Chapter thirty four

'Congratulations. You're having twins!' The sonographer announces.

5 months later

Connor's POV

We take boxes out from the back of the van and into our new house. We take the last boxes in and pay the moving company. After that we head to the hospital for our 20 weeks scan.

'You already look like you're about to pop!' I joke.  We get called into the assessment room.

'Would you like to know the gender of the babies?' The sonographer asks. We nod excitedly. He puts the gel on my belly and runs the transmitter over it. We hear two tiny heartbeats. We look over at the scan of our two bundles of joy. 'Congratulations. It's a boy and a girl!' We both cry tears of joy.

We walk out of the assessment room clutching the ultrasound. We get into the car and kiss.

'Gender reveal?' I ask.

'I've got an idea...' Rosa responds she then whispers in my ear her plan and we head to Molly's to ask Herrmann if we can do it there later on tonight. He agrees and we buy some supplies and start setting up the bar.

People starting knocking on the door to Molly's so Herrmann goes out and tells everyone there's a surprise. After a few minutes they all walk in and gasp wih excitement. All around Molly's are blue and pink balloons and on the tables are blue and pink frosted cupcakes. Maggie approaches me and squeezes me. Nat then approaches me and pulls me and Connor aside.

'If you guys need any help just let me know.' She says.

'Thanks Nat.' I reply and then she and Rosa hug.
