The place was a mess. Ice shattered everywhere, no one can be found.

"We're too late." I muttered.

"No. We got here just in time." Jack said grabbing my hand and pulled me to hide both of us.

"BACK AWAY FROM ME!" I heard Honeymaren's voice. I was about to run to her to go help but Jack stopped me.

"Honeymaren we can help-"

"No! Stay away!" She cut Ryder off.

I looked over to Jack. I was about to ask him why he won't let me go over there but I saw his furrowed eyebrows and very serious look.

"Listen I- I need your help Ryder I-" Her voice, it sounded like it shifted. "No, wait don't come near me. Stay behind Marshmallow."

It went on like that, Honeymaren contradicting herself everytime she says something.

"Elsa, your crystal." Jack said. I looked over to the pendant and saw that it was glowing because Marshmallow was in near proximity.

"Elsa, can you make an ice sled without getting anyone's attention?" Jack looked at me.

"Yeah? That's easy, my magic doesn-"

"Great, make some enough for the northuldrans so we can get them out of here." Jack said before flying off.

I heard them exclaim his name in excitement. "Jack you're here!"

"Stay away Frost!" I heard Honeymaren, or so I thought.

I finally got a glimpse of them, there she stood on the other side of the crowd; distant, stiff, on guard. Surrounded by a dark shadow-like cloak covering her body.

That's not Honeymaren. That's not her anymore.

I quickly waved my hand, creating multiple sleds at once. I took of my heels and ran around the back, making sure I wasn't going to catch anyone's attention.

I also made alterations on the ice castle, making walls that'll cover for me and create a path that'll cover the Northuldrans to the exit where the sleds were waiting.

"Everyone, stay behind Marshmallow. I'll take care of Honeymaren." I heard Jack say.

"What's wrong with her Jack? What happened to my sister?" Ryder asked.

I then saw a glimpse of someone. A child.

I must be close to the Northuldrans. I better hurry.

"Honey what's wrong? Are you sick? Why-"

"STAND BACK!" I yelled, instantly creating a wall between the child and the mother. I did a circle motion with my hand and the child was surrounded with ice.

Everyone looked at me with shock. Before I could explain, loud banging against the ice was heard but the child wasn't there. All that was inside was a shadow-like creature. A fearling.

Loud gasps covered the room. "EVERYONE GET NEAR MARSHMALLOW, NOW." I ordered.

A few children stayed behind, looking at me with intense eyes.

They're fearlings now too aren't they?

I took as step back and they ran towards me. I managed to raise my in front of me and create a wall that separated me from them but I realized this will only trap myself.

I took a shaky breath and gestured from the ground as if I was trying to lift something. The ice below me started to gain height, lifting me up away from the wall and the fearlings.

I can't recognize them anymore. More than half of their bodies are basically shadows now.

I scanned the room to try and find where the Northuldrans were.

"Get her." A distorted voice said, and with a blink of an eye they turned into fearlings. The likeness of the child that they were is now gone. They're just a creature of shadow.

"Watch out!" I felt myself being swept off my feet, flying away from my ice column.

No one was holding me, or at least if you don't count Gale.

"Thank you Gale." I whispered as I flew my way to the Northuldrans. Jack came running to my direction.

"Are you alright?" He instantly asked. I nodded. "You're shaking." He said, looking at me with a worried look.

"I'm fine." I told him, facing the direction I flew away from. "I'm fine." I repeated even though he didn't say anything. I'm more or less just trying to convince myself that now at this point.

"Great. That's great." I heard Jack sigh. I turned his way. "Just don't lose your pendant okay?" He said before flying towards the fearlings.

I found my hand reaching out to him, though I'm not planning on stopping him. I shook my head and faced the Northuldrans, one hand on my pendant.

"Follow me." I told them.

Way at the back was Marshmallow, keeping who was once Honeymaren from getting to us.

I created a wall between Marshmallow and the fearling before starting to lead the way to the sleds.

I made sure Marshmallow was keeping guard at the back and that no one was being left behind.

I can hear distorted laughing, echoing around the palace, but I just ignore it as much as I can.

"Ride on the sleds, we're getting out of here." I told them, to which they nodded.

Each sled carried 5 people, and to escape, I created an ice trail for it to slide to.

"What about Jack?" Ryder asked.

I looked back, trying to find him. He's okay right? I can still hear his voice, or at least him struggling.

I turned to the Northuldrans then to the ice castle. The laughing was getting louder, and so was my heartbeat.

We need to get out of here. Where's Jack?

We have to-

"Elsa, where do we need to go to?" Yelena asked, interrupting my train of thoughts.

I took a deep breath, then turned to them. "I'm getting you to the Valley of the Living Rock." I told them, walking in front, ready to make the ice trail.

"Gale, keep him safe please." I closed my eyes as a soft breeze passed me.

I made myself some skating shoes then took a deep breath. On position, looked back to check if they were lined up and ready, Marshmallow was behind, and hand wave. A small trail was made, I instructed Marshmallow to give them a push to start the momentum then off I skated, creating a trail for their sled to skate on. Marshmallow was following from behind too, keeping everyone in line.

I can't take long. I can't leave him there.

"I'm going ahead, Marshmallow make sure no harm goes to them!" I say.

"Gale, I need your help." I said and slowly I felt myself fly. With this I flew ahead to create a trail for them until the entrance of the Valley of the Living Rock.

Anna was there, surprisingly though the two kids she was with earlier wasn't.

"Elsa where-"

"Anna I can't take long, the Northuldrans are on their way through sled and I only created an ice path for their ride. Marshmallow is with them to protect them."i quickly explained. "Please, take them in as soon as they arrive." I said.

"Elsa wait." Anna grabbed my hand before I could go.

"I have to help Jack." I told her.

"No wait, what if the sled isn't fast enough? The fearlings might get them. Wait here and let me get some crystals for the Northuldrans, give some to them before you head back to the castle with Jack. They ward off the fearlings." Anna said giving me one, which I assume is hers. "How many sleds are there?"

"8 but-"

"I'll go get 10." She ran quickly.

I was willing to wait, but I felt like every minute that I spent waiting the more anxious I got.

I went to follow her and tried to find her. "Anna, are you going to take long, I really have to go." I said.

"Wait just a sec, I've only found 6." Anna said, handing them to me. "Bulda said-"

"This is fine, we have two there already." I said.

"Really? Where, wait Elsa-"

"I really have to go. Bye Anna." I said, flying off before Anna could grab me again.

It wasn't long until I found them, their speed was surprisingly steady with Marshmallow behind.

I flew close to Yelana, who was sitting in a sled up front. I gave her one crystal. Then another to the next one and the next until I got to the sixth.

The eighth should be fine because Marshmallow was there but the seventh.

My hands found their way to my pendant. That's why Jack wanted me to keep it.

"Here, this should keep the fearlings away." I handed my pendant to the person who was sitting on the front of the seventh sled.

"Thank you protector." She smiled.

I smiled back and nodded before flying my way back to the castle.

I should be fine. I'll have Jack with me there, I'll be fine.
