Chapter 29

DANIELLES P.O.V

So basically the rest of the week was filled with robbing shops and banks. And me and Jonathon spending time together. But today is Monday and I have to go back to work. Yes, I am now a criminal but I still need to earn a living.

I slide out of Jonathons arm even though I would like to sleep in them longer. Tiredly, I get out some clothes and change in the bathroom. I settle for a peterpan collar shirt and black jeans and a oversized cardigan. After brushing my teeth and hair I was about to open the door when I heard Jonathon waking up. "Dani?" He said confused. "Im just going to work. I'll be back at five" he quickly got out the bed. "Please dont go" he said snuggling into my neck. "Sorry Jonathon. Valerie has been far too kind last week. I need to go" I quickly pecked him on his nose and walked out.

At the Coffee Shop

"Danielle?" Said Valerie, recognising me. "Hey Val" I hooked my bag and coat up and took out my book and pen. "You look much better"she said. I smiled."Thanks. So lets get started!"

After work

I got a call from Jonathon. "Baaaaaaaaaabe!!! Its half Five!!! He moaned like child."I knoooooow. I had to pick up some stuff from the supermarket" I imitated him. "Were going to a ball tonight. Its held by one of Jokers Clowns. I have bought you a dress!" 

"What kind of dress?"

" You'll see. Just come home" After shutting the phone off I drove home quick, excited to see the dress.
