19 - Everything else

Kyeom pov.

"🎶Today... I went to a pasta Place...🎶" I started singing as we were all sitting on the couch waiting for the crew to be back. Since we made a trip we need to discuss the plans with each other. Woozi was playing the guitar for me as Hoshi swayed his head from side to side.

"🎶And ordered 9 dishes... Wonu is in front of me🎶" I continued. Wonu who was busy playing with his phone started singing with me.

"Eyy..." he backed me up.

"🎶Wonu had 3 dishes and I had 6 dishes...🎶" I continued. Hoshi was holding his laughter and Woozi as well but I continued.

"🎶I've got a fat belly....🎶" I sand with more feelings.

"🎶Risotto, Pasta... Ragu Pasta...🎶" I sang my chorus. Woozi was chuckling as he still supported me with his guitar.

Then Wonu joined my made up song.

"🎶 Rissoto, pasta... Ragu pasta..🎶" we both sang.

"🎶We enjoyed the wine festival with chicken" 🎶I sang and Wonu stopped playing on his phone totally.

"You know this sounds actually good." He commented as I continued my nonsense on the spot song.

"🎶we walked together...🎶" then I prepared myself for an even higher note.

"🎶 ate 6 plates together... if we're together... we can have 10 dishesss...🎶" I continued as Wonu kept on smiling.

"How does he even come up with this?" Hoshi asked as he chuckled behind Woozi.

"🎶 I'm digesting 6 dishes in my stomach... Pump in and out🎶" I said as I ended my song.

"You know sometimes I worry what happens inside your head." Wonu commented.

"Hey you joined in the song." I complained.

"What?? It's catchy." He said and we all laughed.

"I agree." Wozzi said as he laughed at me and I just winked at him.

"Alright where is everyone. I've been singing all the sense in my head already and no one is still here." I said and Hoshi pouted and nodded.

"I'll call them." He said but as soon as he said it, the door busted open.

"The one and only Boo is in the building." Kwannie said and we looked in his direction.

"Oh and everyone else too." Joshua suddenly said appearing out of nowhere behind Kwannie. Then everyone else came inside. Vernon, Cheol,Hannie, Mingyu.

"Kyeom what is he doing here? I thought it was just close friends." Wonu suddenly transferred beside me and whispered pointing at Mingyu.

"I actually have no Idea let me ask Joshua." I said as I fanned him over to me.

"What?" He asked as he sat beside me and Wonu.

"What is that jerk doing here?" I asked.

"Kyeom first of all relax. He's more of a puppy than a jerk. And second of all... he asked if he could come. Don't tell him I told you this but after the stunt you guys pulled in his house, his parents are still giving him a tough time... and don't give me that look, I knew what you guys did last time. Turns out my brother is pretty easy to crack." Joshi said to me and I looked at him and smiled. Trying to get out of the situation.

"Ok that stunt was awesome. His face was priceless when we woke and I am 79% sorry about that but he was being mean to Wonu. And Wonu's my guy! I'll do anything for him" i said.

"I know. But he's trying to change. Who do you think is the person that keeps on giving Wonu free coffee in his favorite coffee shop to read?" Joshi asked.

"What? He's the coffee guy?!? Damn!" I said as I remembered what I witnessed the last time.

"Wait.. Wonu always goes to the library at 5:00-7:00 depending on his schedule. How could he have given him coffee every-time?" i asked.

"You're forgetting about the fact that they both know each other pretty well already... Wonu's schedule was just a walk in the park.." Joshi said.

"Maybe he really is trying to right his wrongs." I wondered.

"He is. So don't judge him too much alright? He told me he was trying his best to say sorry in person but he is always overcome with embarrassment."   He said and I looked at Mingyu talking to the group.

"Let me take this up with Wonu." I said.

"Don't tell him the coffee thing." Joshi said as I made my way back with Wonu and the gang.

"Sooo now that we are all hereeeee... let's talk trips" Kwannie suddenly said.

"Alright... where then?" Hoshi asked.

"I'm already getting there so shhhhhhh." Kwaniie said as he grabbed Hoshi's pout and closed his mouth with his hands.

"We are going toooooo.... Santa Caterina!!!!" He shouted and Vernon started clapping for him. But we were all just looking at him not knowing where the hell Tahi is or whatever he said was. Atleast Vernon is supportive.

"Uhmmmm... is that supposed to make us excited?" I asked.

"You guys don't know where that is????" Kwanie shouted as he looked at us with a shocked face.

"Didn't you say we were going to the beach?" Asked Hannie.

"Well last time I checked, you people said that I was in charge of this trip. And Italy is my favorite place to visit!" Kwannie said and my jaw dropped. And as of all of us too with Hoshi looking at me.

"ITALY?!???" We all shouted in unison.

"Yup. Isn't that obvious from the name?" He asked with confusion.

"You should've led with that!" Cheol commented.

"No freaking way! Are we really?!?!?" Woozi suddenly said with more excitement than any of us.

"Alright but you're paying." Hannie said as he reached out for Cheol's black card.

"For all of us?" Cheol asked in shock.

"No daddu. Just for me! Those guys have their own banks." He said as Hannie pointed to us.

"I'm just a bank?" Cheol asked and acting hurt.

"A cute bank. My own personal cute bank." Hannie said as he poked Cheol's nose.

"Oh I have mine too. High five!" Kwannie said as they both laughed at their own joke.

"You know you can high five them too since your boyfriend is pretty loaded too." Joshua whispered in my ear and winked at me. I just glared at him and pushed his face away.

"Alright party's over. We shout really plan this out. This is probably the only time we are all free before all the studying takes place." I said and they nodded.

We planned for about 2 hours with the exceptions of people interrupting each other due to random thoughts like who's gonna be in charge of the theme. Kwannie set a theme for us all so that we can change according to our itinerary and he said it would look good in the pictures.

So we came up with trips but turns out, Kwannie booked us too many trips and we can only go to them all by splitting ourselves. That's how excited he is.

"So what do we do?" Asked Vernon confused about all the trips. He probably just wanna listen to the gist of it all.

"We could team up and go to the places each of us wanna go. You know... if we prefer somewhere over somewhere like that kind of vibe." Wonu suggested.

"That's true... Is that alright with you guys?" Kwanie asked. We looked at each other and nodded along. I mean some of us are friends and been friends for a long time but we aren't as clingy as a group. A tour is just an excuse to "rome" around. See what I did there.

"But a picture is a must wherever you go and you will stick to the theme each time." Kwannie added. And we all agreed.

"Ok first off... this coast. It's really great for guys who wanna spend time in the beach. But it conflicts with the chill bed and breakfast on the other side of rome." kwannie asked.

"How you booked all of this without looking at time and date amazes me babe." Vernon said and I laughed at Kwannie.

And we continued to plan for another 2 hours with all the bickering and fighting among the people present. As we soon decided on who to go where, the day turned into night already.

"So wanna go get some dinner together?" Asked Joshua to me and I looked at him. I was about to answer when Hoshi sat next to me and interrupted.

"Sure! We would love to." Hoshi suddenly said and Kwannie looked at me.

"Actually..." Joshua mumbling something but Kwannie interrupted him again.

"Where are we going?" Asked Kwannie as he started fixing his bags. Then Joshua just chuckled and shook his head. Oh maybe he meant that for just the two of us? Or my imagination only.

"You guys decide." Joshua smiled and got ready himself.

"I wanted some lobster earlierr..." Wonu suddenly said as people were going out the room.

"Don't you hate seafood?" Asked Woozi.

"I do... sometimes... I don't know." He said then I just laughed at him. Maybe he's just hungry.

"Alright then let's do to Doz. It's really famous for their seafood boil and buttered chicken. Plus there's an open bar." Kwannie suggested.

"Sounds great how many of us are left?." Said Joshua as he picked up his phone to call.

"Uhm... 1.2.3.4.5. Oh Woozi's staying? Alright say 6" Kwannie said.

"Vernon's not?" I asked.

"He had other plans." He said and smiled.

"Alright then... they are gonna be ready for us in 10 minutes." Joshua said and then we grab our things and  went out.

Hoshi and Woozi has gotten so much closer this days that Woozi spends most of his time with us. I guess he's part of the gang now.

"Hey.. what's going on with you guys?" I nudged Hoshi as Woozi and Wonu talked about some song they were doing. And Joshua and Kwanie was busy talking on the phone.

"With Woozi?" He asked in a high tone like he's hiding something.

"Your pitch changed! You're hiding something! Spill it right now."  I practically begged him.

"Alright I already confessed! Well multiple times actually but he thought I was not meaning it.." he said.

"Not meaning it? How did you even say it?" I asked.

"Well the two times I did.. I was kinda... kinda drunk." He said as he smiled awkwardly.

"Dumb. So dumb." I said.

"Hey! I didn't pressure you with Joshua too!." He said and I almost let it slip out that I was already dating him.

"Well we are different." I said and he just chuckled.

"Maybe? ." He said and then we both looked at each other and laughed.

"But he seems to be enjoying hanging out with you" i said.

"Well maybe you can confess in the trip. I mean you guys are both going to the beach right." I said.

"Maybe in the last day. I don't want the trip to be awkward just because I confessed first day." He said.

"Awkward? What if he says yes?" I asked.

"What if he says no?" He asked back.

"Alright then your call." I said and then he grabbed my hand before I could go.

"What?" I asked.

"Joshua didn't reject you did he?" He suddenly asked with seriousness in his eyes.

"What are you talking about?" I asked in denial.

"As if he's gonna reject you. Are you guys already dating? I wont tell if you're making it lowkey." He asked and I looked at him thinking of all the ways I could get out of this situation.

Then Joshua suddenly went beside me and placed his hands over my shoulder and smiled at Hoshi. Giving him a wink.

Hoshi eyes went wide and smiled.

"You guys are together—?!?!?" He almost shouted but my hands were a lot quicker than him and covered his mouth.

"No!" I told him.

"Yes" Joshua said at the same time.

"What?" Hoshi said as he finished licking my hands all over.

"Keep that mouth shut! There are people here." I said and then Hoshi just chuckled.

"Oh it's you that don't wanna tell them.. I see. I feel bad for you bro." He said to Joshua as he gave him a hug.

"I know it's so sad." Joshua said pretending to fake cry as well. Then both of them pretended to cry which made Wonu and the rest look at us.

"It's just so sad." Hoshi said as he nudged Wonu who automatically fake cried as well.

"I don't know why but looking at the two of them makes me cry too." He said and I just pushed them all away and smiled. Alright they are my friends but sometimes their drama is next level. Can't believe they are influencing Wonu too.

"Hey the place is ready let's all go now." I said and then everyone agreed. We arrived at the dinner place just in time for our reservation thanks to Kwannie and Joshua.

——————————————————————————-The next few days seem as normal as it can be. The only difference is that Joshua's my boyfriend but I don't wanna make it public. It seems easy right? But not at all. Especially when your friend is Hoshi who can't keep a freaking secret at all.

"Hey Kyeom, you got together with Joshua and you didn't tell me?" Asked Wonu all of a sudden.

"What happened to not telling anyone about this?!?" I said as I smacked Hoshi in the neck.

"What? I thought Wonu is in the inner circle. He deserves to know." He said and I just shook my head.

"I actually don't care at all. I just wanna say that people wont mind you dating Joshua at all. You're gonna be fine even if you become public." Wonu suggested.

"Yeah a little attention wont kill you." Hoshi added.

"That's the thing. I don't want the attention." I complained.

"Well I don't know about you but Joshua is pretty popular. He's gonna get attention anywhere. Oh and congratulations for winning his heart." Wonu said.

"I know that." I said as I looked at Joshi who is currently walking towards us with Mingyu again. I could already see Wonu rolling his eyes to the back of his head. Since when did they turn into cats and dogs???

"Hi guys. I brought hamburgers!" Mingyu said in a very excited voice.

"Are you bribing us so you can sit here?!?" Hoshi asked all of a sudden. The table went silent.

"Cause if you are, what makes you think that I would reject the idea?!?! Come on! Have a sit beside me so that I can eat some of your cooking." Hoshi said and Wonu looked at him with betrayal.

"Why do you always bring him around." I mumbled and Joshu just smiled and showed me his gummy smile not even saying anything.

"Here I brought one for everyone." Mingyu said as he handed us all of his burgers. I got one ofcourse. I still hated what he did to Wonu but I am hungry too.

We sat there eating and talking for a little while and then I noticed Mingyu looking at Wonu. Weird. He's smiling.. oh... something's fishy here. We were pretty loud as a group especially since Kwannie arrived.

"Do you like it?" Mingyu suddenly asked in the middle of the us talking. It was a little sound and probably only Wonu heard it but I was already invested in his weird movements from the get go so I was eavesdropping.

"It's alright." Wonu said nonchalantly. Then I saw Mingyu smiled a little but disappeared as soon as our eyes met. Oh I see... this development is amazing...

I was snapped out of my thoughts when I felt Joshi's hands tapping on my hand under the table. I looked at him and raised my eyebrows asking what he wants. Not letting the people. Notice we were communicating secretly.

Then he held my hand and squeezed it. I smiled at him and continued talking with our friends as we held hands. Something he is just a kid. He really had to check with me to hold my hand. Cute.

Then all of a sudden a girl holding on to a letter approached our table. She was bringing a little box with her and she was wearing an apron. It looked like she was being pushed to Joshi with her friends.

"Oh.... Someone has another admirer." Mingyu smiled teasing Joshi.

"Uhm... I'm sorry to interrupt but I would really love it if you tried one of my cookies? I made them specially for you." She said shyly and Joshua looked at me and then back to the girl and smiled.

"Sure thing. My friends and I will give it a try." Joshi said and I looked at him. Oh this is what he means by him being approached randomly. He is really famous. But I'm not feeling jealous as all. I think... it's fine because he likes me.. he does..

"Actually... these are for you only." She said and smiled. I almost rolled my eyes at her but stopped it because that will be more than obvious.

"Oh really..." Joshua said shyly and the girls behind her were giggling and teasing their friend.

"You wanna eat them together outside?" She asked after being pressured by her friends. Ok this is not highschool why are they acting like it is. Okey she's kinda getting into my nerves now. Then all of us were looking at Joshi and waiting for his response.

"Actually I have to pass on that... I am currently in a relationship and I don't want them to misunderstand." He suddenly said and people in the table were shocked. Ofcourse I have to pretend I was shocked too but I was actually proud of him.

"Relationship?!??" Kwannie shouted and people even beside us looked at our table.

"Oh.. you are? I'm so sorry if I overstepped." She said and then told us to enjoy the cookies and went away.

"Alright relax. You're being too overdramatic." Wonu said.

"Relax???? How about Kyeom here? Holding his tears right now." Kwannie said as he wiped tissue in my face and I just laughed at him.

"Please stop being sad about me. I'm fine." I said and Kwannie placed his hands in his heart.

"Look at him being strong. Come here." He said as he hugged me. I just pushed him away and everyone laughed.

This secret relationship is getting harder by the second my friends are here. It's like they want me to suffer. Joshi just looked at me and smiled but not the smile he usually does. It seemed sadder. But I have no idea why. He didn't hold me hand for the remaining of the time and also didn't look at me.

"Alright guys. I hope you enjoy the cookies because I have a thing to do." Joshua suddenly said as he stood up.

"What thing?" I asked.

"Oh he's gonna see his partnerrrr... we should come with to meet her or him we don't judge." Kwannie said.

"Actually I have a date with my biology project." He said and bid us all goodbye.

"See you!" Hoshi said and Joshi smiled. Again with the fake smile. Something is definitely wrong. I have to check up on him.

"Wait I'm gonna get some soda." I said as I walked to where Joshi was going. They continued chatting as I tried to catch up to Joshi.

"Grabe me a coke!" Woozi said as he just arrived in the table.

"Yessir." I said as I ran.

I saw Joshua walking and I called out his name.

"Hey! Josh. What happened back there?" I said as I caught up to him. We walked slowly and he just smiled.

"Nothing really.." he said as he continued walking.

"Josh..tell me." I said as I stopped walking.

"Alright but you'll think I'm petty." He said.

"Tell me." I said again.

"Alright let's talk inside. People can hear." He said as we walked inside an empty classroom.

"Alright tell me, I don't like seeing you like that...." I said.

"I just feel sad. But mostly restrained? I hate it that I can't be open that we're dating". He said.

"I know but you saw their reaction with you dating. What more are they gonna say if they knew it was me?" I asked him as I cupped his cheeks.

"I mean is it that bad?" He asked as he held my hand.

"I don't know Josh.. I really don't. But let's just try this out and if I can't take it anymore and I'm ready.. I promise to tell you." I said to him honestly.

"Alright then. can I kiss you?" He suddenly asked.

"Dude we are at school." I said to him to remind him.

"So what?" He said as he pecked my lips really quickly.

"Stop that! People might see." I said as I wiped my mouth. He acted offended but He just rolled his eyes and smiled at me this time again.

"Alright I'm recharged. I think I can live another day." He said and I chuckled.

"You know my friend's drama is rubbing off on you." I said to him and he laughed.

"They are pretty influential. Alright I'm gonna go. See you later... " He said and was about to open the door to go out but I held on to his shirt out of instinct.

"Wait... maybe we could kiss a little. If you have time? " I said shyly and he smirked.

"Look who's clingy now." He joked and I glared at him.

"You want it or not?" I said and he chuckled.

"Are you kidding me.. ofcourse." He said as he locked the door and cupped my face before smashing his lips to mine. My hands automatically wrapped around his neck and moved him closer to me.

"Have I ever told you how sweet you taste?" Joshi suddenly said in the middle of the kiss and I smiled.

"Just shut up and continue what you started." I said and he obeyed. He kissed me gently, his hands were on my neck and sucking me into his lips. I kissed him back as much as he liked and I liked it as well. The sound of our kisses echoed in the empty room. I was already running out of breath when I pushed him a little to stop him from devouring me.

"I'm sorry... I couldn't stop." He said in between labored breath.

"I'm gonna stop now before I die of suffocation." I joked and he just chuckled and gave me a little peck for the last time and he went to his class. He was late for sure.

I went back to my friend's table and I saw Woozi.

"Where's my coke???" He asked as soon as I got back.

"Oh I forgot." I said honestly. I mean who would remember getting a coke after gotten kissed like that.
