12:45 am

Once I told my mom about the new plans she was ready to head over here. Luckily we were able to get a red eye flight from Boston to New York in time and for cheap.

Even though Boston is about two hours away driving I didn't want her driving anywhere and I wanted her here as soon as possible. I told her that I won't be meeting her until she gets later on because I have to go back to my house and make sure everything was okay and safe for the both of us to be in. Bill's going to accompany me so I feel good about that. Michael had made a disguise so that nobody would notice him at the airport when he got my mom.

"Are you ready?" I yell from the living room. Bill and I have been waiting for Michael for almost an hour, he wanted to make sure that he was undetectable to the public eye.

"Yes! I'm just trying to put on my mustache!" After about five minutes Michael finally emerged from the bedroom. He tucked his hair into a Oakland Raiders snapback, instead of his usual black slacks and button up shirt he donned a pair of Levi Strauss 501 jeans, an extra large black t-shirt, and a gray sweatshirt hoodie. He traded his signature loafers for a pair of Air Jordan III, and of course his trademark ray bans. Needless to say, it wasn't the Michael we all know.

"Not bad, Jackson, not bad at all." I clap. "The mustache is a little weird but hey, whatever floats ya boat."

"This mustache makes me look awesome. I might actually grow one out." He scoffs, playing with the fake hair on his face.

I roll my eyes and walk out the door. "Lets go!" We get inside the car that was parked in the back and started driving towards my house.

"Okay Michael, here's what you have to do when you get to the airport. My mom might not recognize you so we're gunna have those signs that have her name on it so that it's easier for her to find you." I pause and think of some pointers to give him so my mother and him will get along.

"When she comes up to you, she will be hard to grow accustomed to, if you think I'm bad, mami's worse trust me. She's quick to go off on people who even thinks about looking at her the wrong way. Us Boston chicks don't play so that's something to look out for. She's a fast talker in both English and Spanish so I hope you know fluent Spanish because she speaks both at the same time. She can't go a full sentence without speaking a Spanish word or two. Oh, and she curses more than me so don't correct her about her cussing, because you will be in a coma, and there's nothing I can do about that. Other than that, you'll be fine !" I finish with a smile, and when I look at Michael he looks like he's scared shitless.

"You good?"

Michael swallows hard, "Yep." He squeaks.

I laugh at his nervousness and look out the window to see if we're close to my house. "Bill after this light make a left and then drive all the way to the gate." Bill nods and I lean back, starting to feel nervous about coming back home. When I left people were literally camping outside, ready to bombard me with questions, or things. Now that these new accusations came out and they're worse than before, God knows what they could've done to my house.

"Hey, you okay?" Michael asks, breaking into my thoughts.

"Hm? Yeah I'm fine. Just nervous. I'm praying that nobody fucked up my house."

"Rosie you live in Westchester, in a super protective gated community on top of that. I know for a fact that nobody went anywhere near your house. Plus by the looks of it,-" Michael points to the front of the gates, where there's police officers surrounding the front, "I doubt anyone would try to get in there with the po-po out here."

I chuckle, "Po-po? really? You must be fun at parties." I roll down the windows as we pull into the gates and look at the police officer.

"Name?"

I clear my throat, making sure Michael doesn't hear my voice over the radio, and hand him my drivers license. "Rosalinda De La Fuente."

The cop looks over the list, and then at my license, then back at me. "Are these your visitors?"

"Yes, my driver Bill, and my brother,-" I pause to think of a good name for Michael. "Chico De La Fuente." I feel Michael's eyes burning into my back, obviously wondering why I said he's my brother named Chico.

"Mhm, okay, here are these visitor passes so there will be no problems for them getting in. Are you leaving anytime soon?"

"Yes, my brother is leaving as soon as I get dropped off to get my mother. She's visiting from Boston."

The cop smiles and gives me another pass. "Alright well you have a goodnight Miss. De La Fuente. Oh before you go," he motions for me to come closer to the window, "Love all your albums. I'm a big fan."

I smile. "Thank you, that means so much to me. Honestly."

"My Pleasure." The officer then motions for the gates to open and we drive inside the quiet complex.

"Make a right here, then pull into the first second house on the left."

When we finally get to my house, Bill and his partner get out the car to check and see if its safe to come in. While we wait, Michael turns to me, and gives me a dumbfounded look.

"Chico?!  Out of every Spanish name in the world you think of Chico ?!"

I laugh at how he's offended over his new name for the time being. "Well, by the way you're dressed you do look like a Chico. Plus that mustache really just seals the deal for me. Ay chill out cabron, I had to say that. Did you want me to say that I'm with the King of Pop? Hah no.

Michael rolls his eyes, and gets out of the car. "Wow, you got a nice ass house. But why do you have palm trees planted here? This isn't L.A."

I scoff, "Because I can do that. Hey is it alright to go in?" I yell to Bill.

Bill nods. "Yep everything's all clear!"

"Come on Chico." I chuckle, earning a groan from Michael as we walk inside my home. As soon as I walked in I felt complete again. I missed this house so much. I worked so hard to have this place. The only sucky thing was that I had no staff. I only have Charles but he's visiting his family back in Miami.

I walk around the large staircase and see that everything in my living room was spotless. Everything was cleaned before my staff left me. That sort of made me feel somewhat at ease until I remember about my safe. I quickly bolted upstairs and into my room, the lights automatically turning on I go into my walk in closet and by the grace of god my safe was still there.

Thank you Jesus. I mouth to the ceiling and punch in my code. I let out another sigh of relief when all of my belongings are in it. I close the safe and put it back in its little hiding place and walk back downstairs.

"Well everything seems to be good here. No signs of damage and nothing that seemed out of order." Bill says, walking back from the kitchen. "Johns gunna go with Michael, and I'll be here with you." He looks down at his watch to see the time. "You guys should head out now her plane should be arriving in thirty minutes."

John, the other bodyguard nods his head and walks out the door, and Bill goes walking around my house, to give Michael and I some privacy.

"Remember what I told you Michael, and if you can, lose the soft voice."

Michael stares at me bug eyed. "The soft voice?"

"Yes the soft voice." I mock in his tone. "Everyone knows what you sound like and if you speak then it's going to ruin everything. I know there's a man voice down there somewhere so spit it out."

"Woman I've always had a man voice, don't try me." He says in a deep voice, catching me- and my panties- off guard.

I regain my composure and scoot him out the door. "Okay, that's lovely now go get my mother! And don't forget about what I said! She will put you in a coma I'm not joking!"

"Alright alright! I'll see you soon!" Michael says, opening the car door.

"Bye Chico!" I laugh, now he knows how it feels to be called a name you hate. Like Rosie.

"Bye.... Rosalinda." He winks and gets in the car. Before I could say anything he was already gone, and I roll my eyes as I go inside the house. Now he's gunna call me by my government name. Shit.

I got upstairs and took a cold shower, because boy that voice of his did things to me and I can't have any sexual thoughts going through my mind, especially if my mother is coming.

*Michael*

I'm almost ten minutes away from the airport and for some reason I start to get nervous. If her mom is worse then Rose I don't know if I'll make it back alive. I'll just keep my mouth shut and say hello. That's it.

We finally arrive to the pick up terminal and I walk inside with my little card board paper that Rose drew out for her mom.

Dalma De La Fuente.

Rose told me that she's not hard to spot out and you can see or hear her from a mile away, and she wasn't wrong because I hear a woman screaming at someone in Spanish at a crew member to my right.

"Listen you pinche idiota, if you try to look at my stuff again I swear on my mother I will hunt you down and cut your dick off!"

"But ma'am its protocol to look at the passengers bags! To make sure you don't have anything bad in there!"

"Does it look like I have anything bad in this bag?! Hijo de puta stop grabbing my things!"

I hear a slap, followed by a scream, when the crowd parts I see the crew member on the floor, holding onto his balls, crying in pain.

"Es por eso tu eres más feo que el culo de un mono!" She grumbles and stops when she sees the sign in my hands. "Ay that's me, where's my daughter at?" She says, looking around me for Rose. She's literally Roses twin, except shorter, and her Bostonian accent is more prominent than Rose.

"Hello?" She snaps her fingers in my face. "Are you deaf or are you stupid I know you see me talking to you. Where's my daughter?"

"Oh um," I lower my voice, "she's at her house, cleaning up and making sure everything's okay for you. I'm her friend, Mich- I mean Chico." I stick my hand out for her to shake. She returns the handshake and I escort her towards the car.

"Oh uh uhhhh she got me a driver? See back in the day we had to take buses and taxis everywhere. Yo can we go to McDonald's real quick? That airplane food was fucking terrible I mean vamos, cacahuetes ? I can't survive on some nasty ass peanuts." She says as she scoots over so I can come in. "You don't talk much do you Chico?"

"Um I do, I'm just nervous." I say truthfully. Her mom makes me nervous as hell. I feel if I say the wrong word she'll jump on me like she did to the airport guy. "What did you say the guy you almost killed back there?"

"Oh I said that's he's uglier than a monkeys ass. But don't be nervous boy! I don't bite. So what's going on with my baby girl? Anything new?"

I frown a little at all the things going on in her life, and try to make conversation on the good things that's going on with her. After we talked for a while I'd figured I tell her who I really am.

"Um Miss De La Fuente?"

"Call me Dalma please, much easier than all that mierda."

"Okay, well Dalma? I have to confess something. And I don't want you to freak out."

"You're Michael Jackson."

I look at her shocked. "How did you know?"

"Well for one thing, that mustache wasn't fooling me, when you greeted me at the airport you had a deep voice, then it got all soft and shit when we got in here so that was kind of a dead giveaway, and on top of that, your eyes. You have such lovely doe eyes and you weren't wearing your sunglasses."

I look at her and shake my head. "I honestly thought nobody would recognize me."

"Maybe to someone who's blind, but it was obvious who you were." She smiles and looks out the window, seeing all of the big houses that surround Westchester.  She has the same smile as Rose. "Wow, I can't believe I'm in New York! In the white peoples neighborhood at that. Ahhhh wait until I tell Gloria and Cynthia about this shit! Those bitches will be so jealous. " She looks back at me. "Boy, stop giving me that scared look as if I'm gunna snatch you up, because I'll do it and have no regrets."

I immediately relax and look down at my feet. She was so intimidating it was scary. I look up and notice we were on the main roads in Westchester and I tell John to pull into the McDonald's.

"Get whatever you want, I'm paying." I offer.

"Shit don't gotta tell me twice!" Dalma exclaims.

"Hi welcome to McDonald's, how may I take your order?"

"Yo, you still selling the lunch menu?"

"Yes we are."

Dalma rubs her hands together and looks over the menu. "Lemme get uhhhh, quarter pounder with cheese, a fried apple pie, a large Coke, medium fries, and some chicken nuggets. Wait, make that a Diet Coke. I'm watching my figure."

"Do you want 4 piece or 6 piece nuggets?"

She looks at me with the same puppy dog eyes that Rose does when she wants something. I nod my head and she turns back to the speaker. "6 piece. With sweet and sour sauce!"

"Alright, does that complete your order?"

"Y'all don't want anything?" She asks us. John and I politely decline and we head over to the next window to pay. After we get her food we finally head back to Roses house, and while her mother was telling me about how she almost hit a woman on the plane ride over here because her breath smelled bad or whatever I heard the radio mention Rose.

"Hold on a minute Dalma. John, turn up the radio." He turns it up, and the radio announcer was indeed talking about her.

'Boy that Rose certainly has had a weird year am I right? She was at the top of her game with a platinum selling record, a successful tour, she starred alongside Carl Weathers in the summer hit 'Action Jackson' and she was the host of the Grammys just three months ago! But in the heat of all that, accusations of her being rude to people that she's worked with came about and ended up being true! Which led the troubled singer in a hiatus. Rumor has it that she went to L.A., but now she's supposedly back in New York because brand new accusations came out just last weekend saying that she embezzled money from two major stadiums in the south back in 1985 from her 'Love Always' tour! Yikes, so sad for that to happen to such a great entertainer. But hey, it's like they all say, karma is a bitch!'

"They can say bitch on the radio?" I ask.

"Shush!" Dalma says, trying to pay attention to what else the radio announcer is saying next.

'Well hopefully she can bounce back from this, which I doubt will happen. For now, let's go back to earlier in the year when Rose was popular for good reasons with her hit song 'Under the Influence!' And when we come back, is there really a hole in the ozone layer? What the hell is that?' The song starts and Roses' mother is just sitting there, lost for words.

"Wow. Those putas really want to talk about my baby like that? Oh it's on now! Wait until they see me I'll show them what's good!" She yells.

While she cusses under her breath and stuffs her face I listen to her song that's playing. I remembered when this came out, she looked so beautiful, and happy. This song was actually one of my favorites from her album. It was different from what she put out before, and I think that's what got me interested in her.

'Some habits are too hard to break

You give in,then you're hooked on what you take

Why don't you come close

I need an overdose

Because you've got me

You got me Under The Influence

Of a four-letter word on my mind

You got me Under The Influence

And I'll do anything anytime.'

We pull into the gates and I show the officer my pass, and he lets us through, soon we're finally in front of her house once again and her mom stopped cursing at the radio and admired what was in front of her. "Damn. My baby did good. This is nice. You know what kind of cookouts we can have here?"

I laugh, even though she's scary as hell, she's the type you can have a good time with. I grab her bags and guide her inside the house. As soon as she saw the interior she almost dropped her apple pie.

"Oh my shit this is beautiful!" She yells. "Oh my God its echoes. Hellooooooo! I am the queennnn!" She yells again, laughing at herself.

"Mami?! Is that you?!" Rose yells from the kitchen.

"Naw it's the fuckin tooth fairy, who else would it be? Come here and give mama a hug."

Dalma basically tackles Rose, and they're laughing while in a warm embrace. I swear I thought I saw a tear come out of Roses right eye.

"I missed you mami." She whispers.

"Yo también te extrañé mi amor." Dalma whispers back. I decide to put her bags on the steps and go into the kitchen with Bill and John, so they can have their space.

After talking to them for a while I checked the time and realized it was almost 4 am. I go back to the foyer and notice that Rose and her mom aren't there anymore. I didn't want to interrupt them but I didn't want to leave unannounced either.

"Rose?" I call out.

"What?" She yells.

"Where are you?"

"Upstairs! On the right. First door!"

I run upstairs to the first open door on the right and see Rose and Dalma in her room, watching some of Roses music videos. The video they were watching was the same song from the radio.

"You're just in time Chico, come watch some of her videos with us." We look at the video while she sings. She had on a hat that reminded me of a pirates hat, an off the shoulder corset and lace black leggings.

In the black and white part she looked so elegant in an all white dress, she looked like a film noir star. Her mother must've read my mind because she said exactly what I was thinking. "Wow you are so beautiful mija. I can't believe I never seen this video before! Actually this song was playing on the radio before we got here."

Rose looks up at me then her mom, "Really? They didn't say anything bad about me did they?"

Before I could say anything Dalma beat me to the punch. "No not at all mi renia. Trust me if they said something I would go up there and shove these French fries up their ass." She chuckles.

"You wanna watch some videos with us Michael?" Rose asks, she looked so much more relaxed and happy now that her mom was here. I haven't seen her this happy since.. Well since never to be honest.

"I wish I could, but I should be heading back to Manhattan. I have final rehearsals in the morning."

"What time do you have to be there?"

"10 am."

"You're staying here."

"What?" I ask, looking at her like she's crazy.

"I know John is tired of driving back and forth, and so are you and Bill, plus I have like 7 bedrooms here so all of you can stay here, and leave at like 7 or 8. I know the drive is only 30 minutes away from here but it's late. Just stay."

I think for a moment, I don't know if I should stay or not. "I don't want to impose. I mean your mother is here. I know you want to spend time with her."

Like magic Rose and her mother are standing in front of me and they're both giving me a death stare. It's scary how they look just alike. Rose speaks up first.

"Look, you're staying here tonight and that's the end of discussion. I have clothes here for you and you can shower here also. Bill and John will stay in the rooms downstairs and I'll have breakfast ready to go before you leave. Argue with me about this and I'll snap your fucking dick off. Understand?" She says with a smile.

Before I could a utter a word Dalma speaks. "If you think what she just said was bad, you don't wanna know what I'll do if you say no. Let's just say,-" she walks around me and opens the door, "You won't make it home without something lodged in your asshole. Goodnight Rose, I love you. Goodnight Chico, see you in the morning." She gives me death eyes and closes the door. At this point my legs were about to give out.

"So, are you staying? Or leaving?" Rose asks.

"S-S-Staying." I stutter. I don't wanna lose my dick tonight. I need that for things.

"Great! Sleepover!" She smiles, and walks around her bed to grab something. "Quick question though, and I want you to be honest." The nice Rose comes back and I relax.

"Sure Rosie. What is it?"

She comes back around with a box of chocolates and starts eating them.

"Will you sleep with me tonight?"

Huh ?
