"Bella, where the hell have you been loca?" Jay said as she saw Jieun making her way towards their table. "Don't use that on me" She glared. "Bet she got railed by Mark," Jake teased,

"You guys know me so well" She mocked. "So how was it?" Jay teased. "It was amazing, OH MY GOD! you guys should see his face!! he's so handsome and hot when he-" "Jesus fucking christ keep it to yourself woman!" Jake laughed and cut her off.

"Where's Seolla?" Jieun asked since it was just the three of them. "She left with Haechan, She came by just now when you were getting railed" Jay teased. "We should leave soon too, we have classes tomorrow" Jake added.

Jieun checked her phone, it was currently 2:07 am. and she has a 8am class on a Monday. FML

"God" She rolled her eyes. "Okay let's go" She said and they all left the club.

"So, how was it?" Jeno wiggled his brows as Mark sat down next to them. "It was okay..." Mark shrugged. "Okay? now you got me curious bro" Jeno laughed and Mark sent a death glare.

"Chill, i know the rules!" Jeno laughed at Mark's reaction

That was a rule among the boys themselves. Which is if one slept with a girl, the others can't sleep with her. It's like a competition, collecting bodies around the campus, and see who has the highest body count.

Obviously, Mark doesn't care about this stupid rule. But for some reason, he just doesn't want the others to know how Jieun is in bed. Man's doesn't like sharing.

"We should go, we have statistics tomorrow" Jaehyun said and stood up and the other two followed along

That night Mark laid in bed recalling what the Jieun had said to him in the restroom.

"it would be fun in the beginning knowing that your partner is similar to you in many ways, but that's that. and one day you'll realise that you both have the same flaws and there's nothing you can do about"

"take this for example. You and your partner are similar in all most possible ways. whatever you know, she does too. and whatever you hate she hates it too. but what happens when there's conflict. if you don't know what to do, she does not too."

"I feel that in a relationship you should constantly learn and understand from each other, instead of just having good times"

Is possible that a girl he just met 5 hours ago, had entirely explained why his relationship with his ex had failed?

When Mark and his ex, Byeol broke up. He thought it would be the end of the world when Byeol had to fly to Canada to pursue her studies. But to his dismay, he actually did fine. Sure he had missed her a few times here and there. But never really cried for more than 3 days.

Byeol and Mark were childhood friends. Whatever he did, she'd tag along. Wherever he went, she'd followed. They attended the same elementary school and started dating at the last years of high school.

She was the exact copy of him. The female version of himself. Maybe that was the problem. They never had fights, they never argue, they never had any conflict because they'd think the same all the time.

Looking back at it, it made Mark realised there was never any spark or moments were he would feel bliss when he was with her. of course, there were good times where they'd had picnics by the lake or when they shared their first kiss.

But nothing really sparked to him that made a change. Maybe Mark had only seen her as a bestfriend and nothing more.

"Park Jieun, you are one heck of a interesting girl" Mark muttered to himself before drifting to sleep.

"How did you do for the quiz?" Seolla asked Jieun as their art history class just ended. "I got 19 out of 20" Jieun yawned. "You're insane how do you even manage to do so well yet go out partying all the time?"

"well, maybe because I actually paid attention in class and I'm not busy texting some guy from business" She teased.

"oh come on~ don't act like you didn't sleep with Mark Lee, the hottie from engineering. You gotta spill Jay told me you slept with him last night" Seolla wiggled her brows. "and what about it?" Jieun gave her a look.

"was he good? is he a good kisser? how big was he?" Seolla flood Jieun with questions. "well, they don't call him the jack of all trades for no reason" Jieun laughed at that statement, and Seolla squealed at her response.

She enjoyed last night, no doubt. But that's it. She's not gonna see him again. Jieun made it a promise to herself that she can never sleep with the same person twice. Because if there's a second time, there might be a third. and eventually, she might get attached. Reminder, Jieun doesn't do relationships.

The two girls met with Jay and Jake who was already at the cafeteria waiting for them.

"So where do y'all wanna go eat?" Jake asked with both his hands in his pocket. "we have no more classes for today" Jay added checking the time. "let's go to the mall" Jieun suggested before adding, "don't really feel like eating in school"

"Actually I kinda have a date today..." Seolla muttered but the 3 definitely heard her clearly.

"a date?" "with who?" "since when?" "do I know this person?" "you sure?"  the three bombarded her with their never-ending questions before finally quieting down to listen to what the youngest had to say.

"I'm going out with Haechan... we're meeting up later at Smith's" She said avoiding eye contact.

"Oh, we're coming with you!" Jay said folding his arms. "He's right, can't trust a businessman alone with a girl" Jake added. "You sure you're okay sweetheart? he didn't force you?" Jieun, the mom asked worriedly.

"Look I know y'all are worried but it's fine!! I may be a year younger than you guys but I can think with my own head too ya know?" Seolla whined.

"yea right, you literally got lost in a mall last week! how do you explain that?" Jake said. "Yea and seriously Lee Haechan out of all people? we all know he has a new fling every week" Jieun added.

Seolla pouted at her friend's comments. "Look, you can go but the three of us are coming along with you, we'll sit at another table okay? Just in case if anything happens" Jay said reassuring her. He patted her head to which Seolla just nodded.

The 4 males were chilling at a cafe before their next class. Jaehyun was working on his stats homework. Jeno was playing on his switch. Haechan was scrolling through his socials.

"You seem awfully quiet today Marker, what's wrong?" Jaehyun asked looking at Mark who had his books wide open but was staring into blank space. "Nothing just having a lot of thoughts" He sighed sitting up.

"bet he's thinking about Park Jieun, she must have given him a hard time last night" Jeno laughed but Mark stayed quiet.

"Well, look on the bright side, you've finally got yourself 1 point added to the bar chart. and FYI your bar chart has been stationary for months now." Haechan laughed. "It's practically a ghost town" Jeno added.

By bar chart, he meant that little body count competition they had going on.

"also I have great news. I, Lee Haechan, will no longer be joining you boys in your mini-competition, I will be graduating from the system" He grinned brightly like the sun.

"oh shit he's talking alien to us" Jeno laughed to which Jaehyun added, "speak in english, hyuck"

He tsked and rolled his eyes before adding, "what I meant was... me and Seolla are official now" He smiled shocking all the boys with his news. "Woah! Are you sure? since when?" Mark asked finally tuning in to their conversation.

"Since last night, I asked her out. In fact, our first date is today" The boy smiled thinking of the girl.

"I give you a week before you're done with her" Jaehyun laughed. "Hey don't jinx it! Seolla's different okay, she's so cute!" He smiled.

"KYAHHH MY GIRL IS SO CUTE" Haechan squealed all of a sudden as he looked at his phone. "Look at her! She's so smol and soft!" Haechan showed the boys an Instagram post that Seolla had just uploaded.

"dude you can't even see her face!" Jeno said as he took a look at the photo. "oh boy, you're down bad!" Jaehyun laughed along.

Out of curiosity Mark took a look at the post and saw Jieun's ig name. He immediately fished out his phone to search her up.

wow, she really does have 20k followers. Mark thought to himself as he continue to scroll down her feed. There were selfies, group photos, mirror selfies and being the art student she is she posted some of her artwork too. Even though the girl herself was art.

Mark couldn't help but notice how most of the comments under her post were men thirsting for her beauty. There were comments like 'hey beautiful check your dm with a winky face', 'are you single?' and 'wish you were beside me right now!'

These dudes are definitely disgusting and weird. Mark could only pray that Jieun had never and will never encounter these types of men in real life. 

Being too engrossed by her beauty he hasn't even noticed that a group of 4 had entered the same cafe with them.

"speaking of the devil, look who's here!" Jeno smiled as his eyes landed on Seolla, Jieun, Jay and Jake, who had just stepped into the cafe.

"Seollaaa!! over here!!" Haechan stood up and wave proudly catching her attention.

Mark looked up and saw Jieun. They immediately made eye contact. To which Jieun only rolled her eyes. She didn't plan on meeting him again, even though knowing very well that they were from the same campus.

"that bitch" Mark muttered under his breath as he saw Jieun's reaction to him.

The 4 eventually made their way towards the boys who were sitting down at a table near the window. "Hi cutie!" Haechan greeted Seolla and the girl gave him a kiss on the cheek.

"bye guys, we'll come back soon okay?" Seolla said before hooking her arms with Haechan. "but I thought we were supposed to tag along?" Jieun said. "Oh come on, you should make some new friends out of your circle!" Seolla teased. "toodles!" The couple said before leaving the cafe.

Now it was just the 6 of them.

"since we pretty much know each other already, I don't think there's a need for introductions then" Jeno said eyes still on his switch.

Jake glanced over at Jeno's switch before gasping, "NO WAY, dude is that Fatal Frame?" Jake rushed over to Jeno's side looking at him play. "Yep!" Jeno smiled, his classic eye smile showing. "didn't it just came out like a few days ago? how did you even get it so quick?" Jake said mesmerized by the gameplay. "I have my ways" He laughed.

"so, jay. I heard you're trying to get with Stella from economics huh?" Jaehyun smirked. Jay laughed at his comments, "I could give you a tip or two" the dimpled boy said before diving into a conversation with Jay.

Ugh Boys will be boys. Jieun thought to herself

"Hey" Mark looked over to Jieun. "Hey" She replied not looking at him. "Didn't think we would meet again? you miss me already?" He smirked. "You wish" Jieun faked a smile and Mark rolled his eyes.

With that Jieun took out her phone and scrolled through her socials. Mark was left alone. Jay and Jaehyun were busy talking about girls, Jake and Jeno were talking about games and Mark was alone. He sighed before speaking up,

"You know, you should make some friends out of your circle too, you can't constantly stick with the same people" Mark said which immediately gain Jieun's attention.

"and why should I listen to you? you can't tell me what to do" She said before glueing her eyes to her phone again.

She really can be a 6-year-old sometimes. Mark sighed at her behaviour. Suddenly then he had an amazing idea.

Mark took this chance and snatched her phone away. "HEY! give it back!" Jieun tried to grab her phone but she was nothing compared to Mark and his insane agility. After all, he was spiderman. In one swift motion, he threw her phone in his bag before zipping it up.

"are you serious?" Jieun raised a brow. no answer, "can I at least know why you did that?" no answer, "god, you're fucking amazing" She folded her arms, "Thank you" Mark smirked.

"Come on let's go," Mark stood up grabbing her wrist, pulling her up from her seat. "What are you up to Marker?" She squinted her eyes and gave him a sus look. She turned her head to the other guys but they were too busy and not even paying any attention to the two of them.

"we're going to have lunch together" Mark said and held her hand before stepping out of the cafe together.

Too lazy to fight back, Jieun just gave in.
