Chapter 18

Jeon Hayoung POV

We walked in and was greeted by the employee.

"Good afternoon Mr. Choi. Table for 2?" The employee said

"Yes"

We followed the employee upstairs to the second floor and was sat by the window at the end.

The employee gave us the menu.

"We will be back to take your order"

"Thank you" Seungcheol oppa said

"You know this place?" I asked

"Vernon family restaurant. We use to come here, here and there"

"How rich are your friends" I asked with a chuckled.

"We're rich. Rich enough to probably buy....3 private island probably"

"3?!" I said shocked

"Yeah at least 3" he said not looking up from the menu.

"How rich is each of your friends"

"Jeonghan's family runs a trading business. Joshua's family runs two mall here in Seoul and one in America. Jun's family runs a Chinese business in China. Woozi's family runs the largest agricultural market in Seoul. Hoshi's family runs two jewelry businesses. Wonwoo's family runs a famous gym in Seoul and Busan. Dk's family run the famous art school in Seoul. Mingyu's family runs a modeling business. The8's family runs two car shop in China and Seoul. Seungkwan's family runs a vocal academy in Jeju. Vernon's family runs a business in America which is a clothing line and also this restaurant . And Dino's family runs a dancing academy."

My mouth opens.

"They're that rich!?!?" I said

"Yep. They're that rich. That's how we all became friends"

I sigh then look up.

"What do you do" I asked

He look at me and put his menu down.

"You wanna know" he asked

I nod my head.

"My family runs the one number highest business and my dad is CEO and he passing that title down to me" he said

"So our of all your friends, you're the only CEO?"

He nod.

"That's impressive"

"Are you guys ready to order"

"Yes. Can I get a salad with water" I said

"Okay a salad with wat-"

"Cancel that order please?"

"Huh? Why" I said

He look at me.

"Can we get the steak with a side of fries along with the cheesecake and a bottle of wine? That'll be all" seungcheol oppa said

"Wait-" I said but was cut off

"Okay your order will be right up"

Then the employee left.

"Why you cancel my order?" I asked

"Do you really think I'll let you order a salad here at this expensive restaurant. Nope." He said

"But it's so expensive. I can't afford it" I said

"Don't worry. My treat" he said with a smile.

I sigh.

15 minutes later

Our food had finally came. The employee place the steak in front of me and place the cheesecake infront me and Seungcheol. The employee hand the wine to Seungcheol oppa after opening it.

He pour me some wine into my glass and also into his.

"Enjoy"

"Thank you" I said

I grab my fork and knife and cut a slice of the steak.

"Yum~" I said

"Is it good" Seungcheol oppa asked

"It's delicious!" I said happily

"Glad you enjoy it. Have more" he said with a chuckled

I continue to eat my steak while he did the same.

After dinner

I got into the car and he got into the driver seat.

"Thank you for the dinner" I said

"Your welcome"

We stop right in front of my house.

I took off my seatbelt and open the door.

"Thank you" I said

"No need to keep thanking me"

I smiled.

I got off the car and walk up to the door way and open the door

I turned back and wave bye to Seungcheol oppa as i walk inside.

I close the door and walk to my room.

"Hayoung?"

I turned around and it was my mom.

"Why aren't you asleep yet mom" I said as I hugged her.

She hugged me back.

"I wanted to make sure you got home okay. Look like you came home okay because of someone" she said teasing me.

"Stop it mom. He was just being a gentlemen" I said

"How was the photoshoot honey"

"It went fine. We should get the photos before the wedding" I said

"That's good. I wanted to print some photos for the wedding." My mom said "well now that I know you got home safely I should go to sleep now"

"Okay mom. Sleep well" I said and hugged her again

"Okay. You too sweetie" she hugged me back.

My mom walk upstairs to her room. I walked to my room and open my door.

After I showered I fell asleep on my bed.

Day of the wedding

"Mom where's my dress" Soyeon yelled

"I don't know honey. You had it" my mom said

I chuckled.

I just finish showering and had my robe on when a knock was on my door.

"Come in"

It was my mom with three people who I haven't met.

"Honey these ladies here were assigned to help you get ready by Mrs. Choi." My mom said

"But I can get ready myself" I said

"No can do Ma'am. Mrs. Choi has assigned us to make you look stunning for your wedding. We already picked up your wedding dress from the shop so we just need to get you ready" one lady said

"Okay then" I said

All three ladies walk towards me.

"I'll be downstairs is you need anything honey" my mom said

"Okay mom"

My mom left while closing the door.

One lady was assigned for my makeup, one lady for my hair, and the last one assigned to help me get dress.

My dress was put onto a mannequin. (Chapter 7 has the dress pictures in case you guys forgot how it looks like).

The lady started doing my makeup while the other lady started doing my hair.

After a while my hair and makeup was done.

I admired myself in the mirror.

"I love it. Thank you guys" I said with a smile.

They bowed to me. My mom came into my room and stop when she saw me.

"Omg my daughter look so beautiful" she said

My mom was already in her dress and already finish getting ready.

"Thank you mom" I said

"Let's get you into your dress now" the lady said

"Okay" I said

I walked to the mannequin and took the dress off. I put myself inside the dress and wore my heels along with my jewelry.

I take a look again in the mirror.

"Finally finish" I sad as I touch the dress.

"Ready to go honey" my mom said

"Yes. Thank you guys once again for helping me" I said

"You're welcome. We will take our leave now" then they left.

"Let's go do your dad and your sister is waiting for you.

"Okay"

I grab my mom hand and we both walk out my room and to the front. There my dad and my sister were waiting for me.

"Unnie!" Sooyeon said

"You look beautiful Sooyeon" I said

"Speak of yourself! You look like a princess Unnie" she said clapping her hand together.

"Thank you Sooyeon" I said

I then look at my dad who was quietly standing next to Sooyeon.

"Dad..." I said walked to him.

He opened his arm and I accepted his embrace.

"My daughter is getting married today. I can't believe it" my dad said

"I'm still your little girl dad" I said

My dad moved me away and moved my hair out of my face.

"Yes..yes you're still my little girl"

"Should we get going now" my mom asked

"Ah yes let's go. Don't want to keep the inlaw waiting too long along with your soon to be husband"

We walked out the house and into the car. The driver then drove to the location of the wedding.

"Today I, Jeon Hayoung, is getting married"
