Ava's POV

"That's it!That's how we'll beat the next boss!"Asuna yelled."Our archers will kite him all the way to the village, there, he'll be too busy killing MPCs to notice us.Then we'll go in for the kill."

"Whoa whoa whoa!"I say stopping Asuna."We can't just go around sacrificing MPCs!Some of them have lives and even families!"I argue.

"We must save my family!"

"See?"I point out.

"Ava is right Asuna.That would really be the right thing to do I mean-"Asuna cuts Kirito off.

"Because they have lives?"She asked him raising her eyebrow."MPCs aren't real people you too.They respond but we don't.Anyways, I'm the second in command so let me do my job."She said seriously giving us a cold hard stare.

Bitch.I thought in my head letting out a huff.

*****AFTER THE MEETING*****

"You two fighting with Asuna again?"Agil said walking towards us.

"Yea."I sighed.

"I can't believe she changed so much."Kirito chucked.He's right.Last time we saw Asuna was when she was just a beginner in the beginning of the game.

"What she's doing is wrong though."I say."It just doesn't feel right killing MPCs."

"I agree."Agil said."But there's nothing we can do.She is second in command."

"Right."I sighed.

*****AFTER THE BOSS*****

Me and Kirito lay on the grass together peacefully as we enjoy the summer breeze outside.

"This feels so good."I smile.

"Yea, so relaxing."Kirito agrees.

We lay there quietly just enjoying everything.I know we might still be stuck in a death game, but Kirito has taught me that I can still enjoy it.Even if I might die, I want to live like if I was in the real world.I laughed to myself.It's funny how this world makes me feel more alive then the real world.I turn to Kirito.His Raven black hair moved as the breeze came softly and his eyes were closed.I could tell he was enjoying it.I have to admit it, he looked kinda cute.

He opened his eyes and caught me staring a him.

"Hm?What is it?"He asked me.My face turned red and I turned to my the other side.

"N-Nothing!"I explain.We both close our eyes again and keep enjoying the day.Then a shadow falls over both of us.

"Hey, your looking pretty relaxed there guys.How does it feel?"I hear a voice say but I knew it was Asuna.

"Pretty good."Me and Kirito say honestly.

"That's good.You wanna know what the rest of us are doing?"She asked us.

Still not opening my eyes I talk to her."Not really."I say."But I feel like your gonna tell us anyways."

"WE ARE FIGHTING BOSS ROOMS AND CLEARING LEVELS!"She screamed at us."IT WAS GREAT, RISKING OUR LIVES TRYING TO GET OUT OF THIS GAME AND YOU TWO ARE JUST LAYING DOWN WITH NOT A CARE IN THE WORLD!"

"Hey Asuna."Kirito said getting her attention.I open my eyes.I wanna see where this is going."Have you just stopped for a while?"

"Stopped for a while?What do you mean?We still have tons of dungeons to go through and beat."She explained.

"Yea I know but it's one of the nicest days with the sun shining,the breeze blowing and the grass feeling so good.Haven't you ever just enjoy this?"Kirito asked her.She was flustered.She didn't saying anything she just stood there.

"Kirito is right Asuna-"I was cut off.

"Say that again Ava, I didn't hear you."Kirito smirked.I rolled my eyes.

"I said your right Jackass.Now let me talk."I say and hear him chuckling in the background."Asuna I know you want to get out of this game, I know you want to see your family, trust me I do too but just because we're in this death game, doesn't mean we can't enjoy it.So if you want to lay down with us, knock yourself out."I invited her.She just stands there for a while.She didn't really say anything so right when I gave up on her laying down with us she sat down and then laid down.I secretly smile.

I knew Kirito's words would work.I thought and fell asleep.

Kirito's POV

I look over to my side and find both Asuna and Ava sound asleep.I chuckled.

Girls.I thought.

Then a couple of people came to my view and snickered at the site of us laying down.

"Look at those kids,"One man said."No a care in the world."He scowled.

"Looks like some of us just don't work."

"Or even care."The last man said and they all walked away.I looked over at the girls.

These girls fight harder than any other people I know.I thought.

I'll let them sleep a little more.

*****HOURS LATER*****

Ava's POV

My eyes flew open.

Damn it!I thought.I fell asleep!

I yawned and then got up and stretched.I look over and see our Second in Command all sound asleep.I smiled at her.About time she got a break.

"Morning sleepyhead."I hear and look over to the brick fence where Kirito is sitting on, smirking.

I yawned."Good afternoon I think you mean."

"Yea, sure took a long nap."

"Yup.I hope you didn't rape me while I was sleeping because if you did Kirito, I'm gonna kick you ass."I smirked.His face grew red.

"N-No!Why would you think that?!You know I'll never do that to you!"He suffered explaining.I started to laugh.

"I'm kidding Kirito.But thanks for letting me sleep some."I smiled.

"Welcome."He smiled back.I looked over at Asuna.

"Wanna wait in tell sleeping beauty wakes up?"I say and he nods.I take a seat next to him and look back at the sunset.

"Nice hu?"He asked.I nodded.I raised my hand up and pretended to touch the sun.I would always do this when I was little, even so I still do it.

"What are you doing?"Kirito asked, amused.

"Touching he sun."I answer."When I was little, before my mom died, she told me something.'Ava, when you touch the sun and reach the sky, that's when your truly free'."I smiled at the thought of her.I loved her so much.As I look up I see another hand come up.Kirito's hand.

"I can see what she meant."He smiled.I smiled too,He's such a sweet guy.I blushed at the thought.I put my hand down and look over to him.

"You know I don't think I've told you about my mother.The way she died.I only have my sister waiting for me in the real world.What about you?"I asked him.All that time spent together, we never have really talked about the people we love outside this world.

"Well I did tell you about my sister.I think that's it.My sister.But she's not really my sister she's my cousin but she doesn't knows that."Kirito told me.

"That's interesting.I don't think I have cousins honestly.But at least I have my sister."I say.

"Just you and your sister hu?"

"Yea.You too right?"

"Yup.Same thing."Kirito said.Then I see Asuna starting to wake up, she gets up and looks around her.

"Good afternoon Sleeping Beauty-"I smirked before she took out her sword which surprised me making me fall back off the brick fence, hitting my head.

"Fuck!"I said.I got up again and saw Kirito hiding behind the wall.

"U-Uh um, I..."She shuttered as she took her hand away from her sword.

"A-A meal!"She stammered.I tilt my head.

"Hu?"Me and Kirito let out.

"One meal.I'll treat you to whatever you want.Then, we'll call it even?"She explained.Hm.Cool.Me and Kirito both nodded.

*****AT THE RESTAURANT*****

We went to a restaurant on floor 57 marten when Asuna was talking about sleep killing.

"Killing you in your sleep?I think I've heard of that before.."I think.

"While your sleeping the person sends you a battle request and moves your hands so you accept it."She explained.I snapped my fingers.

"Yeah yeah, I did heard about it.Its so stupid humans came up with it."I say.Asuna looked confused.

"But your human too."

"Am not!Don't compare me to those living beings.They come up with the most stupidest things and make them come true."I stated."I mean look at what all they achieved,wars,global warming,reality tv shows.."I go on.

"Are you looking at yourself as some type of God?"She questions me.I nod.

"Me and Kirito are the two gods in this world,"I say.

"Which I never agreed too."He says.

"And rule this game.You see Asuna in this world, anything can happen.You can become stronger and rise from your fears or fall and suffer defeat.So in this world levels are just numbers, strength in just in allusion but there are more important things.Me and Kirito have concurred our fears and raised our numbers, therefore achieving things simple human can't."I quote.She looked at me confused but amazed as well.

"Are you done with you speak Ava?"Kirito asked.I nodded.

"I was just telling Asuna what she needs to achieve later on in life."I winked.

"I think she gets the point."Kirito chuckled.

"Your bond..."Asuna says.

"Hu?"We ask.

"It amazes me.Your guys bond is just....really strong."She stated.I blush.What does she mean by that?

Then we heard a scream.

"And we're out of time!We'll have to continue this later on Survive or Die!"I say.

"Ava who are you talking to?"

"My imaginary boyfriend Kirito.His name is Jax and he's watching us right now."I say sarcastically.

"It amazes me how sarcastic you are."He rolled his eyes.

"How do you know it was sarcasm?"I asked.

"Because of the boyfriend part."He smirked running off.My face grew red.

"Hey!"I yell and run after Kirito and Asuna who were running to the scream.
