OMG SO THEY'RE BOTH REALLY DATING? i could die from happiness! i hope they could stay long. Recently i watched tarot reading about them because i was to curious about this whole true or false thing. I watched nocturne lullabies because she reading it so kind and calm, i like her voice and she's not tend to make it absolute clear they're dating or not. She's just summarize what card was up to. I hope Taehyung and Jennie support each other through all this pro-cons fiasco. Goodluck for them!

"So, this building is really in demand because it's on 9th avenue, most of the successful businesses start here Ms. Kim" The realtor said to Jennie while she looked at a brochure about the building. Jennie is in some luxury high tower building. Jennie notices from a website there's an empty floor to rent, she intends to rent it to start her own law firm.

"Here's a year's rent for this floor, there's been a long waiting list for this building but since you are an old friend who owns this building, I give you a week's notice" Jennie nods.

Mrs. Hopkins approved her resignation letter and within a month she will leave the company, now she's on a week off because she decided to look for a space and interior decorator to fix her new office.

While she's walking to her apartment she notices a familiar car in front of her building, it's like Omnicom company's car, it's a chevy black SUV but she just shrugged and got to her floor. When the elevator door opens she's greeted by a familiar guy in front of her penthouse. It's her one and only her boss.

Taehyung waited in front of her apartment for an hour, he rang a bell a couple of times but there's nothing. He's holding her resignation letter that Mrs. Hopkins gave it to him this morning. Taehyung was furious because all of a sudden Jennie did this. He took a day off and went straight to her apartment.

Jennie put her rest face in front of him pretending he was just some guy. "What are you doing here?" Jennie nonchalantly asks while she unlocks her door. Taehyung seemed furious beside her waiting for Jennie to open the door "You have some explanation to do for me." Taehyung waves her letter in front of her face.

"Doesn't the letter make it clear?" Jennie goes into her penthouse and closes her door but his feet and his arm prevent it. "No, I want to know your personal reason. Jennie Kim." Jennie glares at him with intimidating eyes but so is he.

Jennie is so done with this behavior so she just releases her door and goes straight to her living room. Taehyung finally goes in too, following her. "Why did you suddenly quit? Is it because of me? you don't like me as your boss?" Taehyung keeps assuming it's about him all day.

"Or what? Is it because of the accident at my bar? Do you regret it? Do you feel sexually assaulted?" Taehyung keeps shooting her with a bunch of questions while Jennie just sitting on a couch turns on her tv.

"Why do you care?" There's only one answer Jennie speaks. Taehyung froze, he doesn't know how to explain it to her because she must have known what this is about. "Don't you think all this time I will make it all clear?" Jennie turns her head to him. "For what? to pleasure you?" Taehyung was taken aback by her reply.

"What are you talking about, Jennie? I like you and you already know it, I'm serious." Taehyung sternly said. Jennie suddenly stands up and yells, "That's what's wrong! we can't Taehyung, don't you get that? we start with the worst encounter ever and we keep doing it like we feel like we're meant to be but it's not!" Taehyung statue on his spot.

"Did you think we're meant to be in the first place?" Jennie widens her eyes, she can't believe she said that. She gathered herself to be brave and stern, "Yes! i thought so, but i guess i'm wrong, we're nothing, it's just a momentary feeling because i happened to come back all of sudden and we were fighting at first place, if i just accept all of it i may not have to quit because you and i will be strictly professional."

"Jennie, don't say that. It happens because that's what we are. if you want to quit because you feel like quitting that's fine but don't do this if this is because of me." Jennie is in an urge to cry because she's tired, she is completely tired of losing.

"I'm scared." Jennie said. "Of what?", "You'll hurt me." Jennie finally drops a tear on her eyes and makes Taehyung widen his eyes. Intimidating Jennie Kim who always has a cat and mouse fight with him cries in front of him.

"Then trust me, will you?" Taehyung took a step forward to her and finally he's in front of her. He wiped her tears delicately with his thumb, making Jennie shiver and closing her eyes for his warm touch. "I can't, it's hard for me to trust anyone. I thought you knew this." Jennie replied.

" I know and i want to fix it.", "What? so you think me being hard to trust anyone is a bad thing?" Jennie talked back at him, making him confused. "Don't you think it is? how can you love someone if you always overthink it in the first place?" Jennie suddenly did not cry anymore but she felt offended.

"So if I reject this, is it because I'm at fault?" Taehyung gets silent because he thinks right now he feels he's wrong. "There! right there! you accuse me because i went through something in the past and blame me if things don't work out between us because i'm always running away."

"No, I'm not." Taehyung feels hurt this time because Jennie acts like this.

"Then why don't you blame yourself?" Taehyung is confused by what she said, now he thinks it's all because of him. "How, Jennie. Tell me." Taehyung said it while holding her shoulder to make her calm.

"You agree to me for having a foreplay with you on a bathroom when i was drunk, you suddenly kissed me in the office because you feel right, don't you think it's offensive to me because you're using an opportunity to get some" Jennie start complaining because after she think it through, she needs someone to protect her for doing a mistake.

"Then what should i do?", "You could at least protect me from doing that! declined me Taehyung, you think a blowjob is a right thing to do?" Taehyung is confused because no woman feels offended for getting some with him, only Jennie does this.

"Good, your silence makes everything clear. you're going to blame me anyway because you think for us doing slow is nothing since we're doing everything. you just selfish jerk want to have someone by doing that or observe how good a woman can provide your sexual needs." Jennie gets out of his hold and goes to the entrance door.

"I think you should go, we're never going to become a thing Mr. Kim. Sorry our goodbyes for my last month working with you have to be like this, but we're already starting in the wrong direction." Jennie opens her door and waits for Taehyung to walk away.

Taehyung stood still for a moment and finally gathered himself to walk out from her penthouse. When he's at the door beside her, he speaks again. "Okay, if that's my fault, my apology. nice to work with you Ms. Kim." With that Taehyung walks away and Jennie bangs her door.

She's finally crying on her couch because she has to end things with Taehyung just like that. Although through all those moves he did to her to make her feel alive again, she thinks it's wrong. If she does all this kissing, foreplay, and finally has sex with each other that fast, she's afraid she will make the same mistake and lose another battle again.

She is still hurt from losing her baby. She doesn't want some lousy sex lead to another sin and failure. She has been going through that trauma for a year now and she wants to be free from that. Jennie is going through another breakdown again because of Taehyung. Not because it's her fault but their encounter not be the best for her and it should be fixed by being apart from each other, let the faith decide if they're meant to be or not.

Month has past and Jennie officially quit her job. Taehyung stands in her empty office, he admits that he's hurting. Even though he knows if they want to be together they have to do it right, all those memories are wrong.

He wakes up from his nightmare all over again but this time he decides not to call his twin anymore, he has to overcome this alone because what if in the end he will end up alone? Who will take care of him from that stress? it only makes it worse and he could kill himself any moment if he doesn't want to try.

Today is Sunday, it's a basketball game and Jungkook invited him. Apart from being friends with Jungkook for helping Lisa, he's helping himself too to move on from Jennie so he decided to find a friend in New York. Taehyung finally hangs out with Yoongi, he knows Yoongi is Jennie's ex but apparently Yoongi doesn't know a thing about Taehyung.

Jungkook felt so awkward, he could die any moment from this silence at the game. He doesn't know Yoongi is a quiet person when focusing on something and he doesn't know Taehyung is quiet because he's going through a heartbreak. Jungkook only assumes right now that they both maybe know each other because of Jennie.

He wants to blame Jennie so much for ruining this basketball game. If Jennie knows this, maybe Jungkook is already on the death bed from getting his throat sliced by her.

It's half time so they just casually sitting on their seats looking around the court, Jungkook starts the conversation. "So, how's things working at the office, Taehyung? Lisa said Jennie officially quit her job." Yoongi snapped his head towards Jungkook "What? she's quitting? why?" Taehyung doesn't like his worried tone a bit, he's now heartbroken and he has to talk about this with her ex? worst moving on ever.

"Yeah, Lisa said Jennie wants to get back to court, she missed it. She wants a challenge not just to do some paperworks." Jungkook just shrugged. "Yes, I know her, she always does that when things get too comfortable, she feels something's wrong when everything is fine, it's like she wants a war everyday." Yoongi agreed with him.

Taehyung balled his fist because Yoongi thinks Jennie wants a war every time? Jennie literally said to him last month she wants to slow things up. Is he really her ex to be that stupid not knowing what she wants? no wonder they broke up, Yoongi didn't know Jennie at all.

"Hmm, i don't think so, at the office she only wants comfort, she wants her warm office and good relationship with everyone." Jungkook can sense his disagreement right now, he just prays they won't start fighting who knows Jennie better.

Luckily, the game was about to start so they didn't continue the argument again. After the game finished they had dinner at a pizzeria downtown. Taehyung stares at the pizza feeling full, moreover full from his sadness. "Okay buddy, you have to eat something" Jungkook handed him a slice of pizza to his mouth but he didn't open his mouth, it just touched his lips.

"What's wrong with him today?" Yoongi asked Jungkook. He contemplates to be honest or not because he doesn't want their situation to get any more awkward because Taehyung's sadness already makes it awkward.

"He got rejected." Jungkook replied.

"Huh? Does he like someone? what's she like?" Taehyung snapped his head towards Yoongi, he felt angry because it's Jennie. "No one you should concern." Taehyung scoffed but Yoongi doesn't take his behavior seriously because he thinks it's just his emotion.

"Okay that's it! Let's go to the bar! you can't ruin our night just like this. Let's play some darts." Jungkook pulls up Taehyung's wrist to make him stand up and Yoongi follows them.

"She said 'we're meeting at the worst encounter ever.' like is there any better first meet than giving an indirect blow job?" Jungkook and Yoongi snapped their heads to Taehyung who got drunk and sat on a table watching them play darts.

"WHAT? Are you dating a hooker?" Yoongi said to make Jungkook widen his eyes, he can't believe he called his ex a hooker but Jungkook didn't know either their first encounter would be like that.

"NO!" Taehyung yells at him. "Then? what's an indirect blowjob?"Yoongi asked again.

"She's stuck at my thigh because she's hiding from someone and it's hard to breathe so she breathes from her mouth." Jungkook and Yoongi look disgusted by his story.

"And she gave me a real one that night at the bar." Now it's their turn to widen their eyes. Jungkook thinks how Jennie can be that bad ass, wow she already gave Taehyung a good time? lucky but not so lucky after, Taehyung basically likes him. Lisa ran away too.

"Hey, you know what you need to do? let her know you're serious by starting to be romantic." Taehyung tilted his head and didn't understand what he meant. Jungkook continue,

"I used to send Lisa flowers as a start, she gets it that I'm serious by persistently giving her a sweet gift, maybe you can send her something first. You don't have to be a presence if you want her, let you remind her you are worth it, not otherwise." Jungkook explained.

Taehyung indeed feels Jennie thinks she's not worth fighting for, she's clearly still sad over something and he wants her to overcome that. But Taehyung is a little down since she already quit Omnicom and built a law firm by herself. Taehyung wonders to himself what he can do to start.

Jennie smiles widely when she enters her new office. She rents two floors to start because she has a partner and each has their own space. Jennie entered her floor and was greeted by the receptionist. She was confused because her receptionist stared at her with excitement. "What's up, Jo?"

Johanna was startled because she didn't realize she's smiling the whole time when Jennie came in. "Ah no, Ms. Kim is really beautiful today, looks like you're so happy."

Jennie smiles from her compliments. "Ah thank you, it's fun to start a whole new thing again." Jennie walks to her office. When she opens her door, she's startled to see her office space.

It has so many cases of blue roses. There's vases of blue roses on her meeting table across her desk. It's like five of them. There's one desk with a smaller vase, another two big tall vases on the coffee table, and there's six to seven standing vases with other blue roses.

Jennie stood on her spot, she couldn't think of anyone who could send her this big surprise. Was it Lisa? But it's more like a boyfriend. Was it mom? Because mom always sends her blue flowers but only if it's her birthday.

Yoongi? Maybe it's him because they tried to be friends again after the incident, but this is too much. She walks to her desk while scanning around her office, it's too much, it's like she's working in the garden. When she puts her bag on her swivel chair there's a bouquet of hyacinths in front of it. There's a card attached on it so Jennie picks it up.

'I would try to offer an explanation for what I did, but there are no excuses. My intentions were bad enough to put you in such a situation to make you feel we're not worth it, it's only because of my poor choices. I absolutely take responsibility for my selfish action and the terrible pain I've caused you. Congratulations for your new start, Ruby Jane. You're beautiful to build things all over again, that braveness is the thing that I love about you. This apology I put on Hyacinths and my proud feelings I put on blue roses.'

Jennie smiled at the thought of Taehyung Kim apologizing in front of her, she felt content because this time he didn't force her to go back to Omnicom but made her special to do all these things despite all the chaos back then. But Jennie erased her smile again, why did she get flustered at all these things? didn't she already forget about him? Jennie groaned to herself, she admitted this new thing Taehyung did made her disbelieved and amused him.

Meanwhile, it didn't stop just like that. Blue roses keep coming up every week with notes. Jennie is a little bit energized with all those flowers that keep coming. It's so endearing for her to get support like that. Until there's a hundreds blue roses and a card saying;

'This is a last bouquet for Ms. Ruby Jane because i believe despite all this support i gave, you still can give your best! Good luck on your journey, Ruby Jane.'

Jennie is happy for this last gift, it's fine for her to never receive any roses anymore because these past two months she had a secret admirer. Little by little, she realizes her perspective for Taehyung has changed. She sees him as a handsome guy who is attracted to her but scared to face her. It's cute.

But Jennie didn't think it would be the best for them to let him take a chance. Jennie just thinks it's time at least they had a talk about these flowers.

"Ms. Kim?" Jennie turns her head to her office door. It's her partner in her law firm, Ashley. "Yes, Ms. Choi?"

"There's a lawyer at the meeting room looking for you, Mr. Khadra. He said he needed to see you and he proposed something interesting for you." Jennie tilted her head and got confused. She never heard that name but he specifically needed to see her. She just nods and stands up from her chair, she walks to a meeting room to meet this mysterious guy.

She opens the door and there he is, the man she barely knows. He's about six foot tall, his hair is brunette and he got a buzzcut. He has a big body but not fat, she thinks, it is more bulky but his suit got so tight around him. She cleared her throat to get his attention because he was too focused on his file on the table. "Hello? Mr. Khadra?"

He stands up quickly and approaches her to offer a handshake, Jennie just smiles and accepts it. "Oh, good morning Ms. Kim. It's so nice to meet you. I'm Fai Khadra, former defense attorney in Manhattan. I'm now just a civil litigation lawyer who works alone. "Ah yes, so why do you want to see me?" She is taking a seat across from him and straightening her suit. Mr. Khadra handed her a file, "I am working with 125 employees of Clarence Diamond to sue the CEO for transferring illegal money under their names to the drug mafia. I heard you joined the legal team for sue Hopkins Food manufactured nine months ago back in Switzerland, you've been working with several best lawyers in the world gathered around to present to a bunch of investors. I think you can be the best candidate for me to be working with to win this case. I hope you can consider this offer, Ms. Jennie Kim." He said.

Jennie is looking through his files when he keeps talking, it's pretty much the same plot of how this guy makes a scheme but more complicated since they have to check hundreds of bank accounts to present it. She read it thoroughly and it's a bit hard since it involves drug lords in Mexico which is famous for a drug nest there.

"How many people work in this case? I need names." Jennie asked him, so he handed another paper containing lawyer names that join this case. Well, it's an interesting offer since all of these lawyers are the best to be individual lawyers. She recognize most of it, some are her college friend or she met on an event couple times, they're good at their job but she just build her law firm and it need to construct more, she's afraid this case only make her get distract to develop her company. But, if she doesn't take this, she will be stuck with a boring job.

"Okay, I'll take it." Khadra who heard it smiled widely. "But under one condition." Khadra furrows his eyebrows, this woman still can make a deal even if she's not in court, interesting.

"Work with me if we're win this case." He's taken aback by her offer, he isn't working at any law firm because he likes to work alone without any boundaries and he is involved in an organization of lawyers who work by themselves. He want to decline it but he knows Jennie best on this thing and he needs to power up his performance if he wants to be the best like her too.

"I will consider it but only if we win this case." Khadra challenges her but it only makes her smirk and close the files in front of her. "It's on." Jennie stood up and offered him a handshake, he smirked back at her and accepted her hand.

After he left, Ashley Choi, her partner in her law firm, approached her. "Ms. Kim, I think I need to tell you something." Jennie turns her head to her who recently checked her files on her secretary desk. "Yes, Choi. what is it?"

"I think we have to recruit him, I recently checked his history and he's unbelievably a great lawyer. Did you know a murder of the Jeon-Kim family? He got an easy access to reveal the truth behind their plane crash but their family remains shut to prevent any conflict in the media. But, he finally had a closed trial to the murderer and they've been in jail for 35 years sentences.

Jennie snapped her head towards her. 'Jeon-Kim family? Is it Lisa's boyfriend's family, Jungkook? His family has been murdered?' Jennie grabs the file from Ashley's hand and she reads it carefully. It turns out the pilot was a former terrorist who worked for the Jeon-Kim enemy, Khadra traced who the pilot worked for but he only got a person who paid the pilot and it turned out the person remained silent and willing to be put in jail in order to keep his mouth shut. The family members who got into the plane crash were Jin and Jungkook's parents.

Khadra only successfully solved who ordered the pilot but he failed to track what company or who was behind all of this. Khadra was presenting to one of the family members in the Jeon-Kim family and it's Jin's father. His father's family insisted to investigate the case but Mr. Junghyun Kim remained silent to keep his company reputation and make an excuse. It's already in the past.

She starts thinking maybe Mr. Junghyun Kim knew who was behind it but it can endanger his company to dive into more feud. Wow, it turns out Lisa's boyfriend still had a family problem involving crime. Poor Lisa, but should she tell her about this? Maybe Jungkook knows and keeps it a secret. She doesn't want to be involved in any kind of complicated relationship Lisa has.

Despite this case, Khadra, formerly an intern at Ernst & Young too, developed a research that was awarded for the accuracy of its result. "I already made an offer, we have to win this case if we want him to work with us." Jennie said to Ashley.
