There is a strained noise in the back of Sunghoon's throat as he glances down my body. He moves closer, turning his body to block anyone that might be passing by the booth. That way it might look like we are deep in conversation.

Sunghoon's hand lands on my bare leg as he brings his eyes back up to mine, not blinking as it slides up my leg. I part my legs for him, my breathing getting more shallow the closer it gets.

But right as his thumb is about to graze me, he stops. I look to see him smirking and he laughs a little.

"Would you really let me finger you in a restaurant full of people?" He whispers.

Normally I would say no, but I think I made it obvious that I would. He gives my thigh a squeeze before removing his hand and turning back toward the table. Evil. He is truly evil.

Sunghoon keeps his hands to himself for the rest of the meal. And the entire drive back to his place. Where he puts me to bed in his room and goes to sleep on the couch.

I go out about an hour after I lay down, to see if he is serious. He is sound asleep on the couch, part of his legs thrown over, because he's too tall. I sigh and go back to bed.

The next morning I wake up to the sounds of crackling and the smell of eggs and rice. I quickly get dressed and go out into the kitchen to see Sunghoon is making breakfast.

I know I shouldn't be annoyed that I lost the game that neither would admit we were playing last night, but I am. And where seeing him making breakfast is sweet, it doesn't trump the annoyance of losing.

"Good morning." He smiles when he sees me, holding up his spatula. "Breakfast will be ready soon."

"I'm actually going to head out."

"Head out?" He looks confused. "Why? Eat first and I will take you where you need to go."

"It's fine. I already texted Sunoo. He's on his way." I hold up my phone, walking toward the door. "I will see you later."

"Peaches," Sunghoon rushes toward me, grabbing my arm with the hand that isn't holding the spatula. "What's wrong?"

You didn't let me win. I think, but that sounds bratty. It is bratty. I am being ridiculous and I know it.

"Nothing." I say instead, pulling against his hold. "I will talk to you later. Go back to the kitchen before you burn your apartment down."

"Y/n." He pulls me closer. "Talk to me. I thought we had a good time last night. Did I do something wrong?"

"I said there is nothing wrong." I snap, pulling free of his grasp. "Can you be less smothering? I'll call you later."

He lets me go this time and I go over to put on my shoes. I feel the guilt already gnawing at my stomach. He didn't deserve to be snapped at like that. Will he go running to Youngji now because I was mean?

"Peaches," Sunghoon says again as I stand up straight from putting on my shoes. I look up at him as he comes to stand in front of me. He leans down and kisses me softly. "I am sorry if I did something to upset you. I will call you later."

Sunoo and I go to Sohyun's. I don't tell either of them what I did this morning. Mainly because it is completely my fault. Sunghoon was really nice and sweet yesterday, a perfect gentleman. And I was the one trying to get into his pants. Then I got mad because I didn't get into his pants and stormed out.

I have to check to make sure I didn't grow a dick overnight, because I am acting like a fuck boy that didn't get laid.

And even knowing this, I don't call to apologize. I know I should. Sunghoon is probably wondering what is wrong with me, but I can't make myself admit I was in the wrong. I want him to call. When did I become this girl?

I get the notification that he is going live later that night. I decided to stay at Sohyun's, hating the thought of going back to my dorm. I will catch a ride with her to campus in the morning.

He had posted one of his videos to the mini series earlier, but I had forgotten tonight was a night he went live.

Out of curiosity, I open it. Will Youngji make a surprise appearance again? Would it make me feel justified if she did? To prove at the first sign of trouble that he went running to her.

But he is in his bedroom. He begins talking about normal things, what's coming up on his channel, checking to see how his fans are liking his mini-series.

"What was that?" Sunghoon asks, leaning closer to the screen to go back to the comment. "Oh, the bag?"

He turns around, getting up from his chair and walks over to the bed and picks up the blue shopping bag. He pulls out a very pretty pink dress and a tiny jewelry box and shows them to the camera.

"A wedding ring?" He laughs as he gets back. "No, no. It's a necklace."

He goes back to reading comments. I see them, too. All of them about about Youngji.

"No, guys, no." He shakes his head. "These are for my girlfriend, not Youngji. We were never together. I am very much in love with one girl right now and it isn't Youngji."

He smiles and turns his head as he reads the comments. Some are hateful, but the majority of them are supportive, urging him to tell them about me.

"She is truly amazing. I have never known anyone like her." He continues. "I am not giving you her name. I don't know if she feels comfortable. And she is kind of upset with me right now, so I don't need to do anything to make it worse." He nods as he reads more.

He quickly changes the topic, steering the conversation away from his relationship. Even though a lot of the comments still asked questions, he ignored them.

After the live I feel ever worse. Sunghoon had just admitted to the world that he loved me, knowing it could be harmful to his popularity. And here I am, sitting here, still not calling him.

"Y/n." Sohyun knocks on the door to the guest bedroom that I am in. Usually I sleep in her room, but I didn't want her to know I was watching his live.

"Come in." I call and she opens the door. She crosses her arms and leans against the door frame.

"What the fuck are you doing?" She asks, motioning to me in bed. "After that live? Get up. I am taking you over there."
