First Kiss Of Many

November 222:24 p.m.

———Ever since yesterday, Sakura hadn't said a single word to Sasuke. Usually during their silences, Sakura would at least say a few things to him but she was silent. Sasuke never minded silences but this bothered him a lot. And not only was she quiet, she also wouldn't look at him. The longer this went on, the more frustrated he got.

Sakura felt bad for not saying anything to Sasuke but she didn't want Sasuke to notice her arousal. As they walked, she stared at him, only looking away when he'd look at her, and wondered if Sasuke has ever gotten horny before. It was hard to tell what he was feeling just by looking at him so maybe he had been before and she just couldn't tell. But at the same time, Sakura felt as though he couldn't get horny at all.

Suddenly, Sasuke stopped and turned to Sakura, looking her in the eyes. This caused her to freeze for once. "Did I do something wrong?" Sasuke asked nervously. He felt a lump form in his throat as he confronted her; he felt weird asking her this. "Was our date bad..?"

"Oh...no. No that's not it..." Sakura said. She felt herself blushing but found it hard to look away from Sasuke. Something about his face made her feel giddy and his voice was hypnotizing. For some reason, she started to feel as if something was pulling her towards him. She was so distracted by how he made her feel that she forgot to finish her sentence.

Sasuke could tell that something was on her mind. Normally Sasuke could tell what he was thinking but for once, he couldn't read the look in her eyes. Sakura wasn't very shy so he expected her to tell him what she was thinking but she didn't. They stared at each other for a few seconds before Sasuke realized that she wasn't going to speak. "Sakura..?" he said as he lightly brushed his fingers against her hand.

Due to this, Sakura snapped back to reality and realized that she supposed to be talking to Sasuke...but she had forgotten what she originally wanted to say. But she didn't really care about what she was saying anymore; her mind was on other things now. Sakura stepped closer to Sasuke and took a deep breath in and out, trying to get rid of the butterflies in her stomach. "Can I kiss you?" she asked without hesitation.

Shocked by the question, Sasuke's eyes widened and he began to blush. Of all the things he thought she'd say, he wasn't expecting that. He's been wanting to kiss Sakura for a while but he didn't know how to answer her. Sasuke's mind went blank as his mouth began to water just from thinking about kissing her lips. Sasuke nodded slowly and hoped that Sakura took that as a sign to make the first move.

Sakura smiled and brought her hands to his shoulders, pulling him down closer to her level. "Stop me if you don't like it." she said before leaning in and placing her lips onto his.

This was the first time either of them had kissed anyone but Sasuke wouldn't have guessed that based on how confidently and passionately Sakura kissed him. He barely moved as he wasn't sure what to do whereas Sakura firmly pushed her lips against his. She seemed way more eager to do this than he was was. Sasuke, wanting to let Sakura know that he was enjoying their kiss, shyly grabbed her waist and pulled her in a bit closer.

After all these years, Sakura finally got to kiss Sasuke. The amount excitement, happiness, and sense of accomplishment that built up in her was overwhelming; Sakura felt like she was floating. But then, Sakura felt a warmth between her legs. The longer they kissed, the more wet she became. She felt her heart beating faster and she began to wonder — yet again — if Sasuke could get horny.

Soon enough, Sasuke's pants began to feel tighter and his breathing became heavier. The second he noticed this, he backed away from the kiss and gently pushed Sakura off of him. He saw the disappointed look on her face so he looked to the side, feeling guilty for causing that.

"What? You didn't like it?" Sakura giggled nervously. She was kind of upset that he pulled away from her just when she really started to enjoy it.

"I think I liked it too much..." he sighed. Dirty thoughts started to fill his mind. He felt embarrassed for feeling this way but he couldn't help it.

Sakura's disappointment look turned into a look of excitement when she heard this. She was relieved that she didn't mess up their very first kiss. "Oh good! I really liked it too." she said with a bright smile on her face. "Do you think I can...kiss you again..?" she asked shyly.

Sasuke looked at her and saw how happy she looked. He loved seeing her happy. Sakura's smile was priceless...and contagious. Sasuke smirked before raising two fingers and poking Sakura's head, "Not today, Sakura~" he said before walking away.

That was the first time Sasuke had ever really teased Sakura before. She was a bit sad that he wouldn't let her kiss him again but she found it cute the way he rejected her. She happily followed behind Sasuke as they continued their journey back to Konoha.

For the next few weeks, Sasuke and Sakura traveled back to the village in a more comfortable and relaxed manner than when they left it. Ever since their kiss, Sasuke smiled a little more than usual. He was still a bit shy and struggled to tell Sakura what was on his mind but he got a bit better at maintaining eye contact with her...except for the many times he got a boner from her. Whenever that happened, he tried to keep his distance from her — which wasn't very far — so that he could keep his composure.

Sakura was a lot excitable and confident. She's in a relationship with the man of her dreams and she's even gotten to kiss him...a couple of times after their first kiss, in fact. Sakura practically had to beg Sasuke to kiss her every time. But the more they kissed, the less she had to beg and the better he got at kissing.

Despite the sexual tension the two were experiencing, they haven't done anything more than kiss and cuddle. But as much as they wanted to relieve this tension, they didn't want to overstep each other's boundaries. Unfortunately, neither Sasuke nor Sakura realized that they mutually felt this way...

"So how long are we staying in the village and do you know what we'll do when we leave?" Sakura asked as they entered Konoha.

"We're going to leave tomorrow morning; we're just here to give Kakashi his information." Sasuke said, "I'm not sure what we'll do when we leave though."

"Oh alright then." she said. As they walked to the Hokage's office, an idea started to form in Sakura's head. Given that they're staying the night in the village, maybe Sakura can convince Sasuke to sleep in a bed with her......

Once they got to the Hokage's office, they greeted Kakashi and handed him the scroll of information that they'd gathered.

Kakashi looked over the scroll before handing it to Shikamaru. "This is more than what I needed. You guys did good." Kakashi said.

"Thank you, Kakashi-Sensei. We're happy to help." Sakura smiled warmly.

Sasuke didn't respond. He seemed to be in his own world, staring out the window, knowing that Sakura would do all of the socializing for him.

Kakashi smiled before going back to writing things down on some papers, "Well I hope you enjoy your stay at the village before you go. I'll let you know if I have anything else for you two."

"Ok. We'll see you later, Kakashi-Sensei." Sakura said as she and Sasuke left the room.

In the hallway outside of Kakashi's office, Sasuke stopped Sakura. She turned around and looked at him curiously. "I know since we're back in the village, you probably want to see Naruto and everyone..." he said.

"Well yea. Of course I do!" Sakura said, "Do you not want to or something?"

"It's not that I don't want to...but if we do, that would probably cause problems." he sighed. "Naruto would probably try to get us to stay if he knew we were here. Ino and Hinata would probably try to make you stay too." Sasuke didn't want to upset Sakura but he didn't want to have to deal with other people...especially not Naruto.

Sakura's expression saddened slightly. She was worried that he'd say that. But before she got too sad, Sakura realized that this meant that she could spend all day in her apartment with Sasuke. This made her excited and she grinned. "That's fine. Would you like to head to my place?" she asked happily.

At first, he was confused why she started grinning but then he realized why when he heard her question. Sasuke smiled and scoffed. "Sure." he said.

As soon as he said that, Sakura started walking and Sasuke followed closely behind her. She was clearly very eager to get there....

After they got to her apartment and settled in, the two sat on the couch in her living room. Sakura wouldn't stop smiling at Sasuke and he wondered why. He raised an eyebrow at her to see if she'd say anything.

"Soooo...do you think you're ready to tell me why you want to be with me?" Sakura asked curiously.

Sasuke felt his heart sink and he looked away from Sakura. "Not yet..." he said. It was true that he wasn't ready but he mostly didn't want to tell her because he wanted to save it for a more special occasion.

"Damn...ok then." Sakura said, slightly disappointed. She knew it wasn't likely that he'd tell her but his answer was still disappointing nonetheless. She stared at him for a moment before her eyes drifted towards the back of his neck. Then she remembered when he'd gotten a curse during the Chunin exams...when he'd broken that guys arms. That's when a new question came to mind. "Hey, Sasuke-Kun? Do you remember when you woke up after getting that curse mark?"

"Yea. Why do you ask?" he said as he turned to her. Sasuke wasn't expecting her to bring up something like this.

"When you broke that guys arms...did you do it to protect me?" she asked shyly. She felt dumb and selfish for asking but she wanted to know. "When you woke up, you asked me to tell you who hurt me...so I always assumed that you did that to him for me. But I'd like you to tell me yourself."

Sasuke at her for a moment and sighed. He continued to look in her direction but averted his eyes. "You were hurt bad. That pissed me off. I wanted to make him pay for what he did to you. I went too far...I'm sorry." he said before turning his head away from Sakura.

So he did do it for Sakura. She was happy that her assumption was correct. But since he really did do that for her, does that mean he cared about her when they were kids? Or was it just for that moment? She wouldn't know the answer to this unless she asked him. But she didn't want to push Sasuke and ask him too many uncomfortable questions about his feelings so she decided to save it for another day. "You have nothing to be sorry about. I'm glad you wanted to protect me." Sakura said sweetly as she wrapped her arms around his neck, hugging him from the side, and giving him a quick kiss on the cheek.

"I still do...and always will protect you Sakura. No matter what..." Sasuke said as a soft smile appeared on his face. He turned to Sakura, who was still holding him and stared into her eyes.

After a while of staring, Sakura backed away and leaned against Sasuke's side. She found it very comfortable to do this and Sasuke seemed to enjoy it too.———
