his bag by the door. "What are you two doing here?" he asked, his tone laced with teasing suspicion. "Planning something behind our backs?"
Han grinned, spreading his arms wide in mock innocence. "We were invited, thank you very much. Blame Alex, not us."
Chan turned his gaze to Alex, who was leaning casually against the kitchen counter with a small, knowing smile. His eyes softened as they met hers, and he walked over to her, pressing a kiss to her temple. "What's all this about?" he asked quietly, his tone warm.
"Well I figured tomorrow is our implantation appointment...I figured we could celebrate." Alex said, not looking up from the stove. "Do you want to go over the rules of the house with them while I finish up?"
Chan's eyes widened slightly at Alex's comment, though his surprise quickly gave way to a warm, amused smile. He glanced over his shoulder at Minho and Jisung, who were both watching the exchange with poorly hidden curiosity, and then back at Alex. Her calm demeanor as she stirred the pot on the stove only made the moment more intriguing.
"Rules of the house, huh?" Chan murmured, his tone tinged with playful curiosity. "I suppose that's fair, considering tonight is... a bit unconventional."
Alex glanced up at him, her eyes sparkling with a mix of mischief and sincerity. "We've talked about boundaries before," she said softly, her voice steady. "But I think it's important that we're all on the same page—especially with new people involved."
Chan nodded, leaning against the counter as he crossed his arms. "Alright, love. I'll handle it."
Chan straightened from his casual lean against the counter, his gaze drifting to Minho and Jisung, who had taken up residence on the couch like two mischievous children awaiting a reveal. His mind, however, was already working, turning over the intricacies of what tonight meant. He wasn't just thinking about the surface of the situation—the shared laughter, the teasing smiles, or even the palpable anticipation in the air. He was thinking about what lay beneath it: trust, respect, and a shared understanding that this was as much about their emotional connection as it was about physical exploration.
As he walked toward the living room, Chan's footsteps were unhurried, his expression composed but warm. He felt the weight of the moment settle over him—not in an oppressive way, but with a gravity that spoke to how much he valued what they had built together. This wasn't just a casual night of indulgence; it was a testament to how far they had come, how much trust they had cultivated. It was about creating a space where everyone felt safe, respected, and included.
He stood at the edge of the living area, his hands resting on his hips as his eyes swept over Minho and Jisung. Minho had that playful smirk tugging at the corners of his mouth, his posture relaxed but his eyes sparkling with curiosity. Jisung, on the other hand, looked a little more tentative, his hands fidgeting in his lap as his gaze flickered between Chan and Alex in the kitchen.
Chan's voice, when he finally spoke, was calm and measured, carrying the weight of his sincerity. He wasn't the type to lecture or impose; he wanted to make it clear that this was a collaborative experience, one built on mutual respect and understanding.
"Alright, boys," he began, his tone light enough to ease the tension but firm enough to command attention. "Since Alex thought it'd be fun to spring this on me and Hyunjin without warning, I guess I'll take this as an opportunity to go over a few things."
Han leaned back against the couch, crossing one ankle over his knee with a teasing grin. "Rules of the house? Sounds serious."
Chan smirked, shaking his head. "Not rules, exactly. More like... guidelines. Boundaries. Things we all need to be clear on before anything happens."
Jisung straightened slightly, his expression shifting from nervous to attentive. Chan took a moment to appreciate that. He liked Jisung's earnestness, the way he genuinely wanted to do right by everyone involved. It was one of the reasons Chan felt comfortable with him being here tonight.
"First and foremost," Chan continued, his gaze shifting between them, "this is about trust. If anyone feels uncomfortable at any point, they need to speak up. No one's feelings are less important than anyone else's, and no one should feel pressured to do something they're not ready for."
Han nodded, his playful demeanor softening as he gave a small, sincere smile. "Got it, hyung. Loud and clear."
"Good." Chan's eyes flicked to Jisung, who gave a small nod of his own, his cheeks flushing slightly under the weight of Chan's gaze. "Second," Chan went on, his voice steady, "Alex is the one who made this happen, so her comfort is the priority. If she says stop, we stop. No questions, no hesitation."
Both men nodded, their expressions serious now. Chan could see they understood the gravity of his words, and it made him feel a little more at ease. He wanted this to be a positive experience, one they could all look back on fondly, but only if it was done right.
"Lastly," Chan said, a faint smile tugging at the corners of his lips, "I'm in charge. I am the dominant of this household and it will stay that way...Minho I'm looking at you, don't challenge me in my own home. Got it?"
Jisung snickered, clearly finding amusement in the shift in atmosphere, but Jisung's gaze darted nervously to Minho. The smirk that tugged at Han's lips faltered when Chan's sharp gaze landed on him, the weight of his authority palpable even in the lighthearted moment.
"Got it, hyung,"Minho said quickly, raising his hands in mock surrender. "No challenges. You're the captain here."
Jisung nodded fervently, his voice soft but firm. "Understood, Chan-hyung."
Chan's eyes softened slightly, his faint smile returning as he relaxed his stance just a bit. "Good. I don't want anyone walking away from tonight feeling like things got out of hand. This is supposed to be fun, but it's also supposed to be safe—for everyone."
He let his words hang in the air for a moment, letting their significance settle before he clapped his hands lightly and straightened up. "Alright," he said, his tone lighter now. "Now that we've got that out of the way, let's eat. Alex spent all day cooking, and I'm not about to let it go cold."
As the meal progressed, the conversation shifted to lighter topics—upcoming projects, funny stories from past tours, and the occasional jab at each other's quirks. The dynamic at the table was easy and natural, a testament to the trust and camaraderie they all shared.
But there was an undercurrent of anticipation that none of them could ignore. Every now and then, a glance would linger too long, a smile would hold just a little more meaning, and the air would thrum with unspoken possibilities.
After the plates were cleared, Alex stood and began gathering the dishes. "Why don't you all head to the living room? I'll bring dessert out in a bit."
"I'll help," Jisung offered quickly, standing up with his plate.
Alex smiled at him, shaking her head. "It's alright, Sungie. Go relax. Tonight's about all of us unwinding."
Jisung hesitated for a moment before nodding, his cheeks flushing slightly as he returned to the others. Minho and Hyunjin were already sprawled out on the sectional couch, their banter filling the room as they jockeyed for control of the TV remote.
Chan lingered in the dining room, leaning against the counter as he watched Alex move gracefully between the sink and the counter. "You okay?" he asked quietly, his voice low enough that it wouldn't carry to the others.
Alex glanced over her shoulder, her eyes meeting his. "I'm good," she said softly, a small smile playing on her lips. "I just wanted to make sure tonight starts off right."
Chan's gaze softened, and he crossed the room to stand beside her. He rested a hand on the small of her back, his touch warm and grounding. "You've already done that, love," he murmured. "You've thought of everything."
Alex leaned into him for a moment, savoring the quiet intimacy before pulling back with a playful smile. "Go join the others. I'll be out in a minute."
Chan gave her a lingering look, his eyes full of affection and understanding, before pressing a gentle kiss to her temple. "Alright, love," he murmured, his tone soft and reassuring. He let his hand slide away from her back as he turned toward the living room, his steps unhurried but purposeful. Alex watched him go, her heart swelling with a mix of gratitude and anticipation. Tonight had already begun to feel like the culmination of something significant—something that would deepen the connection they all shared.
As Alex finished tidying up, she could hear the laughter and chatter from the living room. Han's boisterous voice rose above the others, punctuated by Hyunjin's playful jabs and Jisung's occasional nervous giggles. She smiled to herself, the sound of their camaraderie grounding her in the present. Tonight wasn't just about stepping into uncharted territory; it was about celebrating the bond they all shared, a bond that had been built on trust, laughter, and mutual respect.
When she finally joined them in the living room, the guys had rearranged the space to make it more comfortable. The sectional couch had been pushed back slightly, creating an open area on the floor where they had piled blankets and pillows in a haphazard nest. The coffee table had been shifted to the side, now serving as a makeshift snack station with bowls of popcorn, chocolate, and other treats spread across its surface. The TV was on, the streaming menu paused on a selection of movies that ranged from lighthearted comedies to steamy dramas.
"Perfect timing, noona," Minho called out as she stepped into the room. He was sprawled across one of the couches, a bowl of popcorn resting precariously on his stomach. "We were just debating which movie to start with. I vote for something fun. Nothing too serious."
Hyunjin, sitting cross-legged on the floor, rolled his eyes. "Han, you always pick the dumbest comedies," he said, though his tone was more amused than annoyed. "We need something with a little more... atmosphere."
"Atmosphere?" Jisung asked, perched on the edge of the couch. "What does that even mean?"
Hyunjin smirked, his gaze darting to Alex as she settled onto one of the plush pillows beside him. "It means something that sets the mood."
Alex chuckled, reaching for a handful of popcorn from the bowl Minho was still balancing. "Let's pick something everyone agrees on," she suggested, her tone light. "Or at least something that won't make us question our life choices by the end of it."
"Too late," Minho quipped, earning a playful shove from Jisung.
As the banter continued, Alex felt a sense of ease settle over her. The living room, transformed into a cozy makeshift bed with blankets and pillows, radiated warmth and intimacy. It was a physical reflection of the trust and closeness they all shared. The dim lighting from the overhead fixtures and the glow of candles scattered throughout the room created a soft, golden ambiance that made everything feel safe and inviting.
Hyunjin reached for the remote, his long fingers skimming over the buttons as he scrolled through the movie options. "Fine," he said with mock exasperation, "we'll compromise. Something atmospheric and fun." His mischievous grin flashed as he settled on a rom-com with just the right amount of spice to keep the room buzzing with energy.
The opening credits rolled, and everyone shifted to find a comfortable spot. Alex nestled between Hyunjin and Chan, her body fitting naturally against theirs as if they were pieces of the same puzzle. Chan draped an arm around her shoulders, his thumb brushing gentle circles over her upper arm, while Hyunjin rested his head on her lap, his golden hair spilling like silk over her thighs. Alex's fingers instinctively found their way into his hair, weaving through the soft strands as he let out a contented sigh.
On the other side of the nest of blankets, Minho and Jisung had claimed their own corner. Minho sprawled out lazily, propping himself up on an elbow as he reached for another handful of popcorn. Jisung sat close to him, their knees bumping occasionally as they exchanged whispered comments about the movie. Every so often, Jisung's laughter would bubble up, his cheeks pinking slightly as Minho leaned in to share another witty remark.
The movie played on, but Alex found her attention drifting, distracted by the warmth of Chan's body pressed against hers and the soothing sensation of Hyunjin's hair slipping through her fingers. She glanced over at Minho and Jisung, catching the way Minho's hand rested casually on Jisung's thigh, his thumb tracing idle patterns against the fabric of his jeans. Jisung leaned into the touch, his cheeks flushed and his eyes bright as he whispered something to Minho that made the older boy smirk.
The air in the room felt charged, electric with unspoken anticipation. Alex's skin tingled with awareness, hyper-attuned to every point of contact between her and the boys. Chan's breath was warm against her neck, his lips grazing her skin as he pressed a feather-light kiss just below her ear. She shivered, a delicious frisson of desire coursing through her.
Hyunjin must have felt it too, because he tilted his head to look up at her, his dark eyes smoldering with barely contained want. "Noona," he breathed, his voice low and full of desire.
Alex's breath hitched at the raw need in Hyunjin's voice. She let her fingers trail along his jaw, tracing the sharp lines of his face as he leaned into her touch, his eyes fluttering closed. The movie faded into the background, forgotten as the room filled with a different kind of tension—one born of simmering desire and unspoken promises.
Chan's hand slid from Alex's shoulder, skimming down her arm and leaving goosebumps in its wake. His touch was light but deliberate, igniting sparks beneath her skin. When his fingers laced with hers, squeezing gently, Alex felt anchored and adrift all at once, lost in the heady rush of sensation.
Jisung made a soft sound, drawing Alex's attention. Minho had shifted closer, his hand drifting higher on Jisung's thigh as he leaned in to nuzzle at the younger boy's neck. Jisung's cheeks were flushed, his lips parted slightly as Minho's teeth grazed his skin. The sight sent a fresh wave of heat through Alex, pooling low in her belly.
"Chris," she breathed, turning her head to meet Chan's gaze. His eyes were dark, pupils blown wide with desire as they locked onto hers. "I think it's time we move this to the bedroom."
Chan's lips curved into a slow, knowing smile. "I think you're right," he murmured, his voice low and rough with want. He stood, gently tugging Alex to her feet as Hyunjin sat up, his hair mussed and his eyes glassy with need.
Minho and Jisung followed suit, their hands still tangled together as they rose from the couch. The air crackled with tension, heavy with the weight of unspoken desires and barely restrained hunger.
Alex led the way up the stairs, her heart pounding in her chest as she pushed open the door to the master bedroom. The king-sized bed dominated the space, its dark sheets turned down invitingly. Soft lighting from the bedside lamps cast a warm glow over the room, creating an intimate, sensual atmosphere.
She turned to face the others as they filed in, her gaze sweeping over each of them in turn. Chan's eyes burned into hers, his jaw clenched with barely contained restraint.
Hyunjin's lithe form pressed against her back, his hands settling on her hips as his lips brushed the sensitive spot just below her ear. "Alex," he breathed, his voice rough with desire. "Tell us what you want."
Alex shivered, her skin prickling with anticipation as she leaned back into Hyunjin's embrace. Her gaze drifted to Minho and Jisung, taking in the way they gravitated toward each other, Minho's hand resting possessively on the small of Jisung's back.
"I want..." Alex began, her voice breathy and thick with want. "I want to watch. To start."
Chan's brow quirked, a slow smirk spreading across his face as he stepped closer. "Watch what, exactly?" he asked, his tone low and teasing.
Alex swallowed, her cheeks flushing as she met Chan's heated gaze. "I want to watch you... with them. With each other."
Minho's eyes flashed with intrigue, his hand sliding lower to squeeze Jisung's ass through his jeans. Jisung gasped, pressing back into the touch as a soft whimper escaped his lips. The sound sent a shiver down Alex's spine, her body responding to the blatant display of desire.
Chan's gaze darkened, his tongue darting out to wet his lips as he took in the scene before him. He stepped closer to Alex, his hand coming up to cup her cheek, his thumb brushing over her bottom lip. "Is that so?" he murmured, his voice a low rumble that resonated through her body. "You want to watch me take them apart? Watch as they come undone under my touch?"
Alex nodded, her breath catching in her throat at the intensity of Chan's gaze. "Yes," she whispered, leaning into his touch. "I want to see you make them feel good. I want to understand your history with them."
Chan's lips curved into a wicked smirk, his eyes glinting with promise. "Oh, I can definitely do that," he purred, his thumb pressing into her lip before he pulled away eyes glued to the other men in their bedroom. "Hyunjin, keep her company."
Hyunjin's arms tightened around Alex's waist as Chan stepped away, pulling her flush against his chest. She could feel the heat of his body seeping through the thin fabric of her dress, his heartbeat thrumming steadily against her back. His lips skimmed the shell of her ear, his breath warm and teasing as he whispered, "With pleasure."
Chan stalked towards Minho and Jisung, his movements smooth and predatory. They watched him approach with hooded eyes, their bodies thrumming with anticipation. When he reached them, Chan's hands found Minho's hips, pulling the younger man into a searing kiss.
Minho melted into Chan's embrace, his arms winding around the older man's neck as he parted his lips, inviting Chan to deepen the kiss. Their tongues tangled, the wet slide of their mouths obscene in the charged silence of the room. Jisung watched them with parted lips, his cheeks flushed and his eyes dark with desire.
Chan broke the kiss, nipping at Minho's bottom lip before turning his attention to Jisung. He cupped the younger man's face, his thumb caressing Jisung's cheekbone as he leaned in close. "And you," he murmured, his voice a low, sensual rumble, "are you ready to be good for me, baby boy?"
Jisung shivered under Chan's intense gaze, his breath hitching as he nodded eagerly. "Yes, hyung," he breathed, his voice already wrecked with need. "I'll be so good for you. We missed you."
Chan's lips curved into a satisfied smirk before he claimed Jisung's mouth in a deep, filthy kiss. Jisung whimpered into it, his hands fisting in the fabric of Chan's shirt as he let the older man dominate the kiss, plundering his mouth with a skilled tongue.
Alex watched the scene unfold before her with rapt attention, her body thrumming with arousal at the sight of Chan taking control. Hyunjin's arms tightened around her waist, his lips trailing hot, open-mouthed kisses along the column of her neck.
Alex's breath caught in her throat as Hyunjin's teeth grazed the sensitive skin of her neck, sending sparks of pleasure racing down her spine. His hands slid lower, his fingers bunching in the soft fabric of her dress as he pulled her back against the solid heat of his body. She could feel his arousal pressing insistently against her, evidence of how much the scene before them was affecting him too.
On the bed, Chan had maneuvered Jisung and Minho onto the plush mattress. Minho was splayed out on his back, his shirt rucked up to reveal the toned planes of his stomach as Chan's hands roamed over his body. Jisung knelt beside them, his eyes wide and his lips kiss-swollen as he watched Chan take Minho apart with expert touches.
"Fuck, hyung," Minho gasped, arching into Chan's touch as the older man's fingers found a sensitive spot just above his hip bone. "You still know just how to drive me crazy."
Chan smirked, leaning down to nip at Minho's jaw before soothing the sting with his tongue. "I could never forget what makes you squirm."
