a missing lieutenant

16:55, 30 December 2024

Most the squad had showed up early to dig back in to clarissas case along with a couple smaller active cases. Everyone was surprised as the morning got later and olivia hadn't shown up. Amanda called her new nanny Lisa and asked if Olivia had called yet to speak with Noah but she said she hadn't. Fin tried a few times to call Olivia's cell and home phone numbers but got no answer. Fin then went with carisi to check Olivia's apartment and found it was untouched like no one had been there. Olivia's suv was still parked in the apartment garage and it all gave fin a bad feeling. He called amanda at the precinct. "Look livs apartment looks like it hasn't been touched all night. I need you to track her phone find out it's last known location." He said.

"I'm on it." She said immediately before hanging up and pulling the tracking for Olivia's phone. As she was looking over the tracking she was confused. Olivia's phone showed it was only a few blocks from the precinct but hadn't moved all night. She texted the information to fin who found her phone an hour later in an alley along with her badge. "God damn it!" Fin exclaimed. Carisi looked at him confused "so...someone kidnapped her 6 months after her daughter?" Carisi asked.

"Not someone. He did. This is william. Part of his plan." Fin said and rushed back to the precinct with carisi after csi showed up to process the alley.

Olivia had tried to talk william down after they left clarissas room bit when that didn't work she tried to attack him physically but he bested her and threatened that if she ever tried again he would kill her and turn all his attention on Clarissa. She had now been with him for 4 days just like the first time except this time she felt even more helpless because now she didn't just have herself to think about she had Clarissa who every day was losing more and more of the light from her eyes and it was killing olivia inside.

"William the squad will find us and when they do you will be worse off then you've ever been." She warned still playing a part.

He gripped a wad of her hair in his hand and pulled her face close to his. "You better hope they never find you olivia. Because if they do I will end you and me and Clarissa. No one, and I mean no one, will take you or my daughter from me again. Do you understand?" He glared as he slammed her head back on the bed she was once again restrained to.

She winced as her head hit part of the headboard and the hard mattress. She then watched as he opened another bottle of vodka. He was keeping her drugged and drunk almost the whole time. Olivia smelled like a liquor store even on the rare accasions that he let her see Clarissa.

"Now drink up and then we can go bring out little girl some food." He smirked as he forced the alcohol down her throat once again.

She choked some of it down but some spilled in to her nose and down her neck and some saturated her hair. He then next forward and kissed her. "That's a good girl." He chuckled and then uncuffed her and pushed her down the hall to the kitchen and stood watching her as he made her make Clarissa a sandwich and juice. He then grabbed the glass of juice and spiked it with the little that remained from the vodka bottle and olivia shook her head. "No William....she's just a little girl please....don't give her that."

William slapped her hard across the face "I decide what she gets not you darlin." He laughed evily as he shoved her towards clarissas room.

When they walked in Clarissa was laying down staring at the wall almost detached from everything. Tears welled in Olivia's eyes seeing her daughter at only 5 years old this way. Olivia slowly made her way to her daughter and stroked her hair. William smirked seeing that he was finally beginning to break them both just as he had planned. "You two stay in here and hang out I've got some work to do in the livingroom." He smirked but then said "first though, Clarissa sit up!" He started "and drink this. All of it."

Olivia shook her head "william...."

"Shut up olivia." He demanded and handed the glass to Clarissa who finally managed to sit up. Clarissa took a drink but gagged slightly "it doesn't taste good." Clarissa said.

"I said drink it! Don't be a bad girl." He glared.

Clarissa did her best to drink it all afraid he would hurt her or her mother if she didn't. William then took the glass from her and left the room locking the door behind him.

"Mommy that was yucky." She whimpered.

Olivia pulled Clarissa in to her lap and stroked her hair "I know my love...I'm so sorry." She said feeling devastated inside as she kissed her daughters head.

"I want to go home mommy why can't we go home?" She cried in to her mothers arms.

"Oh sweetheart I'm trying to get us back." Olivia said trying to control her own emotions. "Uncle fin and aunt amanda and our family are looking for us baby. They will find us."

Clarissa nodded still crying in her arms.
