Chapter 27

17:43, 24 December 2015

Miami was known for a few more things than just beautiful scenery and beaches.

I walked down the street with Gemma and her friend Mel as we walked through the heavily populated club areas. I could tell there was way more going on around here then just clubs full of tourists. It ran deeper than that.

We had just got back from eating at a really nice place while the boys were doing their show. I really liked hanging out with Gemma and her friend. It made me feel like a girl and they were super gullible. Don't get me wrong, I love Gemma but when I see an opportunity I take it.

"I really dont feel good." I moaned stopping and leaning against a railing.

"Oh no, whats wrong?" Gemma asked worried as she came over to me.

"I think it was something i must have ate. I think I'm going to take a cab back to the hotel. I'm sorry guys I was really looking forward to our night out." I frowned standing up and stumbling a bit.

"Abby, it's okay. We'll come back with you." Gemma offered as Mel hailed a cab from the curb.

"Don't be silly. This is your last night in Miami, you guys go out and have some fun. I'll be fine. I can text you when I get back. Have fun, for me." i smiled giving her a tight hug. She didn't protest any further because I know deep down her and mel wanted to go have some fun.

I got into the cab and waved by to them as I told the cab to take me much further downtown.

"That ain't the best place for a little lady like you." He looked back at me in the mirror and I sighed, a small smile growing onto my lips.

"I'll be just fine."

Niall's P.O.V.

I wiped the sweat off of my forehead as we got into the van. It was hot as hell here. No correction, hotter than hell.

"That was a great show. Sad to be leaving Miami though." Zayn sighed as we all settled into our seats.

"Don't you mean malabami?" Louis teased, bringing up one of Zayns radio slip ups. He didn't fight back, just laughed and stuck up the middle finger.

"I hope the girls had fun. Gemma texted me that they had eaten at a really nice place in downtown." Harry told me and I nodded.

"Yeah, I think girl time will really help Abigail get into that normal teenage girl life."

When we got back to the room I ran first to the shower, bumping Louis out of the doorway. "I'm a pool of sweat right now, I call dibs." I laughed slamming the door.

Nothing feels better than a shower after a sweaty show, let me tell you.

When we were all done we scattered around the room taking part in our own activities. I had felt myself dozing off when I heard some commotion from the girls room. I guess they got back. Geez, 1 a.m. Quite the late night out.

I got up and stretched going to check on Abigail and brief her on tomorrows leaving schedule. I opened the door and saw Gemma and Mel talking to Lou, their hands going everywhere.

"Everything okay?" I asked opening the door.

"She's not here." Gemma blurted out. I felt my skin run cold. It was one thing when she went off in London, because she knew the streets there. But this, this was whole new territory.

"She told us she didn't feel good and she was going to take a cab back here. We saw her get in and ride off. I don't know where she is!" Gemma looked extremely stressed out and i felt bad because I didn't want her to feel like this was her fault. It's Abigail, I should have warned them a little more.

"It's... fine." I exhaled, running my hands over my face. "Okay, okay. Uh, we'll find her. You guys just go to bed. She's fine, she knows how to take care of herself." I said goodnight to them and closed their door walking back into my room. The only people up were Liam and Louis. Neither of them were even really up though. They were beginning to doze off.

"She's gone." i said and that woke the both of them up.

Abigails P.O.V.

I stepped out of the cab to a just as crowded area. But this crowd was different. Prostitutes stood in groups on the corner as men pulled up in their cars. Clubs had stumbling drunks flowing out of them and there were plenty of suspicious people standing in the shadows on the streets. Home.

I walked along the sidewalk looking over at everyone. This wasn't London anymore. Things were different here and i hope I pick up on it.

"What's a little thing like you doin' here?" I was stopped by a tall red head in a cheetah fur jacket. Fish nets on her legs and bright purple lipstick.

"I'm looking for some, uh, gutter glitter." I told her and a big smile grew on her face.

"A little girl like you looking for cocaine?" She laughed out loud making my skin shiver. She had no idea. If I was in my normal clothes she wouldn't ask me twice but because i'm dressed like this she's got the right to judge me? Not today.

"Yeah, that's what i fucking said." I spat and she stopped laughing.

"I don't think you know what you're doing, get home kid." She brushed me off and turned around walking away.

"I've done more than you'll ever do." I laughed and this caught her attention. She turned around and crossed her arms looking me over.

"Oh yeah? Fill me in." She came up to me and pushed me up against the wall, but i pushed her back. I started talking to her and telling her everything and by the end her over did up eyeballs looked like they were going to pop out of her head. "So you really got some nice rich boys to fix you up good, huh?"

I nodded and she just chuckled lightly uncrossing her arms. "Well, I guess I can get you some. C'mon." She beckoned me to follow her and I did. We walked over to the corner and passed the other girls as they gave me the once over. "Buddy here can sell ya a little pack for only 90 bucks." She put her hand on a small scrawny mans shoulder. Definitely a crack addict.

"Shit, I've only got 50." I muttered. I had spent the rest at dinner and throughout the day with Gemma and Mel.

"Hun, are ya forgetting how to get easy money? You could walk up to any guy within the next 30 blocks and tell them you'll suck them off for 50 bucks. Now you've got 10 extra." She told me and she was right. I nodded and talk her I'd be back.

I walked up and down the blocks looking for a drunk enough guy. They're always easier when they're drunker. So much quicker.

I stood agains the corner and reached out to tap a guy on the shoulder. He turned around and gave me the once over, a smirk playing on his lips. "Want me to suck you off for 50 bucks?" I asked twirling my hair.

"I'll give you 100 if you do it in under 2 minutes. My wife is right around the corner." He smirked and I noticed his british accent. He wasn't too drunk but he was willing. I got down in front of him and did what i knew how to do and to his surprise in under 2 minutes. "Damn I should keep you around instead." He laughed looking down at me as he pulled the money out of his wallet.

"What the bloody hell?" I turned around on my knees and saw a woman walking from the end of the block. I quickly stood up as she ran over to me pushing me against the wall.

My heart was beating heavily in my chest as I looked at her, my arms pinned to the wall.

"Mom?"
