" why did you send an email like that..? When You can just call him with your private number." felix asked

"I still don't believe him enough to use my private number.."claude replied in a dry tone.

" yeah.. When we came to know that athy has a boyfriend I was also shocked but not more than when we found that little brat was from mafia.."

felix said and still there is no reaction from claude.He talked after a moment of silence

" did you remember the guy who found out the whereabouts of that filthy bastard two years ago..?"

claude asked his voice filled with rage which brought goosebumps to felix.

"Yeah.. I do.. why are you suddenly asking about that..?" felix asked

" it's this guy .." claude said in a low voice and felix was silent for a moment.

"wait...you are saying the guy who helped us to find that murderer bastard was this Lucas..?!! The one you made a deal with was a mafia boss from US..?" felix asked gasping.

"yeah.. When I found that murderer bastard was a foreigner, I told Salvatore to track down that filthy bug in exchange for keeping his Korean assets intact .. He said he will send his boys to help me track him down.. And that's how we were able to find him.."

claude said and felix let out a relieved sigh.

" I see.. May be he isn't that bad.. " felix mumbled and claude scoffed.

" he helped me track down a guy whom, we national intelligence agents can't do even with ten hackers but that brat was a genius hacker who have the ability collapse even a nation's security...he helped me because of the deal and now he is dating my daughter..? It's suspicious to say it's a coincidence.. If that bastard have any ulterior motives and was deceiving my daughter I will make sure I bury him beside the filthy bastard he helped me to find"

claude said and felix gulped

" so you want to meet him at your house..? Why your house..?" felix asked.

" to find out the truth.. And if he is deceiving I am gonna bury him there .."

Claude said in a nonchalant tone and felix sighed.

"You can't bury a person like you are making breakfast claude.. For athy's sake, please be patient don't jump into conclusions"

felix said and claude sighed.

"enough of your nagging"

claude said as he walked out of their office and they went back home... After some time they saw lucas and cabel standing outside their home talking to the security guard through monitor ..

"wow dude...they must be filthy rich to call a luxury hotel their house "

caby whispered looking at the house they are standing in front of..

"yeah they are obelians after all.. .. They are descendants of royal family, rich guys for generations" lucas said and cabel gasped.

"really..?! Wow..!!"

cabel gasped  as the gate opened and they entered the house. He parked his asten Martin on the big  garage and went inside.. The workers took him to the office inside his house where claude and felix are sitting on the couch.

Felix told them to sit down on the couch opposite to theirs. Lucas Sat there nonchalantly and cabel looked around like a lost puppy then he stared at them for a long time

"relax .. Don't be nervous"

felix told cabel and claude interrupted him.

" what are  you staring at..?"

he asked bored and cabel gave a nervous smile.

" it's just that I was thinking about athy's type." he said and the three stared at him at the same time .

"what..?" felix asked

" I was just thinking.. may be athy's ideal type was her dad.. Looking at how she chose Lucas.. And how you guys always have this  permanent frown on your faces.."

Cabel said and felix burst out laughing. Lucas and claude stared at cabel then at each other.

" so why did you want to see me.. Sir..? "lucas asked in a nonchalant tone.

" are you really my daughter's boyfriend..? "

claude asked pissed and lucas nonchalantly nodded a yes.he find it funny to see him pissed.

" why..? "

" why else..? cause we love each other.. " lucas shrugged  and cabel coughed which earned a glare from claude

" you worked for me two years ago and now love my daughter..? You want me to believe this bullshit..?" claude asked completely pissed.

"excuse me..? I worked for you..?" lucas asked tilting his head

" don't act dumb.. Two years ago aren't you in korea...?" felix asked

" OK... Now wait.. I will clear something first.. Yeah we came to Korea two years ago for work..  you may already know we worked for a mafia boss but there are some rules we follow while working.. "cabel said.

" we won't ask for our client's details.. we receive our assignment and get it done, got money for that.. that's it.. "lucas finished it.

Claude and felix stared at them for a while and then when they looked into thier eyes.. They know it's truth. Felix sighed in relief.

" so you two don't know that the client you worked for was us..? " felix asked and they nodded a yes .

"and.. We worked for more than ten clients and we stayed for about six months. So I don't know which one of the clients were you . What's the deal..?" lucas asked.

" the one about finding a contracted killer from US.."

claude said and lucas felt the rage in his voice and eyes.. He know in an instant who that guy was

" seems like I did something good out of all those bullshit projects.. "

Lucas said with a small smile. Claude and felix stared at him slightly surprised.

"so you assumed lucas purposely approached your daughter sir.? No.. He is crazily  in love with athy.. Don't worry.. Lucas wasn't the type to deceive a girl and we don't see any need to do that.."

cabel said and lucas cringed at his words .

Claude looked pissed and felix chuckled.

" is that so..? Then it's a relief.. "felix said.

" did salvatore know that you are dating my daughter..? "claude asked and lucas nodded a yes.

" he know and he also know I won't tell anything about him since it also affect me so he won't care about me leaking anything to you "lucas shrugged.

" you will also get affected..? "felix asked in suspicion to which lucas and cabel smiled.

" don't worry.. Actually lucas just made it look like that.. Even if he reveal everything about our boss.. We won't get into any trouble since there is no evidence on us .. But lucas have everything against our boss" cabel shrugged.

" you hold evidence against your father..? "

claude asked raising one of his eyebrows and lucas frowned hearing that.

" it's not like I begged him to adopt me.. And I am just his elite  worker and not anything more than that.. " lucas said in a blank tone.

" I don't know why you are back in korea.. But If you dare to put my dau

" I know.. I would never put sia in danger.. Never.. You don't have to worry about that.."

lucas interrupted claude and claude  stared at lucas  for a while then a small smile appeared on his face cause He know lucas is being sincere.

" and if you are done interrogating me can we get going now..? We have to meet  lily aunty  " lucas said .

" lily..?" felix asked

"yep.. aunt  told me to bring sia for checkup.. Next time just call me... It's fun playing with mails but I sometimes won't Check them out.."

lucas said getting up and they bowed saying goodbye and went outside.. Felix stood up to send them off and claude Sat there deep in thoughts..

" I would never put sia in danger.. Never "

He rewinded lucas words..' Sia huh..? It's seems it's okay  to let this brat around athy..  'He thought and a small smile appeared on his face.

Athy came out of her classroom and saw some girls squeeling looking at the entrance and sighed.

" they are at it again.. Now a days other department girls are coming here just to gawk at lucas.. He is handsome I know but they all know he is your boyfriend still they are gawking at him aren't they shameless ...?"

helena went on and on and athy giggled.

" it's ok.. leave them... We can't fight with everyone and it's not like they shouldn't see lucas.. They are just fangirling him..  " athy said and helly sighed.

" you are being too nice athy.. "helly said as they walked towards the entrance.

" hey look at her.. She is your dream boy's girlfriend.. "

" tch.. I wish I was his girlfriend.. He don't have a good taste.. "

another girl said and athy was clinging to helly 's hand so that she won't jump on them and beat the shit out of them..

" see.. You are being too nice.. We should give our piece of mind to them "helly grumbled.

" I don't mind them helly... But if you are still upset.. I Will tease them a bit "athy said and winked..

" huh.. How...? " helly asked with a mischievous grin.

Athy walked past that girls and ran towards lucas who is standing their leaning on his car .. He stood straight staring at athy who is running towards him confused...she tackled him with bear hug.. He staggered a little but steadied himself and hugged her back smiling..

Helly smirked when she saw that girls gasping at them and one of those girls was so pissed and helly let out a satisfied grin.

'hehe.. I want to beat the shit out of her.. But this kind of reaction from her is also satisfying .'

she thought as she give them a smug smile and those girls clenched thier teeth

Athy parted from the hug and smiled brightly at him. Lucas stared at her confused but smiling..

" I had a hard time today .. But now I feel better after seeing you.."

she said and smiled as bright as the sun.. Which made lucas heart beat louder. He patted her head with a breath taking smile and opened the door for her...

" then it's Good.. let's go.." he said

"Yeah..we have to meet lily"

she said sitting and he nodded a yes as he closed the door. He Sat on the driver seat and drove out of the uni

" did you go out today..?" she asked tilting her head.. Cause he came on his car

"It's getting cold and our drive to and back from Lily's clinic is long.. Your hypothermia may act again that's why.."

he said his eyes glued to the road. Athy stared at him with a smile but there is a little  pain in that.

'don't be so caring.. It's hard to stay neutral.. You have no idea about the effect you have on my me  lucas.. I am trying hard to keep our relationship Intact ..'

she thought and looked down at his blue jeans.. He paired it with a white shirt and his long sleeves are folded showing his veins..

' he is wearing shirts more often now.. Did he weared a shirt because we are going out..? I wanted to distract myself but I am going crazy here..those damn veins.. Is it because he do boxing..? Why the hell they are so sexy..? ' she thought and averted her gaze to the outside through window.

Their ride to lily's was silent but it's a comfortable silence that they love having between them..

"athy dear... Are you OK..?" lily hugged athy as soon as they entered her cabin

"I am alright lily.."

athy said smiling..lily's gaze fell on lucas and she scanned him from head to toe.

"lily This is lucas.. Lucas this is lily"

She said and he bowed to say hello... Lily stared at  him for a while and then slowly smiled at him.

"hello lucas.. Finally met you in person huh.." she said smiling..

Then lucas came out and waited for her session to over..

" is he really your boyfriend athy..?" lily asked and athy nodded a yes.

" you like him..?"

she asked again cause lily know that  nod was a lie.. But this time her eyes wided in surprise when she saw athy's face.. She is smiling brightly with a tint of red on her cheeks as she nodded a yes.. Then lily gave a sad smile.

" lucas.. He looks handsome.. Seems like a good guy.." she said and smiled brightly..

" athy dear... Do you still Have nightmares..?" she asked in a gentle voice.

" I do sometimes.. But not after meeting lucas .. I don't know why I feel safe around him.. I was surprised when I stopped having nightmares." she said smiling.

" then you should keep sticking to your boyfriend.. It seems you find your own walking  remedy "

lily said chuckling.. But it died when she saw that look on athy's face.

" I wish I can "she mumbled..

" you can dear.. Don't worry.. You got much better than your past self.. If the athy two years ago saw you.. She will be so proud of you "she said holding athy's hand with hers..

" yesterday I felt that ringing sound again in my head... For a moment I wanted to go to the rooftop again.. As mom's scream sound echoed in my ears.. I.. I really wanted to jump down.. I thought I was doing better.. But whenever  I get reminded of that night... I can't even breathe. It's so suffocating lily...i am really trying hard but..

Her voice hitched and she started sobbing.. lily got up from  her seat and hugged her tight...lucas was standing outside his hand frozen inches away from knocking the door.. His face hardened as he heared what she said. He retreated his hand and walked out of the clinic. He badly wanted to punch the tree in front of him with his bare hand he is so pissed that he can't do anything when she was suffering alone..

He walked back and forth frustrated until he heard lily's voice.

"lucas.." he turned and saw lily standing there holding coffee on her both hands. He handed one to him and they Sat in the bench under the tree.

" she is sleeping right now.. Let her sleep for a while..." she said and he nodded a yes sipping his coffee

" is she really doing better now.?" he asked

" yeah.. Really.. Whenever I think about her state two years ago.. My heart aches.. Our athy is always a ball of sunshine.. We all loved her so much.. She was always smiling and laughing playing around.. Such an adorable child.. She is a kind child who give her whole  heart for anyone  she loves.. Her love don't know limits.. May be that's why Diana's death hit her in a way she can't recover.

But don't worry.. As kind as she is like her mom... She is strong like her dad.. She tried her best to recover from her trauma..it's just that she need some time.. She is better now don't worry " she said patting lucas back. He stared down at his shoes silently.

" I know.. She is.. She can get even better.. It's just that... I feel so pissed that I can't do anything for her when she is suffering alone like this. "he said in a low voice..

It's just one of lily's charm she can make anyone open upto her due to her warm Aura and caring behaviour.

" you changed her lucas..for better "lily said and he looked up at her.

" how..? "he asked in a low voice.

" it's been a while since I saw Athy's true smile.. And I felt so relieved... She smiles from her heart whenever she talk about you.. She told me she feel safe when she is with you.. You are making her feel better just by staying beside her.."

she said Patting his back and lucas stared at her surprised.

" she is a handful you know.. "he said out of the blue and lily chuckled.

" she easily believe everything, she is so naive, how can she survive with a heart like that..? "he said and lily continued to chuckle.

" you know she was always locked up in her house.. Right..? That's why.. And she was like her mom.. Diana is also like that.. But you are wrong about one thing.. Athy is innocent but not to the level of  letting  a stranger inside her life.." she said smiling.

" but she let me aunty.. I am the evidence " he shrugged and lily smiled

" because you are an exception lucas.."

lily said and lucas stared at her silently surprised by her reply.

" I didn't believed you when you said you are her boyfriend but it seems that girl who was afraid of talking to her own dad.. really let you in her life .. "

lily said and smiled.. Lucas 's heart did a Summersaut  after hearing that. When he was about to say something they heared athy' s voice and she was standing there half asleep

" you are awake..? Already..? You want a hot Choco..? "lily asked .

" lily.. Stop treating me like a child.. " she whined, lily and lucas chuckled.

" then we will get going.. Bye lily.. "

she said hugging her.. Lily patted her back smiling.. Then she give a hug to lucas and waved them bye when they drove out of her clinic.

" it seems your dream came true diana.. Your princess found her magician " she mumbled as she was rewinded of her past.

"you know what lily.. I want our princess athy to have a magician rather than a Prince charming..."diana said smiling...

" huh..? Why magician..? Don't a princess always end up with prince or a knight in shining armour..? " lily asked

" they do.. But it's so streotypic.. I want my princess to have someone who can magically heal her wounds and make her happy and smile brightly .. I want our athy to have a happy life with a caring partner .. And isn't magicians cool...? They do tricks and make you happy.."diana said

" pfft.. Yeah yeah you are right.. "lily said and they chuckled.
