Changes

I'm more angry then i am sad. I'm angry that my life revolved around a person who just left me in the dust. I'm angry because she fucking fooled me. If she loved me she wouldn't of left me.

" Michael , time to work out." Angel said through the door.

I got up off the couch and changed into some work out clothes. I walked down to the work out room. I ran on the treadmill for a while then started lifting weights.

" You wanna talk about it?" Angel asked.

" Nope." I replied.

" It'll make you feel better." She said.

" No it won't. " I replied.

" She's not the only girl in the world Michael." She said.

" She was mine though. I gave her my damn heart and she rips it into shreds. I'm never falling in love. Fuck women. "I said.

" Michael that's no way to speak. What if your mother heard you?" She asked.

I just shrugged.

" Michael, she's just a girl." She said.

" No she's not. I loved her and I thought she loved me. I don't want to talk about this anymore. Fuck her." I said. Angel didn't bring it up the rest of the day.

It's been a month since Dre left me. My mom is coming to visit me today! Finally some company.

" Michael!" I heard my mother shout as she knocked.

I let her in, she greeted me with a hug. " I brought someone . " she smiled

"Who?" I asked confused.

And in came Wesley. Man it was so good to see someone else! We grabbed each other's hands, giving a brotherly hug.

" Man, how are you? Youre looking good!" Wesley greeted

"I'm alright, thanks." I smiled.

" And i brought something you boys can do!" My mother smiled.

She pulled my PS4 put of her purse and couple new games.

"Mom, did they let you bring that in here?"I laughed. " Yeah. They said you deserved a break so here are some video games. There not violent ones though. One of them is actually a SpongeBob game." She laughed.

Wesley and i hooked up the PS4 to the TV and played SpongeBob. " Talk to me, man." Wesley said.

" I don't wanna talk about it. I just wanna get over it. " i replied.

" I tried talking her out of it.....but she had her self convinced it was what was best." He said.

"What did you say to her." I asked.

"I told her if she left, that I couldn't be friends with her." He said. I pause the game giving him a crazy look.

" Look man, you need someone. You got your mom but you need a brother. I'm not leaving you in the dust. " He said.

I smiled, "when i get out here, we're gonna do something big. "I said.

" Like what?" He laughed. " i wanna open my own recording studio." I said.

" Let's do it. But I wanna act man, this college has opened my eyes to some many new things." He said.

" You help me open a studio, I'll help you with acting?" I asked.

"Deal." He laughed.

" and no more fucking relationships." I said.

"Damn straight. " He agreed.

"Michael Joseph if i hear one more curse word escape your mouth imma put some soap in that mouth!" My mother said.

" Sorry mom."I giggled.

" What happened to you and Ally anyway." I asked.

" she found 'someone' else." He scoffed.

" Ain't that some shiiiii- poop." I said as i saw my mother scowling me.

DRE'S POV * * * * *

It's been a month since I left Michael. My classes start next month. I'm so nervous to start my future, without Michael.

I cried for day after I broke up with him. I know he hates me, i know Wesley hates me. But I'm going to start this new life, new friends. I'm so alone, I'm in this apartment all by myself. Maybe I should get a cat or something?

TWO YEAR LATER!!!!

"Danny stop!" I giggled as he grabbed my sides tickling me.

Danny is my boyfriend. I met him at the University. He has these beautiful green eyes, and light creamy African skin. He also has a killer smile, a smile that'd make anyone fall in love, kind of like Michae- nope stop! Don't compare him to Michael. It's been two years!

I don't know why he still floats into my mind. We've both moved on. I haven't heard from him or Wesley since I've left.

Ally calls me sometimes and so does Anna.

" Ally when are you going to tell him?" I asked her over the phone.

"Dre can I come down there and stay with you?" She cried.

" sure, but why? What's wrong?"i asked.

" Awh sweetie of course, you can stay with me as long as you want. You can even live with me."I offered.

" Are you serious ?" she cried

"Of course, im really lonely here anyway." I said.

" Your welcome. Call me when you come this way." I said.

" I'm leaving now" she said.

" What?" I asked.

" I'm on my way." She said sniffling. " I want out of here!" She cried.

" Okay call me whenever you enter Florida then." I said smiling.

"Bye." I said hanging up.

I squealed out of happiness! " Babe what is it?" Danny asked.

"My friend is moving in with me!" I said excited.

" Baby I thought we were gonna move in together?" He said disappointed.

" Babe she needs me. She's pregnant and alone." I said.

" Why are you such a good person?" He giggled pulling me into his lap.

"Mike get yo ass up! Your gonna be late for class!"Wesley hollered. I groaned, turning feeling arms around me.

"Mikey, don't go." The chick said. I rolled my eyes. " Oh but I have to. Get dressed. Your not staying here."I said moving her off of me.

" But mikey..."

"Look i don't even know your name." I said putting my boxers on.

I drove to campus, i walked to my first class. Music History.

DRE'S POV* * * *

It's been a year since Ally has came to Florida. She gave birth to a beautiful baby boy, Cameron.

He's 4 months old and so adorable.

Danny and i are still together but are having a rough time.

" Baby! Open up, it's me!"i smiled knocking on his door.

He opens it up , "Dre what the fuck are you doing here at 8am? " he said angry.

This is how things have been lately between us. He's been so angry!

" i was but after this morning, obviously you don't want to see me. " i replied.

" Dont be dramatic. Just come over." He said. " No of you wanna see me, you can come to my house." I said with An attitude.

" Are you fucking kidding me?" He said. I just hung up, i was done with his attitude.

I sat on the couch relaxing, watching TV. 30 minutes later I heard hard knocking on my door.

" Hold on, jesus! " i said Getting up.

I open the door to find an angry Danny. He shoves his way in. " Danny! What is your problem?" I shouted.

He shut the door, then grabbed me by the neck slamming me against it.

" Your my fucking problem." He said threw angry clenched teeth.

" Stop! Your hurting me!" I shouted trying to get out of his grip.

" I'm tired of your damn attitude!" He shouted squeezing my throat. Tears stung my eyes as it became harder to breath.

" Let go!i-i can't b-Breath!" I cried.

I took a the biggest breath I could to gain some strength. I raised my fist, slamming it into his face. He let go of my throat holding his face. Not to long after, his fist came flying at my head, knocking me out.

" Dre, wake up." I heard Allys voice call out.

I groaned feeling sore.

" How are you feeling?" She asked.

" Sore." I replied.

" What happened?" She asked. I raised up a bit to see i was in the hospital.

I rubbed my head feeling a lump then it all came back. Tears swelled up in my eyes as I remember him choking me.

" Danny hit me." I cried. Ally gasped.

" Are you serious?" She asked.

" He started to choke me then I punched him then he hit me and I was out." I cried.

I pressed charges against Danny for his abuse. No way in hell was i gonna let him slid. I'm not that women. I know Michael laid his hands on me but that was different, right?

" When are you going to stop mopping around?" Ally asked.

" Ally, stop." I said laying on the couch.

" No, I'm not. Get your ass up. We're going out!" She said ripping the blankets off of me.

" No."i said pouting.

" get your ass up. Now!" She said with a serious expression

" fine." I grumbled.

" I'm going to take Cameron to the babysitters house and when I get back you better be ready." She said.

I got up off the couch and got in the shower. I didn't put any make up on and i didnt do anything to my hair.

" Are you ready? " she asked coming into the door looking down at her phone then looked up.

" you look like hell." She said with disgust.

" Thanks...."

"Well were hitting the salon first anyways. You need some work." She said dragging me out the door.

" So what are you gonna get done to your hair?" She asked.

" i don't know. I wasn't really on planning getting my hair done."

"Well were going to. You need a change." She said.

" I guess. " I replied.

" Why can't relationships work out for me." I asked

" Dre, i think you just need to leave the men alone. Focus on you. Maybe have a one night stand every once in a while but focus on you." She smiled.

" Really, one night stands?" I laughed. She nodded giggling.

" Okay were here." She smiled. We got out of the car and went into the salon.

They seated us, "what do you want done honey?" A guy asked.

I stared at my self in the mirror for a few seconds. I really need something different. " I want it cut to here." I said pointing to my shoulder.

" Dre are you serious?" Ally said surprised.

" I need a change. Oh and what do you think about an ombre. Like really dark brown to a blonde?" I asked the guy.

" Honey you just read my mind." He said.

My hair reached to the middle of my back, I've always had long hair. God I hope I don't regret cutting it.

After 3 hours, i finally get to see me hair and makeup. He turned me around to the mirror & there was a new me.

" Wooow." I said touching my hair.

" Its goregous! " Ally exclaimed.

" I know! I love it!" I smiled.

We paid our hair dressers then went shopping.

" Girl, your turning heads!"Ally laughed.

" We both are! We look hot! " i smiled.

We went shopping, then went back to my house to get ready. Ally convinced me to go to the club. ...

I wore a tight black dress and Ally wore a tight red dress.

" We look amazing! " she exclaimed.

We went to the club, the music was bombing and we were dancing. I had a few drink and was dancing with this hot guy named Zac (Zac Efron). We sat down and talked.

" So why are you single? " he smiled.

I just lauded, " im being serious. Your beautiful. I don't get why your single. " He smiled.

" I don't have the best taste in men apparently. " I giggled.

" Oh really?" He asked.

" Well my very 1st boyfriend he cheated on me, my 2nd boyfriend who I was madly in love with was a drug addict and my last boyfriend started hitting me " i said.

" Dre!" Ally said.

" What?"I asked.

"We have to get going, i have to get Cameron. "

"I wanna stay." I said.

" I'll take you home. "Zac offered.

" Okay." I smiled.

" Are you sure Dre? " Ally asked.

I nodded.

The night went on and Zac and i had a great time!

" So this is your apartment complex? " he asked.
